INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Sconce Wall Bracket Housing (Sold Separately)
Detailed instructions for installing Sconce Wall Bracket Housing is provided
with each housing. After installing, and testing to confirm successful
installation of the sconce housing proceed with diffuser installation noted by
diffuser Model No below:

Remove components and parts pack(s). Check that all parts are included. See bottom of Page 2.
Note: Turn off power at circuit breaker box prior to proceeding!
Instructions for DLSD3 & DLSD4 installation: -
Rotate or position Sconce housing (1) so LED’s are at the top and the drivers is on the bottom.

DLSD3-Install Mounting Bracket (3) by inserting Screw (4) through hole in mounting bracket and secure to housing. Install second screw through slot in bracket and secure to housing. See Fig 1. Align holes in Diffuser (2) with holes in mounting bracket and secure with Screws (5). See Fig. 2.
DLSD4- Align holes in Slotted Panel (8) with holes on top of mounting bracket and secure with Screws (5) as shown in Fig
Install panels as shown in Fig 4. Slide Trim Asm (9) onto slotted diffuser panel aligning holes and secure with Screw (10). See Fig 5.
Instructions for DLSD1, DLSD2, DLSD5, DLSD7, DLSD8, DLSD9, DLSD10, DLSD11, DLSD12, DLSD16 & DLSD17 installation:
2. Install Mounting Brackets (3) by inserting Screw (4) through hole in
mounting bracket and secure to housing. Install second screw through slot in
bracket and secure to housing. See Fig 6.
3. DLSD7, DLSD8, DLSD9 & DLSD17- Align holes in Prong Assembly (7) with holes
in bottom of mountin brackets and secure with Screws (5) See Fig 7.
4. Position and hold Diffuser (2) in grooves on installed prong assembly
while aligning holes in second prong assembly with holes in top of mounting
bracket and secure with Screws (5) See Fig 8..
5. DLSD1, DLSD2, DLSD5, DLSD10, DLSD11, DLSD12, & DLSD16 – Position Diffuser
(2) over Mounting Brackets (3) while aligning holes in diffuser with holes in
brackets, secure with Screws (5) See Fig 8.
Instructions for DLSD13, DLSD14 & DLSD15 installation:
2. Install Screws (11) into outer most holes in Mounting Bracket (3) See Fig
9.
3. Install mounting bracket by inserting Screw (4) through hole in bracket
and secure to housing. Install second screw through slot in bracket and secure
to housing. See Fig 9.
4. Align slots in back of Diffuser (2) with screws on bracket and secure with Thumb Nuts (6) as shown in Fig 10.
Instructions for DLSD6 installation:
2. Install Mounting Bracket (3) by inserting Screw (4) through hole in
mounting bracket and secure to housing. Install second screw through slot in
bracket and secure to housing. See Fig 1.
3. Align holes in Diffuser (2) with holes in mounting bracket and secure with
Screws (5). See Fig. 2.
Troubleshooting Guide
If this fixture fails to operate properly, use the guide below to diagnose and correct the problem.
- Verify that fixture is wired properly.
- Verify that fixture is grounded correctly.
- The line voltage at the fixture is correct

To clean, wipe fixture with a soft cloth. Clean glass shade with a mild soap
and water. Do not use abrasive materials such as scouring pads or powders,
steel wool or abrasive paper.

- This fixture should not be used in areas with limited ventilation or high ambient temperatures.
- This fixture is intended to be connected to a properly installed and grounded UL listed junction box.

WARNING:

- Turn off electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker box before wiring fixture to the power supply.
- turn off the power when you perform any maintenance.
- Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it with the luminaire label information.
- Make all electrical and grounded connections in accor-dance with the National Electrical Code and any applicable local code requrirements.
- All wiring connections should be capped with UL approved wire connectors.
CAUTION: RISK OF INJURY
- Wear gloves and safety glasses at all times when removing luminaire from carton,installing, servicing or performing maintenance.
- Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while it is on.
- Account for small parts and destroy packing material, as these may be hazardous to children.
WARNING: RISK OF BURN
- Allow fixture to cool before handling. Do not touch en-closure or light source.
- Do not exceed maximum wattage marked on luminaire label.
- Follow all lamp manufacturer’s warnings, recommenda-tions and restrictions for: driver type, burning position, mounting locations/methods, replacement, and recycling.
- Use only lamps that comply with ANSI standards. CAUTION: RISK OF FIRE
- Keep combustible and other materials that can burn away from luminaire and lamp/lens.
- Minimum 90° C supply conductors.
