TRADE FORCE 0020980004 Safety Glasses
The safety glasses satisfy the requirements of the European PPE regulation EU 2016/425, regarding equipment for individual protection and is made according to the requirements of the standard EN166-2001, EN170-2002.
Applications
TRADEFORCE safety glasses are in accordance with the reference standards. The CE marking and the reference of the EN standards are compulsory as well as the symbols of the field of use.
Increase robustness and high speed particles symbols: (Lens and frame marking)
- S Increased robustness (5.1m/s)
- F Low energy impact(45m/s)
- B Medium energ impact(120m/s)
- A High energy impact(190m/s)
USING INSTRUCTION
- Choose and wear glasses of appropriate size to prevent them from falling off and shaking during operation, affecting the use eect.
- Wear or take off the glasses with both hands and put them gently.
- If the glasses are placed temporarily, please put the convex side up.
CLEANING
- Use special cleaning cloth to wipe the lens. Be sure to hold the edge wire on one side of the mirror frame by hand and gently wipe the lens to avoid the damage caused by excessive force.
- When the lens is wet by rain or sweat, please wipe it in one direction immediately with a wipe cloth.
- Rinse the glasses with clean water in time after using them every day and wipe the beads clean with a special cleaning cloth to prolong the life of the glasses.
STORAGE
All products must be kept in a clean, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from abrasives, solvents or solvent vapors.
MAINTENANCE
Cracked, scratched or damaged lenses must be completely replaced with original products or spare lenses if available. If the frames are damaged, replace the entire frame. Examine frequently your eye protectors and replace them immediately in case of any damage
WARNING:
If the S. F, B and A symbols are not the same for the lens and the frame, then the lowest level should be assigned to the complete eye protection. The letter T immediately after the impact letter such as FT, BT, or AT allows a use for high speed particles at extremes of the temperature (between -5 and +55°C). In the absence of the letter T the protect must be used against high speed particles at ambient temperature.
SPECIAL PRECAUTION
Materials which may come into contact with the wearer’s skin could cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals. An eye-protector worn over standard ophthalmic spectacles may transmit impacts, this creating a hazard to the wearer. Make sure you have an adequate and secure fit at all times. Make sure the eye protector is adapted to the work environment and situation/typology before using it.
