QUICK START GUIDE

When you first get your SACKit Go 200 speaker you need to charge it before it is ready for use . SACKit Go 200 is charged by using the included USB cable .

Charge SACKit Go 200 for minimum 3 hours before using the product the first time .

Please turn off the speaker after use to prolong battery life .

The following is a description of all the product functions . Please use the ‘Product overview’ above to locate each button and area on the SACKit Go 200 .

(A) Power

Press and hold this button to turn SACKit Go 200 on or off.
While SACKit Go 200 is on:Press this button to pause/play the music

(B) USB-C port

Use this port to charge SACKit Go 200 with the included USB-C charging cable .

THE DEVICE

Getting started

Follow these simple steps to get started:

Charge SACKit Go 200 in the USB-C port (B) with the included USB-C charger cable.
Turn on SACKit Go 200 by holding down the Power button (A).

How to use Bluetooth

SACKit Go 200 automatically enters Bluetooth mode when it is turned on. If no device has been paired with the speaker before, the SACKit Go 200 is waiting for a new connection.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
Look for “SACKit Go 200” in the list of bluetooth devices.
When it appears, tap the name to pair. The speaker emmits a confirmation voice saying: “Connected” as soon as it is paired.
Your device is now connected to SACKit Go 200 and you can enjoy your music .

To connect to a new device make sure that the previous connected device is disconnected otherwise connecting opportunities will not appear on the new device.

Disconnect Bluetooth

To disconnect the Bluetooth connection to a device, double press the the Power button (A). SACKit Go 200 will play the sound “Disconnected”.
SACKit Go 200 is now disconnected and is searching for a new device to pair .

Charging Time: Please be sure the battery has been fully charged before first use. It can take up to 3 hours of charging the first time, but 2 hours normally with a 5V/1A adapter.

TRUE WIRELESS STEREO MODE

Use two SACKit Go 200 together

Make sure you have two Go 200 speakers in hand and turn on both speakers . If you are already connected to the devices, please unpair the speakers in the Bluetooth settings on your device.
When the speakers are disconnected and the LED’s are blinking white, quickly press the Power button (A) twice on both speakers to enter TWS pairing mode . One speaker becomes the master speaker, the other the slave. (The LED flashes green on the master and the LED is solid green on the slave).
After TWS pairing between the speakers is successful, the master speaker says “Left channel” and the slave speaker says “Right channel”.
Find the speakers in your device’s Bluetooth settings and connect to them. Both LED’s will now display a solid green . You are now ready to play your music.
To disable TWS unpair the the speakers in Bluetooth setting on your device. One of the speakers LED will blink green . Double press the blinking LED and the speakers will go back to normal pairing.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have trouble operating SACKit Go 200, please search the following options for solving the problem. If these solutions do not help fix your problem, please contact our customer service at info@sackit.dk.

No sound from my SACKit Go 200

Try to increase the volume on your Bluetooth device.

My SACKit Go 200 make static noise

If you are using a Bluetooth connection, then please make sure that the speaker and your Bluetooth device is within 10 meters of each other.

Bluetooth connection failed

Please make sure, that SACKit Go 200 is in correct Bluetooth pairing mode.
Check if your SACKit Go 200 is already connected to another Bluetooth device. SACKit Go 200 can only be connected to one device at a time.
Please make sure, that the speaker and your Bluetooth device is within 10 meters of each other.
Please make sure, that there is no obstructions between the speaker and your Bluetooth device.

I cannot turn on/charge my SACKit Go 200

Please make sure that the adapter and the charging cable is connected correctly .
Please check the power adapters voltage and current and check if it matches with the requirements of the SACKit Go 200.

CLEANING OF THE PRODUCT

Please turn off SACKit Go 200 and remove it from the power supply before you clean it
Do not use any strong chemicals to clean the product as this may damage the surface or fabric.
Please use a damp cotton- or microfiber cleaning cloth instead.
During cleaning please be aware to avoid water in the USB port or other openings . Large amounts of water and fluids may damage the SACKit Go 200.

NOTE: Avoid using sharp objects while cleaning the SACKit Go 200.

To prevent overheating of the product is it necessary to keep a cleared area of 10 cm around the product while charging.
Be sure to place this device on stable, flat and level surfaces while charging.

SACKit Go 200 is made from recyclable and high quality materials . Do not dispose of together with household garbage. Please understand the local classification about collecting electronical, electrical products that contains batteries. Correct disposal of the product will help to prevent negative impact to the environment .
