  • Before mounting screws, use a dnller (not included) to punch holes in your workbench.
  • Screws are used to attach mounting plates to workbench legs. We supply a total of 16 screws, but you can add an additional 2 screws to each box if you like.

Installation

  • STEP 1
When installing a workbench caster, leave a 1-inch gap between the mounting plate and the base of the worktable, as illustrated in the image.

  • STEP 2
Place the pedal up, and then secure the caster with screws to the item. Ideal for cabinets, benches, workbenches, and other furniture.

  • STEP 3
Your workstation can be raised off the ground by depressing the foot pedal. Be sure you step on the middle of the pedals rather than the rim.

Features

  • Modernized bench casters
The premium urethane casters on the heavy-duty casters, are made of sturdy solid steel and can move quickly and smoothly while supporting up to 600 lbs each set. The heavy-duty workbenches, tables, and equipment can roll easily on the wear-resistant urethane casters.

  • Retractable Casters Are Simple to Use
Workbench tables and other equipment may be lifted with one foot. Press the pedal to raise the workstation to a predetermined height. Be careful not to walk on the pedal’s outer edge; instead, place your foot near the center of the pedal (see image 5). The workbench casters can only be used on smooth roads; they cannot be used on rocky ones.

  • Full-Round Casters
With a 360-degree swivel bracket attached to the workbench casters, the wheel can move in any direction. It is easier and more flexible to move the workbench, table, cabinet, and equipment to the desired location.

  • Include Mounting Screws
For the installation of retractable casters, we provide 16 screws; whether or not you choose to put 24 screws is up to you. Prior to attaching workstation casters, it is preferable to drill holes in the workbench legs (not included).

  • Pedal Dural
The workbench casters pedal is framed with powder coating and has a satin black finish. Its surface is marked with anti-slip stripes, making it more robust for usage and anti-rust. It is simple to use retractable casters with urethane casters that are wear-resistant.
