The water heater must be repaired or maintained by qualified professional personnel.

Warning I Improper operation of the following Items may cause casualties.

• In case of any abnormality or scorching smell of the water heater, please cut off the power supply immediately and contact the service center.

• Do not touch the power supply with wet hands, so as to prevent it from getting wet by water. If it is wet by accident, it must be inspected and confirmed by the professional personnel appointed by our company before reuse to prevent electric shock.

• In order to ensure safety, the power supply of the water heater should be reliably earthed, otherwise, it is strictly prohibited to use the water heater. The test pencil should be used to determine whether the live wire and the neutral wire are connected reversely.

• Make sure to use an independent power supply.
  Because of the high power of this electric water heater, in order to ensure the normal operation of it and the electrical safety, the power supply air switch matched with the water heater must be used during installation.

• This appliance is not to be used for a potable water supply.

• Please install the water heater on a firm wall.

• Do not install the water heater on the floor or in a place without drainage.

• During installation or maintenance, live operation is strictly prohibited.

• Non-professional maintenance personnel are forbidden to repair, maintain, disassemble or reform the water heater without authorization.

• Please check whether ammeter wire and other wire diameters meet the rated current of the water heater. If necessary, ask a qualified electrician to check the wire

Caution I Improper operation of the following Items may cause personal Injury or property damage!

• It is strictly forbidden to install the water heater outdoors.

• It is strictly forbidden to install the water heater in an icing environment, because icing will cause the container and water pipe to break, resulting in scald and water leakage.

• The sealing ring with filter screen should be installed at the joint between the flow control valve and the water pipe to avoid blockage caused by sundries entering. To ensure use safety, the position of the flow control valve should not be changed without permission.

• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, maintenance department or full-time personnel to avoid danger.

• Be careful not to be scalded by hot water.

  • Do not touch the valves and pipes supplying hot water
  • Be sure to test and confirm the water temperature before use, and then use the water heater after the water temperature is suitable.

• Do not use the hot water from the water heater directly and water leakage. as drinking water or for similar purposes.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• In case of stoppage of the water heater for a long time, please cut off the power supply and close the water water-in valve.

Installation guide

Precautions for installation

1. The load-bearing wall for installing the water heater should be able to bear twice the weight of the water heater filled with water.
2. The water heater should be installed indoors and in a non-icing place, with pipes arranged centrally.The hot water outlet should not be too far away from the hot water use point. If the distance exceeds 2m,the hot water pipe should be insulated to reduce heat loss.
3. The water heater should be installed in a place that is convenient for use and maintenance and has a sewer to ensure that surrounding or lower facilities cannot be damaged when water heater or water pipe leaks. Please do not install the water heater in a place that can be sprayed directly or is prone to icing.
4. Because of the high power of this water heater, before installing the water heater, please carefully check whether the ammeter and power wire diameters (2.5mm 2recommended) and fuse meet the rated current and voltage requirements of this water heater. If necessary, please ask a professional electrician to check the circuit.
5. Do not connect the water-in and water-out pipes reversely; Under no circumstances should the outlet be blocked.
6. To ensure safety, the water heater should use the standard single-phase bipolar air switch or circuit breaker (in the case of circuit breaking, the open distance of all contacts should be at least 3mm so as to reliably cut off the connection with the external power supply during maintenance), and be earthed reliably, with the earthing resistance of the household earth wire less than 4Ω. Because the water heater requires a large current,the incoming power supply of the water heater must be directly connected with the air switch, and the power plug should not be used.
7. The test pencil should be used to determine whether the live wire and the neutral wire are connected reversely.
8. The outlet must not be connected to any tap or fitting other than those specified.
9. The water heater is equipped with the flow control valve. For use safety, the flow control valve should be installed on the water-in pipe, and it is strictly forbidden to install the valve at the outlet of the water heater.
10. The water inlet of this appliance shall not be connected to inlet water obtained from any other water heating system.
11. Metallic / chromed hose and conductive control valve shall not be used!

Installation of whole machine

1. Remove the front shell screws and the front shell.
   

2. Remove the power cord plug of the rear shell.
   

3. Install the power cord corresponding to the live wire, neutral wire and earth wire respectively, and fix it by wire nail.
   

