Getting Started

Peel off the insulation tape under the earbuds.

Wearing

Please find the right fit with the ear tips and wing tips the wing tips are to be used with the eartips together.

Connect to your Devices

Direct Bluetooth 5.3 Connection
For a convenient wireless connection to your Bluetooth-compatible device:

  1. Open the Smart Case and remove the Waveform Earbuds; the lights on the earbuds turn on and blink, indicating pairing mode is active.
  2. Check your Bluetooth settings in the source device (smartphone, tablet, computer, game console) and pair to
    “Waveform.”

Smart Case aptX Adaptive Connection

  1. Plug the SmartCase into the PS5.
  2. Open the case without taking the buds out; the case should blink in green and blue.
  3. Wait for the green light on the case to disappear.
  4. Take out the earbuds.

Dual Stream Connection (Bluetooth and Smart Case)

  1. Connect the Smart Case to the console.
  2. Open the case without taking the buds out Smart Case will blink in green and blue to look for the Waveform and the Dual Stream Connection.
  3. Wait for the green light on the case to disappear.
  4. Take out the earbuds.
  5. Look for “Waveform Dual Stream” Bluetooth connection on the secondary audio source and connect
  6. Hold the right ear to max out the volume if the volume is too low for PS5.

Smart case Microphone

By delegating the microphone function to the case, you no longer need to compensate audio quality for voice chat. After connecting to the smart case.

Disconnect the device

To disconnect the Bluetooth connection on the Waveform from a device, there are 2 ways to do it:

  1. Hold the left and right ear for 5 seconds.
  2. Leave the earbuds in the case and long press the 2 button for 5 secs

Reset to factory setting

  1. Put the earbuds into the SmartCase.
  2. Connect the earbuds with the cable to a game console or computer.
  3. Hold the 1 button on the case for 15 sec.
  4. Wait for the earbuds to sync.
