BCC 5.5 kg Bagless Vacuum Cleaner
Safety Instruction
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

This appliance is intended for domestic household use only and should not be used for any other purpose or in any other application, such as non-domestic, or a commercial environment.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord.

This appliance can be used by children over the age of 8 and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities when they are told how to use the appliance safely and aware of possible injuries when using the appliance incorrect. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance should not be done by children without supervision.

Regarding the detailed instructions for the method, frequency of cleaning and the precautions during user maintenance, refer to the section “Cleaning and Maintenance” in manual.

Regarding the detailed instructions for the safe use of the appliance, refer to the section “Operation”.

Following objects are strictly forbidden, otherwise the vacuum cleaner will be damaged or fire will be caused, what can lead to injuries:
– Do not pick up large or sharp broken such as glasses.
– Do not vacuum harming or erodent liquids such as solvent, corrosive, detergent.
– Do not vacuum inflammable or explosive substance such as gasoline or alcohol.
– Do not vacuum burning or glowing objects such e-cigarettes, matches, hot ashes. -
The plug must be removed from the socket-outlet before cleaning or maintaining the appliance.
To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or injuries:
- Read all the instructions carefully before using your appliance and keep the manual for future reference.
- Always switch off and unplug the appliance from the main socket when not in use, assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning.
- Do not unplug by pulling the power cord. To unplug, grab the plug not the power cord.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors or on wet surfaces.
- Do not pull or carry the appliance by the power cord.
- The appliance should only be used for its intended purpose as described in this manual.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner with wet hands or feet.
- Never use the vacuum cleaner without filters in place.
- To prevent electrical shock, do not immerse the appliance or power cord in water or other liquids.
- Do not use the appliance to vacuum water or any other liquids.
- Do not use attachments or accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner if it is damaged.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner too close to the heaters, radiators or other hot surfaces.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is on.

ASSEMBLY
Always remove the plug from the main socket before assembling or disassembling accessories.
Hose
- To fit the hose, push it firmly into the hose socket on the front of the appliance until the hose clicks into place.
- To remove the hose, press the release button on the hose end and pull the hose out of the appliance.
Connecting tubes and accessories

Attach the bigger end of the tubes to the hose handle.

Adjust the tubes to your desired length.
• Push the forward and switch on the tube then adjust.
• Release the switch until the desired length is achieved. -
Attach the desired cleaning accessory to the end of the tube.
To remove the tubes and accessories, hold each piece tightly and pull firmly apart.
OPERATION

Pull the power cord out of the appliance and insert the mains plug into the main socket.
• A YELLOW mark on the power cord indicates the ideal cable length.
Do not extend the power cord beyond the RED mark. -
Press the power button on top of the appliance to switch on the vacuum cleaner.

You can quickly reduce the suction power by pushing the air flow regulator on the hose handle. Push it forward, suction power will increase; push it backward, suction power will reduce.
Using the Cleaning Accessories

Dual position carpet / floor brush (Drawings for reference only)

Position 1: Bristles extended For hard floors

Position 2: Bristles retracted For carpets

Combination tool
(dusting brush and crevice tool) This combination tool is a dual-purpose tool. Use it as a crevice tool to vacuum down the side of cushions, corners, edges or small spaces. Use it as a dusting brush by turn the head to clean curtains, etc.

Parquet floor brush For hardwood and tile floor.
CLAEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always switch off the appliance and unplug from the main socket before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning. Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly before use.
Emptying the Dust Tank
Empty the dust tank when the dust reaches the MAX line.
- Press the dust tank release button to remove the dust tank.
- Hold the dust tank over a trash receptacle and then press the dust release button to open the dust tank door. Empty the dust tank.
- Close the dust tank door after emptying.
Filters Maintenance
It is very important to keep the filters clean to maintain maximum performance
from the vacuum. Clean the filters regularly.
Cleaning the filter

Open the lid of the dust tank.

Remove the sponge and pull the filter out of the dust tank.

Tap all parts against a trash receptacle. Wash them and the sponge under running water. Dry thoroughly.
• DO NOT USE DETERGENTS TO CLEAN THEM. -
Assemble the filter and sponge back into the dust tank.
Note : The protrusion on the filter shall be aligned with groove on the dust tank when assembling the filter into the dust tank. -
Close the lid and put the dust tank back into the appliance.
• Make sure the opening on the dust tank is aligned with the air inlet.
Cleaning the air inlet filter
Remove the dust tank and then remove the filter from the air inlet. Clean the
filter under running water. Dry it thoroughly before replacing it .
Cleaning the air outlet filter
- The air outlet filter is located at the rear of the appliance.
- Press down on the filter cover latch to remove the filter cover.
- Remove the air outlet filter.
- Wash the filter and cover under running water. Allow the filter and cover to dry completely before replacing them in the appliance.
Power Cord Rewinding
When not in use, unplug the appliance from the main socket and then press the
cord rewind button to feed back the power cord.
CAUTION : Take special care to rewind the mains cord by holding the plug
to avoid injury by a whipping action.
Storage
The cleaner can be stored upright on its base. Insert the holder of the floor brush with tubes into the storage clip at the rear of the appliance.
TROUBLESHOOING
Please check the following details before you have your appliance repaired by an authorised organization.

or damaged.| Immediately remove the obstruction.
2. Check if the dust tank is full.| Empty the dust tank.
3. Check if the filter is clogged, the tube is correctly attached.| Clean the
filter or reassemble the tubes.
Power cord will not fully rewind.| Check if the power cord is twisted.| Pull
out the power cord to its optimal length and rewind it.
Power cord cannot be pulled out.| The power cord may be twisted.| Rewind or
pull the cord in and out several times by pressing the cord rewind button.

In order not to endanger the environment and human health and to promote the reuse of raw materials, this product must be disposed responsibly. Please dispose used equipment at the appropriate collection points or at the shop where the product was purchased. They will accept this product for environmentally friendly disposal.
WARRANTY
- BCC B.V. gives a 2 year warranty on all defects that are the result of the hidden defects and that make the device unfit for normal use.
- The warranty start at the time of purchase; keep the proof of purchase carefully.
- Within the warranty period, any manufacturing and/or material defects will be rectified by us free of charge, either by repair, replacement of parts or exchange of the device.
- Repair will only be carried out under warranty if it is convincingly demonstrated (by means of your purchase receipt) that the day on which the complaint is submitted falls within the warranty period.
- The warranty expires if the defect is caused by damage as a result of an accident, incorrect use, neglect (e.g. not cleaning properly) or if interventions have been carried out or repairs have been carried out outside the service workshop of BCC B.V. ( expect disassembly as stated in the user manual).
- The warranty is also not valid for connection to the wrong voltage, failure to follow the user manual and normal wear and tear of the device.
- BCC B.V. cannot be held liable for material damage or personal accidents as a result of connection in violation of the locally applicable safety regulations and technical standards (e.g. a faulty socket). The guarantee does not give any right to compensation under any circumstances.
- All other claims, including damage, are excluded unless otherwise required by law.
- All other warranty provisions mentioned above will not be used by us.
- Other than the above-mentioned warranty provisions will not be used by us.

What to do if the device does not work?
If your device shows defects, it is best to first contact your nearest BCC
B.V. store.
Our colleagues will ensure that these defects are resolved as soon as
possible.
Repairs outside the warranty period Repairs outside the warranty period are
always possible.
