SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- After inserting the ball rod (2), make sure that there is no gap between the hand wheel and the ball rod (3-1), that the green indicator is within the green area (3-2), and remove the key (3-3) and cover the lock (4).
- Before driving with a trailer or bike carrier, check to ensure that it is hitched securely
IMPORTANT
- Keep the ball rod and receiving sleeve clean
- Close the receiving sleeve with the dummy plug (9)
- Fasten removed ball rod in vehicle
- All repairs to the hitch must be performed by the manufacturer
- Do not grease or oil any parts of the hitch as it may lead to safety-relevant malfunctioning
