GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT TRAINING WITH THE KENDOX ROWSHAPER
- Rowing is the ideal full-body workout. It is a highly efficient form of strength and endurance training, in which up to 85% of the entire body‘s muscles are trained.
- RESISTANCE LEVELS: On the one hand, the pulling resistance can be set on the 12-level dial. On the other, the inclination of the appliance can be set to 3 different levels.
IMPORTANT! The higher the setting, the more intensive the training! If you suffer from dizziness, nausea or chest pain while training, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor straight away.
IN ORDER TO OPTIMALLY PERFORM THESE EXERCISES, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A STRAIGHT BACK – THIS WILL PREVENT STRAIN AND PAIN IN THE BACK AREA!
FIRST STEPS (# 4 – A, B, C)
- A: Step on the pedals and tighten the straps.
- B: By turning the adjusting wheel on the hydraulic cylinder, you can choose between 12 different resistance levels.
- C: Loosen the draw bolt, and pull it out. Adjust the rear foot to the desired height (the higher it is, the more intensively you will train your legs), release the tension bolt, and screw it back in place.
SECURING THE SEAT (# 5)
If necessary (e.g. to stow the appliance or for sit-up exercises) you can fix the seat with the bolts (LOCK). For rowing, put the bolt in the UNLOCK position to keep it secured in place.
