Download the Soundcore App to customize the user interface (e.g. adjust volume, control playback, activate Siri), adjust EQ, switch ANC modes, update firmware, and explore more.
Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware upgrade is completed.
Switch ANC/Transparency/Normal modes in the Soundcore App.
- ANC (Active Noise Cancellation): Reduce unwanted background noise.
- Transparency: Stay aware of your surroundings while listening to music.
Choose the EarTips that fit your ears best.
Fully dry off the USB charging port before charging.
Use a certified USB-C charging cable to prevent any damage.
Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on.
To power off, place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
Remove the protective film from the earbuds, put them back in the case, and close the lid. Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select “Soundcore A3i” on your device’s Bluetooth list to connect.

Pairing with another device: Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. To enter pairing mode, press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes white.
Reset if the earbuds cannot properly pair with each other or with other
devices.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold
the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging
case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset was successful and your
earbuds can be connected normally.
TIPS
Bluetooth Pairing:
For some smartphones, you may be requested to re-confirm the pairing on a
popup window after you have selected “Soundcore A3i” to pair.
Breaking Bluetooth Connection:
Turn off your Bluetooth device and turn it on again.
Remove “Soundcore A3i” from your device’s Bluetooth list.
Reset:
If you try to reset the earbuds, make sure that the earbuds are being charged
in the case and leave the case open.
