Getting Started

Charge the Earbuds

Connect to your Devices

Direct Bluetooth Connection For a convenient wireless connection to your Bluetooth-compatible device.
– Open the Smart Case and remove the Waveform Earbuds, the lights on the earbuds turn on and blink indicating pairing mode is active.
– Check your Bluetooth settings in the source device (smartphone, tablet, computer, game console) and pair to “Genki Waveform”

Smart Case aptX Adaptive Connection
For high fidelity, low latency connection through USB Audio or headphone jack.
– Ensure Waveform Earbuds are inside the SmartCase.
– Connect the SmartCase to your source device (smartphone, tablet, computer, game console) with the included cable.
– Open the SmartCase and remove the Waveform Earbuds, the lights on the earbuds will stop blinking when automatically updating the connection to the SmartCase.
DualStream Connection (Bluetooth and SmartCase)
For streaming two audio sources simultaneously.
– Follow the instructions previously for the Smart Case aptX Adaptive Connection to connect your primary audio source.
– On your secondary audio source check your Bluetooth settings and pair to “Waveform Dualstream”

Smartcase Microphone

By delegating the microphone function to the case, you no longer need to compensate for audio quality for voice chat. After connecting to the smart case.

Disconnect the device

To disconnect the waveform from a device hold the left and right ear for 5 seconds.

 Reset to factory setting

Place the earbuds back into the case, and link the Smartcase to any console or laptop. Press and hold the button ‘Ion the SmartCase for 5 seconds. A red light will blink 3 times.
