BIKE TRAILER
Introduction
To get the most out of your new bike trailer, please read through these instructions before use. Please also save the instructions in case you need to refer to them at a later date.

Special safety instructions
It is forbidden to cycle with children in the bike trailer!
A bike must have two or more brakes if ridden with the bike trailer.
A rear light must be attached to the bike trailer during lighting-up hours.
The rear light must be attached to the centre or the left side of the bike
trailer.
Always comply with traffic regulations, be alert and show due consideration when
cycling. Be especially aware that a bike requires more space and manoeuvres
diff erently when the bike trailer is attached.
Adapt your speed to the conditions and be aware that the braking distance is
greater when towing the bike trailer.
Inspect the bike trailer and ball coupling between the bike and bike trailer
before each use!
Check regularly that the wheels rotate easily and that they are not buckled
and cannot rock from side to side in the hub.
Check the tyres and tyre pressure regularly.
The tyre pressure should be 30 psi.
Do not use the bike trailer if the tyres are perished, worn or defeated.
Do not use the bike trailer if it is defective or if you suspect that it is
defective. If necessary, get it checked by an expert.

Assembly

Attach the wheels (7) to the frame (3) using the wheel axle sets (11).

Check that the washers are fitted correctly. Tighten the wheels.

Screw the reflectors (4, 6, 8) securely to the bike trailer.

Attach the pull bar (2) to the handle (12) with 1 set of M6X55 mm screw set (9), attach the handle (12) to the frame (3) using 2 sets of M6X35 mm screw set (10) and 1 set of M6X55 mm screw set (9).

Insert the box (5) into the frame (3).

The bike trailer is now assembled.
Attaching the ball coupling
Screw the holder and bracket with the ball securely to the saddle post clasp
using a bolt, washer and nut.
Attach the bike trailer’s coupling to the ball and lock it tight.
- NB! It may be necessary to change to the saddle post clasp or bolt, depending on the bike type and model.
