Note: This product supports IP67 waterproof, rain, hand washing, and wearing a Hot water bath, but a sauna is not feasible and can not prevent steam. The company will not provide a free warranty in case of water entering due to failure to follow the prompts. There will be water in the horn hole after soaking in water. Please throw out the water so that the sound can return to normal.

Key operation instructions

Side button lower key: long press to switch on/off, short press to turn off the screen in standby interface, short press to return to standby interface in secondary menu interface; when the watch is dead, long press for 10 seconds to restart the watch.
The key on the side key is equipped with an encoder: in the standby interface, short press to enter the menu interface, and press twice continuously to switch the menu style. In the secondary menu interface, short press to exit directly from the dial-in -interface. Dial interface rotary encoder switch dial. (when the screen is off, a short press of the up and down keys is the screen on function).
Encoder key: rotate to switch the dial, scroll up and down in the list menu, adjust +- I n the volume/brightness screen, zoom in and out in the honeycomb screen, etc.

TP Touch Gesture Function Description

When in the standby dial interface: right swipe for a pedometer, heart rate monitor, sleep, music control, and weather function in that order. Left swipe for split screen bar, down swipe for message notification, up swipe for notification; after entering each function Right swipe to exit the function.
Dial switching: When in standby interface, long press the screen, dial selection will appear, select the dial you want by swiping left and right, and click to confirm. Select the dial you want by swiping left and right, and click to confirm. Or press the rotary encoder on the side button to switch dials directly.

Watch to phone connection

First, turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone.
The watch does not support multiple languages, the factory language is English. The mobile phone APP language is automatically synchronized when connected to the mobile phone APP. There will be various permission reminders during the download process, press agrees on all of them, the watch and the phone should be connected to Bluetooth 3 .0, Bluetooth name B03 Call and Bluetooth 4.0, and Bluetooth name KW-B03 in order to achieve all functions.
Bluetooth 4.0 (KW-B03) connection method: After installation, open APP “TFit” and open mobile phone Bluetooth, APP “TFit” will have a start notification prompt, point OK. How to identify the success of Bluetooth connection: When the watch standby interface, the Bluetooth logo at the top of the shortcut bar in green means Bluetooth 4.0 is successfully connected, blue means Bluetooth 3.0 is connected to the function, when the Bluetooth logo is up blue and down green means, Bluetooth 3.0 and 4.0 are successfully connected at the same time.
Bluetooth automatic reconnection:

1. There is no reminder on the bracelet when it is out of the Bluetooth connection range. When the bracelet reaches the Bluetooth connection range, the Bluetooth will be automatically reconnected by opening the app.
2. Close the background of the application or restart the phone or click on the one-key cleanup that comes with the phone, then enter the valid range of Bluetooth connection again, Bluetooth will be automatically reconnected.

Watch charging and activation

The watch needs to be charged and activated before it can be used for the first time; Use the supplied magnetic charger to attach to the metal contacts on the back of the watch and connect the other end of the charger to the other end of the charger can be connected to a USB charging head or to a USB port on your computer.

Main features

Sleep The watch records and displays the total number of hours of sleep last night as well as the number of hours of deep sleep and light sleep. It is cleared at 20:00 on the night of sleep.
Heart rate

Weather information
The weather page displays the current weather, air quality information, and tomorrow’s conditions for tomorrow. The weather information is only available if you are connected to the client. If you are disconnected for a long time, the weather information will not be updated.
Message Push
The watch can receive push notifications on the display phone and can be switched on and off in the client Push items can be switched on and off in the client. The watch messages page can store the last 5 message records.
Camera controls
When connected to the phone, the watch can act as a remote control for the phone’s camera. On the phone After opening the camera on your phone, tap on the watch camera control page to trigger the mobile phone camera shutter.
Music Control
When connected to the phone, the watch can control the phone’s music player.
Stopwatch
Click on the stopwatch icon. Access the stopwatch function.
Smart Alarm Clock
You can set the watch’s smart alarm in the client, When the time is set, the watch will display the alarm icon and vibrate.
Anti-loss function
Tap Find and the phone will sound an alarm; you can also go into the mobile app to check for a new Device function, and the watch will sound an alarm.
Sedentary reminder
The watch will prompt you to get up and walk around after you have been sitting for 1 hour. Sedentary reminder The function can be set on and off in the client.
Drinking Reminder
The watch will alert you when it’s time to drink at the scheduled drink time. Drinking water The reminder function can be set in the client.

Frequently asked questions and answers

Why do blood pressure values deviate from the blood pressure monitor?
The deviation between the watch and the sphygmomanometer is due to a number of factors.
