Warnings

Please read the following safety guidelines before using headphones.

  1. Listening to audio at high volume for a long time may cause discomfort. Please use medium volume as much as possible to avoid using high volume for a long time.
  2. In driving and other situations requiring concentration, please do not use loud volume. Please be careful.

  4. The correct way to wear this headphones is to place the bone conduction headphones in front of the ear over the temporal bone. Do not put the speaker inside the ear.

Storage and maintenance

  1. Headphones should be stored in a cool and dry place. The operating temperature should be 0~45°C. Working in too cold, too hot, or excessively humid environment may shorten battery life.
  2. After a long time period of storage, please charge again before use.
  3. Listening to music at too high volume may damage your hearing and the sound may be destroyed.
  4. Please don’t charge immediately after exercise in case that the headphones circuit will be damaged by the sweat remaining in the charging port.
  5. Keeping the charging port dry before charging will reduce the risk of headphones damage.

How to use YouthWhisper SuperQ3-Pro

  1. Charge: Charge via the Type-C cable. The indicator light is blue when charging is complete.
  2. Bluetooth Pairing: Press the button + for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode, until the indicator flashes alternately in red nd blue.
  3. Connect: Turn on the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone, select” SuperQ3-Pro “and hear the voice saying “Connected”. The pairing is successful and the blue light flashes once.

    Maybe the battery is run out during long-time storage. Please charge them before first use.

  2. How to restore factory settings?
    Please press the volume “+” button until the Led indicator flashes red and blue alternatively, and then hold the multifunction button and volume ” “button at the same time for factory reset. The factory setting is finished after the led indication flash fuchsia twice and then off.

  3. I’m hearing impaired and can I wear it without my hearing aid?
    Yes, bone conduction headphones are suitable for the elderly or hearing impaired to watch TV, listing music/radio and make phone calls, but poor effective for aging ear nerve; please make sure you can hear the sound of your teeth and teeth colliding.

  4. The reminder voice in my headphones is Chinese, how to change it into English?
    Please switch the Chinese and English language easily by the following steps:

    If you already have it paired with a different device, please try to make it forget the first device (clear the Bluetooth
    connection records on your phone) and then try to pair it with your other cell phones.

  9. Why my headphones recently began disconnecting then reconnecting (1 beep then 2 beep) with Bluetooth several times. Any suggestions to remedy?
    The Bluetooth recognition of your headphones is prone to confusion if there are more than 5 Bluetooth devices connected on your Phone. Our suggestion is as following:

    • Clear all the other Bluetooth record and close the Bluetooth menu on your phone firstly
    • Pressing the volume “+”button on the headphones to enter Bluetooth pairing model
    • Open the Bluetooth menu on your phone again, get the headphones connected with your phone after you found” Super03-Pro ” on Bluetooth menu and selected it. At last, if the suggestion doesn’t work, you will need to restart your phone after doing the following above.
  10. Why are the sponge earplugs included in the package? Under what circumstances are they advised to be used?
    In noisy environment or if you don’t want to be disturbed by others, you can use the sponge earplugs, which will make the sound more clear and louder.

  11. It is hard to hear even at max volume, how to solve it?
    Firstly please adjust the headphones to stay on the right place (temporal bone near your ears). If you feel the sound is not loud enough, please turn up the volume of your phone firstly and then turn up the volume of your headphones. In addition, we suggest you to use the sponge earplugs if you are in noisy environment, which will also make the sound clearer and louder.

  12. Why people I am talking to on video calls phone calls hear a lot of echoes from my end but the sound was clear when I am listening to videos?
    The volume of the microphone in your headphones is too loud so your voice echoes back to the people you are talking. In this case, you just need to turn down the volume a little on your phone.

  13. Can it connect to two devices simultaneously? How to set it?
    Yes, it supports multi-points connection. It can connect with two devices simultaneously. Please set it as the following steps:

    • turn on the headphone and enter pairing mode.
    • open the Bluetooth menu on 1st device and search ” SuperQ3-Pro ” and connect it.
    • close the bluetooth menu on 1st device and then open the Bluetooth menu on 2nd device and search ” SuperQ3-Pro” and connect it.
    • at last, open the Bluetooth menu on 1st device again, you will find the headphone also connect to it again.
  14. Why I can’t listen to the music in the other device although the headphone is connected to two devices simultaneously?
    We can’t hear the sound from the two devices simultaneously although the headphone has already connected to the two devices. After 2nd device was connected, music on 1st device you connect first will pause play and the headphone will play the music on no device you connected last. If you want to listen to music in the 1st device again, you need to pause the music play on the 2nd device you are using now.
