TOUCHLESS ONE-PIECE TOILET
- Turn Off the Water Supply
- Close the toilet supply valve and flush the tank completely, and use a towel to remove excess water.
- Disconnect and remove the supply line, if you are replacing the valve shut the main water supply first.
- Remove closet bolts from the flange and clean wax and putty from the base area.
- Rough-In the Toilet
- Measure the wall from behind the toilet to the middle of the closet bolt. Your rough-in measurement should be 12”.
- Install Closet Bolts
- Install closet bolts to flange channel, turn 90° and slide into place 6” (152mm) apart and parallel to the wall.
- Install Wax Seal
- Invert the toilet on the floor (use a cushion to prevent damage), and install a wax ring evenly around the waste flange with the tapered end of the ring facing the toilet. Apply a thin bead of sealant around the toilet base.
- Position the Toilet on Flange
- Hand-tighten the water supply hose to the fill valve in the back of the toilet. Do not connect to the water supply yet.
- Unplug the floor waste opening and install the toilet on the closet flange so bolts project through the mounting holes.
- Loosely install retainer washers and nuts.
- Install Toilet
- Position the toilet squarely to the wall and, with a rocking motion, press the bowl down fully on the wax ring and flange. Alternately tighten nuts until the toilet is firmly sealed to the floor.
- Do not over-tighten nuts, it might crack ceramic.
- Smooth off the bead of sealant around the base. Remove excess sealant.
- Place cover caps to hide installation holes on the toilet.
- Connect the water supply to shut off valve, and check for leaks. Tighten if necessary.
TOILET SEAT INSTALLATION
- Disassemble
- Disassemble the cover cap and the hinge.
- Construct Hinges
- Insert the screw and nut into the hole on the hinge.
- Attach blind hole screw fixing to the bottom of the screw.
- Attach Hinges
- Insert hinges with blind hole screw fixings attached into holes on the toilet bowl.
- Lightly tighten hinges with a screwdriver to allow for later adjustment.
- Adjust and Cover Hinges
- Be sure the hinge is all the way forward for a proper seat fitting.
- Place the covers onto the hinges.
- Adjust and Attach the Seat
- Align the seat to the hinges then firmly tighten the hinges.
- Attach the seat to the secure hinges.
- Adjust the seat to align with the bowl.
TOILET SEAT USAGE

TOUCHLESS TECHNOLOGY INSTALLATION
- Install Battery Box Holder
- Install the battery box holder on the water inlet joint.
- Install Battery
- Insert the battery (4 x 1.5V (AA) size alkaline batteries) into the battery box. When the lid is buckled, squeeze the side of the rubber plug with your fingers to discharge the air inside the box to ensure the sealing effect. Batteries are not included.
- Install Battery Box
- Install the battery box into the holder.
- Install Springs
- Install both springs on the buckles of the sensor module.
- The mounting bracket attaches to both sides of the module.
- Install Mounting Brackets
- Install two mounting brackets on the two side buckles of the sensor module. The mounting bracket has four sims, select the sim position as needed. When selecting the sim position, ensure that the lid is attached to the modular spring and that the distance from the top of the sensor module is less than 15mm.
- Hang Sensor Modules
- Hang the sensor module sets on the rear tank wall.
- Connect to Battery Box
- Plug the DC connector on the battery box, valve body, and sensor module (spin while inserting).
- Connect the sensor module to the valve body, then connect the sensor module to the battery box. When the DC connector is connected: red to red, black to black.
- Connect Water Supply
- Screw on the water supply pipe and turn on the water supply valve.

- Place the sticker on the outer surface of the tank lid, directly above the module sensing area.
WATER LEVEL ADJUSTMENT
- Scale the Water Level
- Press the buckle with one hand and pull or press the water inlet fixed cover at the same time.
- Release the buckle when the water inlet cover is adjusted to the appropriate scale.
- Lower Water Level
- Turn the rod counterclockwise (in the direction of the “-”) with a flat or cross-slot screwdriver to lower the shut-off cup to the desired position.
- Raise Water Level
- Turn the rod clockwise (in the direction of the “+”) with a flat or cross-slot screwdriver to raise the shut-off cup to the desired position.
MAINTENANCE & USAGE
- Daily Usage Caution
- Do not place items or do irrelevant actions in the sensing area to avoid false induction.
- Please do not use corrosive solvents in the water tank. Solvents containing chlorine or hypochlorite will damage the tank fittings, resulting in water leakage.
- Do not let the DC plug touch the water when disassembling or cleaning the product. If you accidentally touch the water, please dry it to avoid the electronic components burning out.
- It is recommended to check the filter regularly for blockage. If it is clogged, please clean the filter.
- If the battery is low, please replace the battery.
- Cleaning Filter.
- Low Battery Determination & Replacement
- If the flush does not work after wave sensing, and the indicator light on the sensor module (at the bottom of the module) flashes 12 times continuously, the battery is low and needs to be replaced.
- Pull out the cover, remove the old battery and insert the new battery into the battery box. Close the cover, and squeeze the side of the rubber plug with your fingers to discharge the air inside the box to ensure the sealing effect.
- The battery must be a 1.5 V (AA) alkaline battery. Do not mix different brands of batteries or old and new batteries. Battery life will be significantly reduced when using non-alkaline batteries.
TROUBLESHOOTING
-
Water is not shutting off after first use.
- Cause: The solenoid valve inside the valve body is automatically opened due to heavy movement during shipping or installation.
Resolution: Flush once, disconnect the battery box and wait for 30 seconds, then reconnect the battery box.
- Cause: The solenoid valve inside the valve body is automatically opened due to heavy movement during shipping or installation.
-
The water line is too high or too low.
- Cause: The inlet valve is not adjusted to a suitable position. Resolution: Adjust the water level to the appropriate water level.
-
The inlet valve does not shut off.
- Cause: The valve body float is blocked and does not float in place. The valve body has a leak. the valve body water level is higher than the overflow pipe.
- Resolution: Check if the float is stuck and can move up and down freely. Make sure there are no leaks from the body valve. Adjust valve body water level and installation height.
-
The inlet valve does not turn on.
- Cause: The water supply valve is off or the inlet valve float is blocked and does not float in place. The filter screen is dirty or the tube was not installed properly.
- Resolution: Turn on the water supply valve, and check if the float is stuck and can move up and down freely. Clean the filter screen. Re-install the tube correctly.
-
Little or no flush.
- Cause: The piston or lift rod is stuck or the battery is low. The filter screen is dirty or the flush volume is not adjusted properly. The tube may not have been installed properly.
- Resolution: Check if the piston and lift rod moves freely. Try to change the battery. You may need to clean the filter screen. Re-install the tube correctly.
-
Valve body leakage.
- Cause: Debris in water is affecting the valve. The refill tube may not have been installed properly. The valve and base may not fit properly. The wire may be twisted.
- Resolution: Remove, clean, and reassemble the valve body. Adjust the refill tube and make sure the tube is above the water surface, then reassemble. Adjust the position of the wire so it does not twist.
