Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
Excessive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorter life. Should this occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.

How to use your massager

Instructions for use

To avoid pulling or hurting your hair, please coil your long hair up before using this neck massager.

Buttton Icon

Power & Heat Button

a)Long press for 2 seconds to turn on the device, simultaneously activate shiatsu kneading and heating function;
b)Short press to turn on/off the heat.

Mode Button(Intensity Button）

When the massager is turned on, press to choose the shiatsu intensity at Low or High level. The massager automatically switches the direction of shiatsu every 30 seconds.

This device will switch off automatically after 15-minute timer runs out.

Heat Indicator/ Charging Indicator

When the heat is on, the indicator light turns red.
When the heating is off, the indicator light goes out.
See below charging indicator descriptions.

NOTE:

Do not use the massager while charging!

Battery Charging

Connect the USB cable to any USB charger, it can be plugged in the portable power bank, mobile phone battery chargers, laptop and any USB port.

When charging,the indicator will turn “White” and blink.
After fully charged, the indicator will turn Green.
Normally it takes about 2.5-3 hours to fully charge.

Troubleshooting

Care and Maintenance

Alwaysturn off and unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch the power plug with wet hands. Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.
Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind of chemical or alcohol and solvent liquids.
Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid or water.
If the unit is particularly dirty, use the following instructions:
- Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%–5% mild detergent solution.
- Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
- Clean the cloth in water and wring it out, then wipe away any remaining detergent off the surface of the unit.
- Wipe the areas with a soft, dry cloth to dry.
Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.

Maintenance

Please keep it into a box and keep in a safe, dry and cool place.
Do not keep it in any place with high temperature, near fire or direct sunlight,or it may faded or damaged.
Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a bath or sink. Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid
