Appearance and quality Requirements:

  1. Contents should be clearly printed without defects or garbled characters.Contents and colors should be consistent with the drawing.
  2. Size should be correct and conform to the tolerance requirements.
    The edges should be cut neatly. and the surface should be clean without, scratches, damages, fading or printing through.

Technical requirements:

  1. Material: 120g coated paper on the front and back cover, punted in color, with a matte Nm on the surface; 800 double-adhesive paper on the inner page, printed in black and Whitt
  2. Size: AS (148 X 210 mm) with a tolerance of (01-3) mm.
  3. If there are more than 80 pages, user manual is bound with glue. If not more than 80 pages, it is bound with staples.
  4. 0n the color cover, add PE film if less than 250g paper is used, and add UV film if not less than 250g.
  5. Meet the latest standards of RoHS, Reach and TSCA.
  6. Multilingual sorting: English first, German last.

Stand Installation

Step 1: Take out the TV and carefully put it (screen downward) on a stable and flat table with a soft cloth or cushion on it.
Step 2: Please check to make sure there are the same mark (A/B) on the TV back and the correct stand. This step is not available for the stands without any mark on it, or not available for the TV with one stand only.
Step 3 : Fix the stands to the TV by using the matching screws provided in the box. The stands may vary depending on the region or model. coocaa R5G

  • The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus. Do not use the set near dust place.

  • To prevent injury, use the stand/wall-mount bracket to securely install this apparatus on the table/wall in accordance with the ,nstallat,on instructions.

  • Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type. The battery (battery or batteries or battery pack) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.

  • Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss. Listening to music at high volume levels and for extended durations can damage one’s hearing. In order to reduce the risk of damage to hearing, one should lower the volume to a safe, comfortable level, and reduce the amount of time listening at high levels.

  • The appliance coupler is used as disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

  • When not in use and during movement, please take care of the power cord set, e.g. tie up the power cord set with cable tie or something like that. It shall be free from sharp edges and the like that can cause abrasion of the power cord set. When put into use again, please make sure the power cord set being not damaged, If any damages found, please look for the service person to replace the power cord set specified by the manufacturer or have the same characteristics as the original one.

  • Attention should be drawn to environmental aspects of battery disposal.

  • No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus. To prevent the spread of fire, keep candles or other open flames away from the apparatus at all times.

  • If the apparatus have the symbol [g] ,n ,ts rating label and the power cord has two pins, it means that the equipment is a Class II or double insulated electrical appliance. It has been designed in such a way that it does not require a safety connection to electrical earth.(Only for Class ll appliance)

  • Warning for Apparatus containing COIN/BUTTON CELL BATTERIES (Below instruction only used for the apparatus containing a user-replaceable coin/button cell battery)

    Do not ingest the battery, Chemical Burn Hazard (The remote control supplied with) this product contains a coin/button cell battery. Positioning the TV

  • Install Display on solid horizontal surface such as a table or desk. For ventilation, leave a space of at least 10cm free all around the set. To prevent any fault and unsafe
    situations, please do not place any objects on top of the set. This apparatus can be used in tropical and/or moderate climates.

  • Warning: Stability Hazard
    A television set may fall, causing serious personal injury or death. Many injuries, particularly to children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions such as:
    ALWAYS use cabinets or stands or mounting methods recommended by the manufacturer of the television set.

    ALWAYS ensure the television set is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
    ALWAYS educate children about the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the television set or its controls.

Mounting on a Wall

  • An optional wall mount can be used with your television. Consult with your local dealer to purchase the recommended wall mount bracket. Carefully attach the wall mount bracket at the rear of the TV Install the wall mount bracket on a solid wall perpendicular to the floor. If you are attaching the TV to other building materials, please contact qualified personnel to install the wall mount. Detailed instructions will be included with the wall mount.   • Disconnect the power before moving or installing the TV. Otherwise electric shock may occur.
  • Remove the stand before installing the TV on a wall mount by performing the stand attachment in reverse.
  • If you install the TV on a ceiling or slanted wall, it may fall and result in severe injury. Use an authorized wall mount and contact the local dealer or qualified personnel. Otherwise it is not covered by the warranty.
  • Do not over tighten the screws as this may cause damage to the TV and void your warranty.
  • To prevent injury, this apparatus must be securely attached to the wall in accordance with the installation instructions.

Note:

  2. For the TV sets with terminals towards the wall, in order to leave enough space to use the terminals, a plastic spacer is needed together with each screw to fix the wall mount. It is a small hollow pillar, the height of which is 2>30mm.

Precautions For Using Remote Control

  • Use the remote control by pointing it towards the remote sensor. The items between the remote control and the remote sensor will interfere the normal operation.
  • Do not make remote control vibrate violently. Also, do not splash liquid on the remote control, also do not put the remote control in high humidity place.
  • Do not place remote control under direct sunlight which will cause deformation of the unit by heat.
  • When the remote sensor is under direct sunlight or strong lighting, the remote control will not work. If so please change the lighting or TV’s position, or operate the remote control closer to the remote sensor.

Precautions For Using Battery
Improper using of the battery will cause leakage. So please do as the following methods and use carefully.

  1. Please note the batteries’ polarity, to avoid short circuit.
  2. When the battery’s voltage is insufficient which affect the use range, you should replace new battery. Remove the batteries from the remote control unit if you do not intend to use it for a long time.
  3. Do not use different types of batteries (for example, Manganese and Alkaline batteries} together.
  4. Do not put the battery into fire, and charge or decompose the battery.
  5. Please dispose of batteries in compliance with relevant environmental protection regulations.
  6. WARNING: The batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.

