Do not open the actuator !
Do not expose the actuator’s connecting cables to water or lay the cables in
water.

Only allowed after mounting of shaft adapter and position indicator, according
to section C1 and C2.

NOTE: Mark the rotation and power-fail direction of the damper on the ductwork before beginning the installation or removing the existing actuator.

DIP Switches
NOTE:
- The black position indicates the active switch setting.
- For Siemens FHC/LRC pulsed control signal applications, see Section F2.
- On initial power-up, and after a power-fail event, the GNP actuators require up to 90 seconds to fully charge their capacitors. During this time the actuator will respond to positioning commands, but will not power-fail until the capacitors are fully charged.
NOTE: An improperly tuned loop will cause excessive repositioning that will shorten the life of the actuator.
