**** Please read the following instructions carefully before putting your massage deviceinto use to ensure trouble-free operation and optimum efficiency. Please retain these operating instructions for further use!

1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.

2. DO NOT USE WHILE SLEEPING.

3. NEVER LEAVE THIS APPLIANCE UNATTENDED, CLOSE SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY WHEN THIS APPLIANCE IS USED BY ,ON OR NEAR CHILDREN OR DISABLED PERSONS.

4. DO NOT USE ON AN INFANT.

5. DO NOT USE ON AN ANIMAL.

6. THIS PAD IS NOT TO BE USED ON OR BY AN INVALID, SLEEPING OR UNCONSCIOUS PERSON, OR A PERSON WITH POOR BLOOD CIRCULATION UNLESS CAREFULLY ATTENDED.

7. THIS PAD IS NOT TO BE USED ON A PERSON WITH DIABETES.

8. DO NOT USE ON AREAS OF INSENSITIVE SKIN.

9. BURNS CAN OCCUR REGARDLESS OF CONTROL SETTING, CHECK SKIN UNDER PAD FREQUENTLY.

10. DO NOT USE IN AN OXYGEN ENRICHED ENVIRONMENT.

11. DO NOT USE PINS OR OTHER METALLIC MEANS TO FASTEN THIS PAD IN PLACE.

12. DO NOT SIT ON OR CRUSH PAD – AVOID SHARP FOLDS.

13. POSITION PAD ON TOP OF, AND NOT UNDERNEATH, THE BODY. HEAT LEVEL MAY INCREASE WHEN HEAT IS TRAPPED.

14. NEVER USE PAD WITH LINIMENTS, OINTMENTS OR SALVES, ESPECIALLY THOSE CONTAINING HEAT-PRODUCING INGREDIENTS, AS SKIN BURNS COULD RESULT.

15. NEVER PULL THIS PAD BY THE SUPPLY CORD.

16. NEVER UNPLUG PAD FROM ELECTRICAL OUTLET WITH A WET HAND.

17. UNPLUG WHEN NOT IN USE.

18. DO NOT USE THE CORD AS A HANDLE.

19. CAREFULLY EXAMINE THE INNER VINYL PAD BEFORE EACH USE. DISCARD THE PRODUCT IF THE INNER VINYL PAD SHOWS ANY SIGN OF DETERIORATION.

20. DO NOT BEND OR PINCH THE CORD AND DO NOT USE THIS PAD IF IT HAS A DAMAGED POWER CORD OR PLUG, IF IT MALFUNCTIONS, HAS BEEN DROPPED, OR IS DAMAGED.
    THIS PAD HAS NO USER-SERVICEABLE PARTS. IF FOR ANY REASON THIS PAD DOES NOT FUNCTION SATISFACTORILY, SEE WARRANTY FOR SERVICE INFORMATION.

21. DO NOT TAMPER WITH THIS PAD IN ANY WAY.

22. LOOP CORD LOOSELY WHEN STORING, TIGHT WRAPPING MAY DAMAGE CORD AND INTERNAL PARTS.

23. THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR NON-COMMERCIAL, NON-INDUSTRIAL, PERSONAL USE. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE.

24. DO NOT USE WITH INFANTS,A HELPLESS PERSON OR A PERSON INSENSITIVE TO HEAT.

25. OVERLONG APPLICANTION CAN RESULT IN SKIN BURNS.

Instruction

Thank you for purchasing COMFIER Heating Wrap.
With normal care and proper treatment, it will provide years of reliable service.
Please read all instructions carefully before use this product.

Automatic runtime:| 0.5 ~ 5 hours

Operation and controller instructions

1. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the device.
2. Plug the home adapter into a 100~240V electric outlet.
3. Turn on the device using the controller ( instructions on page 4 ).

• The device will automatically turn off after the set timer runs out.
• Do not setup or use the device in a bathroom or similary wet / damp areas.
• For your own safety we equip the device with a protection against over-heating. The device will switch off automatically and will only allow switching on again after an appropriate downtime.

