What’s in the box?

Guidelines for use
Adjusting the headband
Adjust the headband via its snap-in locking mechanism on the left and right
sides. For good transmission quality and best possible comfort, adjust the
headband to properly
fit your head.
Detach/Install the microphone
Unplug the microphone outward to separate it from the headset. Insert the
microphone completely into the jack to combine it with the headset.
Tips: Make sure the arrow on sticker is aligned with the arrow on
headset.
The use of microphone
The gooseneck microphone with omni-directional pickup patter can be adjusted
the speaking distance and angle at will.
Tips: It is suggested that put the mic slightly below the mouth, and
preferably 0.8-1.2 inches from it. Adjust the position of the mic, 30 to 45
degrees angle of axis to your mouth, to avoid picking up your popping sounds
that much.
7.1 Surround sound switch
Press the switch with a light indicator turn on/off the 7.1 surround sound. If
the light is on, the 7.1 virtual mode is on. If it is off, the virtual 7.1
mode is off.
Headset volume control
Press “+” to increase headset volume. Press “-“ to decrease headset volume.
Microphone on/off
Switch the microphone on/off button on the side of the in-line control the
mute/unmute the mic. The red LED indicator on the mic can remind of the mute
status.
EQ Mode switch
Press the EQ button on the side of the in-line control to choose the mode you
need.
There are three modes in total, including movies, game and music.

Connect the USB end of the headset into the USB port on your PC/Laptop. Make sure plug it fully into the right port, and none of the headset and microphone are disabled, muted or something.

Right click the speaker icon at the bottom right of the screen. Click “Open Sounds Settings”.

Click the Sound Control Panel

Click the Playback tab, and choose “fifine Headset” as the default device. When you playback audio, bar-type icon will turn green and bounce. (If it remains unchanged, please reset computer and replug the headset in the available USB ports of the computer, or check if the audio volume is on.)

Adjust headset volume. Double click the “fifine Headset” to open the Speaker Properties window and click the “Level” tap. Drag the process bar to adjust the headset level. (You can also turn up or down the headset volume by adjusting the volume button on the in-line control.)
Microphone Settings

Right click the speaker icon at the bottom right of the screen. Click “Open Sound Settings”.

Click the Recording tab, and choose “fifine Headset” as the default device. When you speak into mic, bar-type icon will turn green bounce. (If it remains unchanged, you can try the following three ways to solve:
• Reset computer and replug the headset in the available USB ports of the computer.
• Check whether the mic fully inserted into the headset.
• Make sure that switch the unmute option on the in-line control.

Adjust microphone volume. Double click the “fifine Headset” to open the Microphone Properties window and click the “Level” tab. Drag the process bar to adjust the mic level.

Click Sound to display the Sound preference pane.

Click the Output tap and make certain “fifine Headset” is selected as the default output device. Drag progress bar to adjust headset volume. (You can also turn up or down the headset volume by adjusting the volume button on the in-line control).
Microphone Settings

Go to System Preferences.

Click Sound to display the Sound preference pane.

Click the Input tab and make certain “fifine Headset” is selected as the default input device. When you speak into mic, the input lever meter will move. (If it remains unchanged, you can try the following three ways to solve.
• Reset computer and replug the headset in the available USB ports on the computer.
• Check whether the mic is fully inserted into the headset
• Make sure that switch the unmute option on the in-line control

Drag progress bar to adjust microphone volume.
NOTE: If your Mac only has USB port, you will need a genuine Apple USB-C to USB female adapter to for connection. And please plug the USB adapter into your Mac first, then connect the mic with the adapter.
NOTE (Applicable for MAC and Windows)
- If computer prompts that it’s unable to identify USB devices, please restart computer and replug the headset into USB port of your computer.
- If the headset is recognized but no sound coming out, please check whether System Sound or audio volume in apps is on.
- If the mic on headset recognized but no sound comes out, and your PC is running in Windows 10, please go to Settings-Privacy-Microphone and click the “Allow apps to access the microphone” to ON, then restart your PC.
- After plugging the headset, RGB lighting on does not mean that sound will be heard by the headset. Make sure you have selected the correct output device and turned on the volume settings.
PRECAUTIONS
On Headset Use
- To avoid high volume harming your ears, please turn down the audio volume before you start to listen by the headset. And then adjust the appropriate volume levels you need.
- Please wear the headset correctly according to the “L” and “R” on the headset. Wear the “L” side on the left ear, and wear the “R” side on the right ear.
- Please enjoy music at a moderate volume to prevent adverse effects on the hearing.
- Do not listen for a long time at high volume to avoid hearing damage.
- There is a tendency to raise the volume when using in noisy places. However, for reasons of safety, it is advised to keep the volume at a level whereby you can still hear sounds around you.
- When the volume is too high, the sound may leak outside the headset. Be careful not to raise the volume so high that it bothers people around you.
On Safety
- Do not drop, hit or otherwise expose headset to strong shock of any kind, which may damage the product.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the headset without authorization, which may affect the product use.
- Do not submerge in liquid or water.
- Do not use any corrosive cleaner or oil to clean the product. You can clean it by dry cloth.
On placement
You can place the headset flat on a desk or place on a headset stand. Do not
place the headset in the following locations.
- Location exposed to direct sunlight, near a heater or other extremely high temperature location
- Dusty location
- On an unsteady or inclined surface
- Location exposed to large amounts of vibration
- Bathroom or other high-humidity locations

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2
years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period,
contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of
purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions,
for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
- Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
- Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