Taking back old appliances
(Germany: Take-back obligation of distributors)
Distributors with a sales area for electrical and electronic equipment of at least 400 square metres and distributors of foodstuffs with a total sales area of at least 800 square metres who offer and make available on the market electrical and electronic equipment several times in a calendar year or on a permanent basis are obliged to take back free of charge an old appliance of the end user of the same type of equipment when handing over a new electrical or electronic appliance to an end user. This means that if you buy a new TV set from a specialised or grocery retailer with the above-mentioned minimum area and product range, you can return your old TV set free of charge. In the case of delivery of the new appliance by such a specialist or food retailer to a private household, the retailer is obliged to collect an old appliance of the same type free of charge.
For mail-order companies, there is an obligation for some types of appliances (heat exchangers, large appliances and display screen equipment, i.e. also for TV sets) to collect an WEEE of the same type free of charge from a private household upon purchase and delivery of a new appliance, if all storage and dispatch areas for EEE of a mail-order company for EEE amount to at least 400 square metres or If storage anddispatch areas of at least 800 square metres are available at a mail-order company of foodstuffs that offers EEE several times per calendar year or permanently and makes it available on the market. For more detailed information on taking back old appliances, please ask the respective retailer.
Deleting personal data or restoring factory settings
To prevent third parties from accessing any personal data stored on the old TV set after it has been disposed of, we recommendthat you initialise the old TV sets to be disposed of to the factory settings.

    Use the Power button to turn on or turn off the TV · TV will be in active standby for about 15 minutes after a Power button press to turn off the TV The TV will enter passive standby after this time. On a Power button press to turn on the TV, the TV will resume instantly if in active standby or will take few seconds longer if in passive standby

BASIC OPERATION

Turn on or turn off the TV

  1. Connect the power cord to the TV and wall outlet.
  2. In standby mode, press POWER button on the remote control to turn on the TV
  3. In working status, press POWER button on the remote control to turn off the TV.
  4. If you want to power off the TV completely, please pull out the power cord from the wall outlet.

Long press TV control button to open the Inputs menu.

  • Close: Exit the Inputs menu.
  • Turnoff TV: Turn the TV to standby mode.
  • Blu-ray Player: Access the external device connected through HDMI or AV terminal.
  • Live TV: Access the Live TV mode.
  • Home: Access the home screen.

Initial Setup

The first time you turn on the TV, a setup wizard will appear on the screen to guide you through all settings in Initial Setup.
Step 1: Select the menu language.
Step 2: Setup the TV usage environment. If you need to demonstrate the TV in a store, please select “Setup for store use”, which will consume more energy. If you need to use the TV at home, please select “Setup for home use”
Step 3: Select whether or not to connect the TV to the wired or wireless network.
If you don’t want to connect the TV to the network in this step, please skip directly to Step 4
If you have connected the TV to the wireless or wired network, you may be asked to select your time zone, and the TV may automatically check for updates.

After the TVis successfully connected to the network, you will see the activation screen with detailed instructions telling you how to activate your smart TV using your computer, smartphone or tablet to link to a Roku account. You need a Roku account to activate your Roku TV and access the entertainment across thousands of free and paid streaming channels. Roku doesn’t charge for activation support – beware of scams. oku accounts are free and while a valid credit card number is not required to create a Roku account, saving your credit card information makes renting and purchasing entertainment from the Roku channel store fast and convenient. **Step 4:** Connect your device to the TV through HDMI or AV terminal. **Step 5:** Select a name for the connected device. **Step 6:** Initial setup is completed. **Note:**
  1. Settings in Initial Setup may vary depending on the region or model. Please refer to the actual on-screen instructions.
  2. If you want to restart the Initial Setup after the first time, please select <HOME » Settings -» System -» Advanced system settings -» Factory reset » Factory reset everything>.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Before calling a service technician, please check the following table for a possible cause of the symptom and some solutions.
General Problem/Solution

  • Remote control does not work
    Change the batteries.
    Check if batteries are installed correctly.
    Check if main power is connected.
    Check if there are some items between remote sensor and remote control.

  • Poor Signal
    Keep the TV at a sufficient distance from other electronic products.

Picture & Sound/Solution

  • No picture, no sound
    Check the signal source.
    Plug another electrical device into the outlet to check if it is working or turned on.
    Check if power plug is in good contact with the outlet.

  • No sound, picture OK
    If no sound, unmute the sound or increase the volume.
    Open the sound menu and adjust ‘Balance’

  • Abnormal picture
    For no color or bad picture quality, you may:
    1. Adjust the color option in menu settings.
    2. Keep the TV at a sufficient distance from other electronic products.
    3. Try another channel.
    Bad TV signal (Display mosaic or snowflakes)
    1. Check the signal cable and adjust the antenna.
    2. Fine tune the channel.
    3. Try another channel.

Multimedia Player/Solution

  • This file is invalid’/’Unsupported audio’ appears, or audio is normal but video is abnormal, or video is normal but audio is abnormal
    The media file maybe damaged, check if the file can be played on the PC.
    Check if video and audio codec is supported.

Network/Solution

  • Network failure
    Check if the router works well.
    Make sure the TV has connected to the router successfully.
