Arbor Assembly
check the inside of posts for materials.
POST 1
- A Top panel long spindles without holes (3)
- C1 Top panel middle rails with holes (3)
- C2 Top panel middle rails (2)
- F Post end caps (4)
- E Beam end caps (4)
- D Vertical caps end caps(6)
POST 2
– B Beams (2)
POST 3
- I Side panel middle rails(2)
- I Side panel middle rails(4)

First step Main Frames Assembly
- Place the posts H and fit the beam B as shown in the diagram above
- Repeat the process with the next beam B and the remaining posts H.
The holes must be located towards the interior of the frame
Second step Upper panel Assembly
- Locate the G snaps (9) and profiles A (3) inside post 1
insert the snaps G into the profile A
- Take out the C2 (2) witout holes, C1 (3) and unite them with the A profile (3).
Third step Side panels assemble
- Locate the G snaps (24) and J profiles (6), i2 profiles (8) inside post 3 and 4 insert the snaps G into the profile J
- Take out the i2 profile (4) and unite them with the J profile (3).
- Repeat the process with the next profile i2 profile (4) and J profile (3).
- Locate the K buttons (8) and i1 profiles (4), inside post 2 and insert the K buttons (2) into the i1 profile
- Top off the side panels with i1 profiles (2) from the extremes.
Final Assembly
- Place the posts and the beams and fit the side panels and top panel as show in the drawing.
- note that I1 shall cross Beam (k).
- Fit the profiles on the side panels and top panel
- Raise up the Arbor and apply vinyl glue to the inside of the end caps and attach them to the profiles as shown. Hold the end cap in place for 30 seconds to allow the glue to drie.
INSTALLATION
OPTION 1
- Measure and mark the location of the post with a string. Adjust the string lines accordingly. Dig 4 holes 10″ x 10″ by 11 3/8″ deep.
- Insert the Arbor in the holes. Carefully move the arbor back into position and level it both vertically and horizontally
OPTION 2
CONCRETE INSTALLATION
- Measure and mark the location of the post with astring. Adjust the string lines accordingly. Dig a hole 10” diameter by 17” deep.
- Pour the concrete mixture in the holes.
- Install the arbor and level before the concrete dries. Carefully move the arbor back into position and level it both vertically and horizontally.
- Place supports that have a 4 height.
