WARNING
Please read and observe all instructions before use.
- Always use with a layer of clothing between the massager and skin. Do not use on bare skin as friction soreness or redness may occur.
- Do not use on an infant or invalid or on a sleeping or unconscious person. Do not use on insensitive skin or on a person with poor blood circulation. Do not use for extended periods in the same area, as friction rash may occur if overused.
- This massager should never be left unattended when plugged in, except for charging. Unplug from outlet after charging or when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heat buildup can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Close supervision is necessary when this massager is used by, on, or near disabled persons or anyone with diminished sensory capacity.
- Use this massager only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not use this product if the mesh is worn out and/or the nodes are exposed.
- Never operate this massager if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the massager to a service center for examination and repair.
- Do not carry this massager by its supply cord or use cord as a handle.
- Keep the cord away from heated
- Never operate the massager with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, or other obstructions.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening. Do not use outdoors in inclement weather.
- Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet. Consult your physician before using this product if you have any medical conditions.
- Do not allow the unit to get wet or use the unit in moist or wet areas such as the bathroom, shower, tub, steam room, pool, jacuzzi or outdoors when moisture is present. Store your unit in a cool, dry place.
- Keep this unit out of the reach of children under the age of 12. This unit should not be used on or by children under 12 years old.
- Do not use this product on sensitive areas of the body such as: open wounds, rashes, eyes or swollen areas of the body.
- Do not fall asleep with the unit operating on your person.
- Do not use this massager while driving.
- Move long hair aside and remove delicate chains or necklaces before using massager.
- Do not overuse or over-treat one area of the body. The unit is meant to be used for a maximum of 20 minutes per area. Excessive pressure may cause soreness or friction rash.
- Do not leave unit operating while unattended.

Power Control
Turn the unit on or off by pressing the On/Off Button.
Massage Node Rotation Control
Change the rotational direction of the massage heads.
Heat Control
Press this button to toggle the far-infrared heating on or off.
NOTE: The unit will automatically shut off after 20 minutes of use and must be given a few minutes to cool down before reuse.
Operation
Before use:
Place the truMedic® MagicHands ‘ Smart Series Pro Neck and Back Massager with
Heat on your shoulders and insert your hands through the wrist supports.
Determine the desired length of the arm straps by adjusting the In-glide
buckle above the wrist straps.
Turn on the unit by pressing the power button-Note: the unit should be on
before placing it on your shoulders.
To use:
- Place the unit over your shoulders. Remove any loose chains or necklaces and be sure to move long hair away from the rotating mechanism.
- Apply pressure to your muscles by pulling at the wrist straps with desired strength to reach your muscles. By Varying the intensity of the strength applied to the wrist straps, you will precisely control the intensity and location of the massage along your neck and shoulders.
- To reverse the direction of the massage, press the Massage Node Rotation Control button on the unit.
- The unit defaults to heat on mode. To turn the heat on or off, simply press the Heat Control button. The unit will glow to indicate the presence of heat from the unit.
Charging MagicHands
Fully charge the truMedico MagicHands™ Smart Series Pro Neck and Back Massager with Heat before your first session.
- Firmly insert the cylindrical end of the charger cable into the ‘DC In’ jack on the unit.
- Plug the A/C adapter into an electrical wall
- A full charge cycle is approximately 2 hours.
- Unit can be used while charging.
NOTE: OnIy use rhe provided A/C adapter and cable for charging your device to avoid potentiai damage. Please contact truMedico support if you need a repiacement.

WARRANTY
truMedic warrants this product against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 6 Months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. You must register your product within 10 days to qualify for a free upgrade to your warranty from 6 months to one full year at no cost. In the event of a valid claim within the Warranty Period, truMedico will repair the defect or replace the unit at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts at its discretion. Proof of purchase is required prior to receiving service under this warranty.
Warranty service is available by calling truMedicO service at 888-264-1766 or via email at service@truMedic.com. **** You are responsible for delivery and the cost of delivery of the product to a truMedic service center for replacement or repair, truMedic will pay for delivery charges on returns.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow instructions, or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, flood, earthquake or other external causes, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
TRUMEDICO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE 0 F THIS PRO DUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUMEDICO DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIO N, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF TRUMEDICO CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATIO N OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.