Controller Instructions

1. Press the “Power button” to turn on the device, the default setting is the timer of 30 minutes and the temperature at 35 C (95°F)
2. There are 6 levels of temperature adjustment between 35 C (95°F) -60 C (140°F). Adjust the temperature by pressing “+” or “-” button on the hand controller. Press “+” or “-” button each to adjust the temperature up/down 5 C.
3. There are 10 timers in total, you can set the timer between 30minutes,1/1.5 /2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5/5.0 hours.

Note:
i: The default timer is 30 minutes; When the time is within 30mins, the countdown starts,and the remaining time is displayed on the screen
ii: Press “Timer”, “+” or “-“button,the corresponding button indicator will light up. If there is no operation within 5 seconds,the display will return to be the time countdown state and button indicators turn off. Later press timer or temperature +/- button to display the current time or temperature,press again to adjust the time or temperature.

Care and Cleaning Instructions

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Always unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch the power plug with wet hands.

• Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.

• Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind of chemical or alcohol and solvent liquids.

• Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.

• If the unit is particularly dirty, use the following instructions:
  1. Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%-5% mild detergent solution.
  2. Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
  3. Wipe the areas with a soft, dry cloth.
  4. Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.

• Place machine in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.

TROUBLESHOOTING

by pressing the ‘On’ button after resting the unit for 15 minutes.
Over-heat protection function activated. Device is switched off for your safety. Please rest device for 15-30 minutes before restarting.
Device fails to start.| Check if device has been used for more than 30minutes. If so, let device rest for 15 minutes before continuing. Device may require longer time to cool in warmer environments.
Check if adaptor output is connected to device power inlet wire.

Warranty

If the product(s) is damaged or defective within a reasonable time, COMFIER offers the warranty as below.

Buyer

Comfier warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date, except as noted below. Comfier products can be repaired or replaced within warranty period or returned for refund within 90 days if the products break down in the period of proper use.
The warranty extends only to consumers, NOT to any retailers or resellers. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. Warranty claims for product defects, unless extended warranty is registered, expire 12 months from the purchase day. Warranty claims CANNOT be processed for items that have exceeded the warranty period. The warranty does NOT cover the replaced, refurbished product. The warranty does have other limitations as below “Warranty Limitations”. To obtain warranty service on Comfier products, follow “Warranty Claim Procedures” below.

Warranty Claim Procedures:

1. Any product the customer believes is defective and seeks for warranty, the customer must provide to Customer Support:
   a) Valid proof of purchase (see below the definition of valid proof of purchase);
   b) Pictures and/or description are required to claim defective merchandise;
   c) Model number and Series Number label attached to each product

2. If the warranty claim is justified by Comfier Customer Support, customer(s) will obtain from Comfier a Warranty/Return Authorization Number (RMA Number)

3. Comfier reserves the right to specify that items be returned to the designated warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field or be retained by customer.

4. Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging S. The item(s) will be repaired or replaced or a refund credit will be issued once the item(s) are delivered. When returning items with RMA# and a prepaid shipping label provided by Comfier, Comfier takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

Valid proof of purchase under this Warranty:
Order numbers from online purchases made through Comfier official store (www.comfier.com) or Comfier’s direct- authorized resellers, currently only at Amazon/eBay/Walmart. For product(s) obtained from other Channels, please contact the customer service of the Channel directly for appropriate solution.

Limitations(this warranty does not include):
Normal wear and tear; Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use; Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care; Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage, exposed to environmental conditions temperatures, water, improper operation,improper installation, improper use of electrical supply; transportation damage; theft,vandalism or;Damage resulting from the attachment or modification of any unauthorized accessories;Fail to show the valid proof of purchase;Lost or stolen products;ltems that have expired their warranty period; No quality- related issues (after 30 days of purchase);Free product/ Gift offer by Comfier; unauthorized repairs or modification; Replaced or refurbished product.Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse (after 30 days of purchase).
