Cleaning & Maintenance
Before getting, started, ensure the package contains the following components:
Note: Fixtures weighing over 50 lbs must be supported independently of the outlet box.
- Tum off power
- Fixture is to be mounted by a threaded pipe.
- Threaded pipe coupling onto protruding pipe inside outlet box. Secure in place by tightening allen head screw
- Thread hex nut onto thread pipe. Screw threaded pipe into pipe coupling. Secure in place by tightening hex nut against pipe coupling and tightening Allen head screw.
- Thread hex nut. Slip on ground wire and thread a second hex nut onto threaded pipe.
- Connect screw collar loop without threaded ring to threaded pipe.
- Pass canopy over collar loop and just loop as required. Remove canopy and tighten hex nut against screw collar loop.
- Attach chain to fixture
- Slip threaded ring tighten canopy onto chain
- Attach chain (with fixture connected) to bottom of screw collar loop.
- Weave both fixture wires and copper ground wire up chain and exit through top hole inside of pipe coupling
- Raise canopy to ceiling and position canopy with threaded ring.