4. Confirm the installation position of the water heater, and drill four φ6X35mm holes on the load-bearing wall with impact drill, with the spacing as shown in the figure below (it is also allowed to correspondingly locate the four fixing points by placing the rear shell on the wall). And then, drive four expansion bolts into four holes respectively, hang up the machine, and fix the machine with screws.
   

5. Install the flow control valve on the water-in pipe.
   

6. Fix the sprinkler pedestal in a suitable position on the wall.
   

7. Connect the water-in pipe, connect the water-out pipe sprinkler and conduct water supply to check the leakage point of the machine, after which fasten the front shell, and install the fixing screws.
   

8. Turn on the power supply, conduct water supply and then start the trial run for 1 0min to confirm whether the machine is operating normally.
   Note:
   Check whether there is water leakage. If there is any water leakage, repair the leakage joint and carry out recheck.

1. Check whether there is O-ring rubber gasket at the connecting ports on both ends of the hose. After confirmation, tighten the sprinkler hose and the sprinkler in the counterclockwise direction.

2. Install the adjustable wall bracket (it necessary to drill an installation hole with a diameter of 6mm and a depth of 35mm in a suitable position on the wall with an electric drill for fixing the wall bracket).

3. Complete the installation (put the sprinkler and the sprinkler hose connector on the adjustable wall bracket).

4. Select the sprinkler mode (adjust the adjustment knob at the lower part of the sprinkler board to the left or the right to select the sprinkler’s water-out mode).

Use guide

Precautions for use

1. Hot water above 50 may cause scalds. Please adjust the water temperature to a suitable temperature before you and your families, especially children, use it.
2. In the case of enough hot water, try to lower the set temperature to reduce heat loss, high temperature corrosion and scaling and prolong the service life of the water heater.
3. This water heater must be installed in an open mode and should not supply water in a multi-channel manner
4. Please do not place any flammable article such as gasoline near the water heater, otherwise ii may cause accidents such as fire.
5. It is normal that white turbidity appears in water from the water heater, because the pressure of dissolved air in the water decreases after being heated and expanded, resulting in overflowing of bubbles (like beer bubbles), which are pollution-free and harmless.
6. The water discharged from the water heater (including the water heated at high temperature) cannot be drunk.
7. The built-in ELCB should be checked regularly (once a month} to prevent personal injuries and property losses.
   Note: It is normal that the temperature changes arising from change of water- in flow during heating.

Operation manual

1. All the indicators are on after the power is turned on, and are off after 2s, then enters the shutdown state.
2. By rotating the knob, you can adjust the set temperature. When the knob is rotated to the minimum state, the machine is shut down; When it is adjusted to the maximum state and the water flow reaches the start-up flow rate,the highest set temperature is reached.
3. ELCB (Earth Leak Circuit Breaker) function detection:
   • TEST button: when pressing the TEST button under the normal working of the water heater, if the circuit is normal during the electric leakage test the ELCB indicator light flashes and the machine does not carry out heating. ‘
   • RESET button: you can cancel the electric leakage test by pressing the RESET button. If the ELCB indicator light is off , the ELCB function is normal; If indicator light still flashes after the RESET is pressed, it means that the water heater cannot be used because it is faulty.

Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning

1. Be sure to cut off the power supply before cleaning the water heater. It is recommended to check the ELCB once a month.
2. Please descale the sprinkler regularly.

Not used for a long time

If you need to stop using the water heater for a long time, please take the following steps:

1. Cut off the power supply.
2. Close the tap water valve.
3. In order to avoid injuries when the water heater is reused, it is recommended to carefully check whether all components of the water heater are in good condition and whether the pipes leak by water supply before turning on the power supply of the water heater.

Troubleshooting

turn on the water switch.
(2) Is the filter screen of tap water pipe or water-in pipe or flow control valve filter screen blocked?| Carry out inspection and clean or replace the filter screen.
Low water-out temperature| (1) Is the power supply on or power supply cut off?| Turn on the power supply or wait for the power supply to resume.
(2) Is the set temperature too low?| Increase the set temperature.
(3) Confirm not (1)(2)?| Please contact after-sales personnel.
Display fault code on display screen| (1) The ELCB indicator light flashes| Cut off the power supply and contact the after-sales personnel
(2) The status indicator only flashes blue.| Cut off the power supply and contact the after-sales            personnel
(3) The status indicator flashes red and blue alternately.| Cut off the power supply and contact the after-sales personnel
