Usage Conditions
RICOH Interactive Whiteboard (“IWB”) is not designed for a display to be powered on 24/7. Do not use the machine continuously/intermittently for more than 18 hours per day. This is also not for average use over one week or one month, etc. Such usage could result in a display malfunction that might not be supported by Ricoh. Try one of these settings below to maintain stable operation.
When IWB is connected to RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Controller Type1/Type2/Type3 (“Controller”):

If the machine is in standby mode when it reaches the scheduled time of day of a week, the machine shuts down. Otherwise, the machine shuts down if it enters standby mode within 60 minutes after the scheduled time. When the machine does not enter standby mode within 60 minutes after the scheduled time, the machine does not shut down even if “Weekly Timer (Auto Shutdown)” is configured. -
