• The unit must be placed on a level surface or leveled with included hardware (when applicable).

• For safety reasons, it is imperative that this unit be mounted on the wall or floor.
• Do not use without installing the tip restraint.
• The unit can tip over causing severe injury or death
• Never open more than one drawer at a time.
• Do not exceed the recommended weight limits.
• Evenly distribute the weight on each level and always keep the heavier loads on the bottom.
• Before cutting, drilling or hammering into any wall or floor surface, verify the location of electrical, plumbing and gas lines. Cutting may cause serious injury.

• Do not use power tools to assemble your item. Power tools may strip or damage parts/product.
• Do not over-tighten connectors (screws, bolts, etc.) Overtightening can lead to product damage.
• Be sure to check all packing materials carefully for small parts that may have come loose inside the carton during shipment. If parts are missing, contact THE HOME
• DEPOTto obtains any missing parts.
• DO NOT USE SUBSTITUTE PARTS.
• This product should only be used on a flat, level surface. Assembly requires 2 people; assembly alone may cause injury.

Pre-assembly

PLANNING ASSEMBLY
Keep children and pets away from build area. Make sure your area is large enough to unpack, sort and assemble the unit.

NOTIFICATION

NOTE: TURN THE CAM-BOLT SCREWS UNTIL THEY ARE TIGHT, THE SHOULDER SHOULD BE AGAINST THE SURFACE OF THE PART.

HOW TO USE THE CAM TOOL

NOTE: THE ARROWS ON THE HIDDEN CAM LOCKS SHOULD POINT TO THE CAM BOLTS.

Assembly

1. Assemble left file drawer

   • Insert wood dowel (CC) into panel (C1) ,then assemble panel (C1) and panel (D1&E1) by rotating the flat head screw (FF).
   • Insert the panel (P) into the slot correctly.
   • Insert bolt (EE) into panel (G1).
   • Insert wood dowel (CC) into panel (D1&E1), then rotate the cam lock (DD) tight to assemble panel (D1&E1) and panel (G1).
   • Install the metal bar (H1).

2. Assemble the right file drawer

   • Insert wood dowel (CC) into the panel (C1), then assemble panel (C1) and panel (D1&E1) by rotating the flat head screw (FF).
   • Insert the panel (P) into the slot correctly.
   • Insert bolt (EE) into panel (F1).
   • Insert wood dowel (CC) into panel (D1&E1) , then rotate the cam lock (DD) tight to assemble panel (D1&E1) and panel (F1).
   • Install the metal bar (H1).

3. Assemble left small drawer

   • Connect the back panel(M)and the side panels(O&N) with the flat head screw(FF).
   • Insert the bottom panel(P) in alignment with the slot correctly.
   • Screw bolts(EE) into panel(Q).
   • Connect the panel(Q) with small cam lock(DD) as shown.

4. Assemble right small drawer

   • Connect the back panel(M)and the side panels(O&N) with the flat head screw(FF).
   • Insert the bottom panel(P) in alignment with the slot correctly.
   • Screw bolts(EE) into panel(R).
   • Connect the panel(R) with small cam lock (DD) as shown.

5. Assemble the upper long drawer

   • Connect the back panel(S) and the side panel(T/U) with the flat head screw(FF).
   • Insert the panel (V) into the slot correctly.
   • Assemble panel (B1) and panel(S) by rotating the flat head screw (FF).
   • Insert and screw bolt (EE) into panel (W).
   • Insert wood dowel (CC) into panel (B1) and bolt(EE) into panels(T/U/B1) , then rotate the cam lock (DD) tight to assemble panel (U&T&B1) and panel (W).

6. Assemble the lower long drawer

   • Connect the back panel(X) and the side panel(Y/Z) with the flat head screw(FF).
   • Insert the panel (V) into the slot correctly.
   • Assemble panel(B1) and panel(X) by rotating the flat head screw(FF).
   • Insert and screw bolt (EE) into panel (A1).
   • Insert wood dowel (CC) into panel (B1)and bolt(EE) into panels(Y/Z/B1) , then rotate the cam lock (DD) tight to assemble panel (Y&Z&B1) and panel (A1).

7. Connect horizontal panels(F/G/I/J) with Middle vertical panels(D/E)

   • Screw bolt(BB) to horizontal panels(F/G), then insert the wood dowel(CC) into panels(F/G).
   • Install the vertical panel(D) in alignment with holes and tighten cam lock(AA).
   • Screw bolt(BB) into panels(F/G/I/J) and insert wood dowel(CC) correctly into holes as shown.
   • Install the vertical panel(E) in alignment with holes and tighten cam lock(AA).

8. Assemble side panels

   • Screw tightly bolt(BB) into panels(B/C).
   • Connect horizontal panels(F/G/H/I/J) with side panels(B/C) in alignment with holes. Then assemble middle foot(L) under panel(I) as shown.
   • Tighten the cam lock(AA) as shown.

9. Assemble top & back panels

   • Lock tightly bolt(BB) into panel(A).
   • Insert wood dowel(CC), then lock top panel(A) with big cam lock(AA).
   • Open back panel(K).
   • Install the back panel (K) through the back panel hole with the round head screw(GG).

10. Inserting the drawer
    Insert the drawer into the assembled body as shown.
    NOTE: Make sure the slide piece is at the front end of the glide when installing the drawer into the body.
    NOTE: When removing the drawer, tip up and press down the safety release tab to remove the drawer from the body.

11. Adjust the foot leveler and assemble the Anti-tipping hardware package (HH)

    • Adjust the foot leveler.
      IF THE GROUND IS NOT EVEN, THE SIDEBOARD WILL BE UNSTABLE OR THE DOORS UNSYMMETRICAL, YOU CAN ADJUST THE FOOT LEVELER UNDER THE LEG. TURN LEFT TO TIGHTEN, AND TURN RIGHT TO LOOSEN.

    • Lock the two pieces of hardware on the product and the other two pieces of hardware lock on the wall, then lock the product with a plastic band.

Maintenance

If your furniture is stained or otherwise damaged during use, contact a professional for repairs.

Care and Cleaning

• Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.
• The use of furniture polishes is not necessary. Should you choose to use polishes, test the polish in an inconspicuous area before using it over the entire surface of the product.
• Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage the finish.
• Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
• Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots.
• Liquid spills should be removed immediately. Using a soft, clean cloth, blot the spill gently and avoid rubbing.
• Always use protective pads under hot dishes and plates. Heat can cause chemical changes that may create spotting within the furniture finish.
• Use care as stains or marks from crayons or ink markers will be difficult to remove.
• Be sure to immediately clean red wine or soda stains within 30 minutes or the surface will stain.

Troubleshooting

Not all of the product’s legs touch the floor

| Make sure adjustable center feet levelers are adjusted properly. The levelers are pre-assembled on the bottom of the legs
The product is KD construction. You may need to loosen the bolts and place the product on a flat surface. Ensure that the legs all touch the flat surface and then re-tighten the bolts.
Loosen all the bolts and apply some weight to the product to get all the feet to touch the floor. Then re-tighten the bolts in that position.

Panel can not be assembled

Make sure panel is on right direction.

Glide can not be assembled

|

Make sure the slide piece is at the front end of the glide when installing the drawer into the body.

Drawer can not be removed| When removing the drawer, tip up and press down the safety release tab to remove the drawer from the body.

Drawers cannot pull in or pull out smoothly

|

Refer assembly instruction details to assemble drawers, and pull in and pull out drawers several times gently
