SAFETY NOTICES:

PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY, AND OBSERVE ALL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT. IMPROPER HANDLING  CAN LEAD TO INJURY.
RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE. THE PRODUCT MAY DEVIATE SLIGHTLY FROM THE ILLUSTRATIONS.

  • The light must not be used in the vicinity of smoke, flammable liquids and explosive substances.
  • Only suitable for indoor use.
  • The product is not suitable for use as household room lighting.
  • The LED light cannot be replaced.
  • Never use in places that are damp or have a high humidity level.
  • Never leave unattended while charging. If you notice smoke or odour, or if the battery begins to swell or overheat, turn off the light immediately.
  • The LEDs and light sensor are not water- or weatherresistant. Only use indoors or in a sheltered outdoor area.

NOTES: When installing the lamp, you should orient the motion sensor so that it points directly toward people entering the area, to allow an unhindered detection of  movement. The lamps do not turn on during the day when there is bright sunlight. Never place two lamps too close together, as overlapping light beams may result in one of  the lamps failing to turn on. Before installing two or more lamps, first test them in the desired installation positions.

CHARGING

Always use the supplied USB charging cable to charge the lamp. To charge, connect the cable to a USB port on a charging adapter, computer or power bank. The indicator  light will glow red while charging. Once charging is complete, it will turn green. Depending on the state of charge, a complete charging process takes up to 150 minutes.
Note: If the luminosity of the lamp decreases noticeably, this indicates a weak battery performance. This is not a defect: if this happensrecharge the lamp.

INSTALLATION

Once you have decided on the desired installation position, you can choose between 3 types of installation. Always ensure surfaces (installation surface & lamp) are clean, dry,  and free from grease and dirt.

  1. Magnet (#2): The aluminium case with built-in magnets can be attached directly to  any magnetic surface without using the metal holders and tape. Note the magnetic  area marked on the back of the lamp. Note: Please note that only the areas on the back of the lamp shown in figure #2 are magnetic. The entire back of the lamp is not  magnetic!

  2. Adhesive tape: To attach the lamp to places that do not have magnetic surfaces, use the adhesive tape. The surface must be clean and dust-free. Before installation, rub the surfaces with cleaning spirit to clean.
    a) Step 1 (#3): Attach the metal brackets to the lamp‘s magnetic areas.
    b) Step 2 (#4): Remove the protective film from the included adhesive tape, and stick the metal holders to the surface with the lamp already attached. Firmly press in  place for 30 seconds. Only install the lamp on firm surfaces: Never attempt to install on fabric or wallpaper, as removing the lamp could damage the surface.
    c) Step 3: Carefully slide the lamp out of the metal bracket, and wait about an hour before returning it. This ensures that the adhesive tape has sufficient surface adhesion.

  3. Screws: The two metal holders have a hole for installation with screws. To install the lamp, attach the metal brackets to the desired surface using appropriate screws (not included). Then attach the lamp to the metal holders.

SELECTING THE LIGHTING MODE
The ON/OFF/AUTO switch is situated on the short side of the lamp (we recommend AUTO mode)
OFF: permanently OFF. ON: permanently ON.
AUTO (motion sensor): Lights up when people approach the motion sensor area in the dark. Automatically turns off after 20 seconds when nobody moves in the motion  sensor range.
Note: The lamp is fitted with a light sensor, and only switches on automatically when it is dark. The lamp can therefore only be tested in the dark.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Switch off before cleaning. Clean the lamp housing with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
Under no circumstances should you ever use abrasive cleaning agents. If you are not going to use the lamp for an extended period of time, charge it at regular intervals to  keep the battery pack in optimal condition.
