Your MacBook Pro may become very hot during normal use. It’s important that you keep your MacBook Pro on a hard, stable, and well-ventilated work surface when using or charging it. Use common sense to avoid situations where your body is in prolonged contact with the device or its power adapter if it is in use or plugged in, as prolonged contact with hot surfaces could cause discomfort or even injury.
