Important Safety Warning

1. Safety Warning
   • Please use this product according to this Manual.
   • Please ensure that the mains power is suitable for this product, do not use this product if its casing or mains cable is damaged.
   • Do not allow any foreign matter to enter the clearance between the massage head and the casing.
   • Do not allow the product to come into contact with water so as to avoid any possible accidents that may result from a short circuit.
   • Please disconnect the product from the mains supply after use or before cleaning to avoid damage to the equipment or personal injury
   • Do not plug or unplug this product when your hands are wet.
   • Do not pull the cable when plugging or unplugging, and not available strong force.
   • Do not damage the cable or change the circuit of the product.
   • Please cease using this product in case of a power cut in order to avoid any bodily injury upon sudden power resumption.
   • Do not use any spare parts and attachments other than those recommended.
   • Do not use the appliance in outdoors.
   • Do not use this product with too much force so as to avoid injury.
   • Do not use this product within an hour after a meal.
   • Please stop using this product and consult your local supplier if you notice anything abnormal with the product during use.

   • Do not use this product in a highly humid environment such as a bathroom.
   • Do not use this product immediately after there has been a sharp change in the environmental temperature.
   • Do not use this product in an environment where there are lots of dust or corrosive gases.

3. People That Should Not Use This Product
   • Women that are pregnant or menstruating.
   • People with contagious skin conditions.
   • Patients with osteoporosis.
   • Patients with heart diseases and with electronic medical instruments like a heart pacemaker.
   • People in a high fever.
   • Those who are injured or suffering from any bodily surface disease.
   • Children under 14-year old or people mentally unbalanced without being supervised are not allowed to use this machine.
   • Those who need to rest according to a doctor’s advice or those who do not feel ell.
   • Those who are wet.
   • Those that are under the influence of alcohol or feeling unwell.
   • Consult your doctor if you have recently had an illness or operation.
   • The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance.
   • Persons with eye diseases |S not allowed to use or must consult the doctor. Persons who had eye surgery is forbidden to use this product.
   • Remove contact lenses, hair accessories and so on before using the product
   • Wear the massager first, then turn on.
   • Do not wear contact lens, hair ornament and so on when use the product.
   • This is a health product, not suitable for diagnosis, treatment and other commercial use.
   • Clean with an alcohol wipe, do not splash with water. Do not soak or immerse in water.
   • Please use the adaptor supplied by our company.
   • Please close your eyes when use the product. The eyes will be fuzzy after take off the product, close your eyes for 1 to 3 minutes to recover.

Preparing Before Operate

1. Charge the Eye Massager before use.
2. Remove the power cord when the battery is fully charged, to protect the life of the battery.

Charging

1. Press the cover of the “recharge/ download” plug to open it
2. Connect the product to the adaptor through the USB cable
3. The red light is on when charge, and off when finished.
4. Don’t turn on the product when charging
5. The Eye Massager should be recharged after 4 hours of use.

Recharging

Download
With the Eye Massager turned off, connect the Eye Massager to a computer using a USB cable. Turn on the Eye Massager, your computer will automatically detect the  product’s inbuilt storage. From here you can copy or delete music from the Eye Massager. Please note, the product only supports MP3 format music files.

Operating Instructions

1. Tuning on, off and changing modes; press this button for 2 seconds to start or stop, press this button shortly to swift to different modes.
2. Air pressure mode indicator light

7. Previous song indicator light

Eye Massaging
The massage time is set to 15 minutes. If you wish to have a longer massage press the on button to continue the massage. Suggested usage time is 15 minutes.

Music And Volume Control
Turn on with default mode: music will start, short press ▶ will turn to next song. Long press ▶ button will increases the volume, short press ◀ button will turn to previous  song. Long press ◀ button will decreases volume. Press▶/◀ button together, music will pause. Press ▶/◀ button together again, the music will start. 11 songs are installed in the device

Turn On With Default Mode
Press the “turn on/mode button” for 2 seconds on the situation of off, start the product with default mode. Press “turn on/mode button” shortly on the situation of on.  the massage mode change. Press the “turn on/mode’ for 2 seconds to turn off the product.

If a fault occurs when operation this product, please check according to the following methods, if you cannot find the problem or the product still cannot operate, please shut  off the power and contact the service centre to repair.

Cleaning And Maintenance

Power detection
Please don’t charge the product if the power voltage is beyond the machine defined limited.

1. Clean with an alcohol wipe, do not splash with water. Do not soak or immerse in water.
2. The product should be placed in a safe place after used. Do not put heavy objects on it.
3. When the fault occurs, use professional technician to repair, don’t dismantle by yourself

3. Transport: This product can bare simple shock, avoid rain, snow and knocking the product. If the product has been in storage for longer than 6 months, we recommend  a short charge of 30 minutes before use. Store in a room that is well ventilated and free from corrosive gases

ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
If your product becomes defective due to faulty material or workmanship within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, we warrant to do the following:

• For New Zealand Consumers: We will replace the product with a new product, free of charge, or repair the product at our cost, at our discretion.
• For Australian Consumers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have  the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• DO NOT operate the appliance with a damaged plug or cord, or if the unit has been dropped, damaged or dropped in water. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not  disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance on your own. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician in order to avoid a hazard.  Incorrect re-assembly or repair can cause a risk of electric shock or injury to persons when the appliance is used.
• The item has not been misused, abused, neglected, altered, modified or repaired by anyone.
• The item has been subjected to fair wear and tear
• The item has not been used for trade, professional or hire purposes.
• The item has not sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accident.

Your warranty does not cover;

• Components that are subject to natural wear and tear caused by normal use in accordance with operating instructions.
• Unauthorized/improper maintenance/handling or overload is excluded from this warranty.
• For guarantee claims, you will need to submit a proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays date and place of purchase.

This warranty does not replace but is in addition to your statutory rights. This warranty does not apply to accessories supplied with the item. This warranty applies only to the  original purchaser and may not be transferred.
Replacement items will be covered by the limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.

Making a claim under the warranty:
If a fault arises, please cease using the product. Review the manufacturer’s product manual and instructions as this may assist you to identify the issue(s) and advise you how to remedy the fault.
If the problem continues and you wish to exercise any of your rights under our limited warranty or under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantee Act or the Australian  Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Care team by phone or by email (details below) for instructions on how to proceed and on how to claim back expenses incurred  in shipping the product (if shipping is required).
Please note:
Only the defective product or parts returned to place of purchase will be replaced under this warranty.
