EINSTELLEN DER KOPFSTÜTZE
HINWEIS! Nur eine in optimaler Höhe eingestellte Kopfstütze gewährt Ihrem Kind bestmöglichen Schutz und Komfort. Die Höhenverstellung kann dazu in 9 Positionen erfolgen.
· Die Kopfstütze (1) muss so eingestellt werden, dass der Abstand zwischen den Schultern des Kindes und der Kopfstütze 3 cm (ca. 2 Finger) beträgt.
· Lockern Sie die Schultergurte, indem Sie die Verstelltaste am Zentralversteller (2) betätigen und gleichzeitig beide Schultergurte zu sich ziehen.
· Betätigen Sie den Verstellgriff (3) an der Oberkante der Kopfstütze, um die Kopfstütze in die passende Position zu bringen.
· Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kopfstütze in der gewünschten Position mit einem hörbaren Klick einrastet.
HINWEIS! Die Schultergurte sind mit der Kopfstütze fest verbunden und müssen nicht separat eingestellt werden.
FUNKTIONEN
SITZ UND LIEGEVERSTELLUNG
Der RECARO Salia 125 Kid bietet 4 unterschiedliche Sitz- und Liegepositionen zum sicheren und komfortablen Transport des Kindes im Fahrzeug.
Um die Sitz- und Liegepositionen einzustellen, ziehen Sie den Verstellgriff (4) an der Vorderseite des Kindersitzes. Nun kann die Neigung des Kindersitzes eingestellt werden. Achten Sie immer darauf, dass der Kindersitz hörbar einrastet.
HINWEIS! Neugeborene und Kleinkinder, die noch nicht selbstständig sitzen können (unter 1 Jahr), sollten aus orthopädischen und sicherheitstechnischen Gründen immer in der flachsten Liegeposition rückwärtsgerichtet transportiert werden.
WARNUNG! Die Verstellung zwischen Sitz- und Liegeposition während der Fahrt ist aus Sicherheitsgründen ausdrücklich untersagt!

· The headrest (1) must be adjusted in such a way that the distance between the child`s shoulders and the headrest is 3 cm (approx. 2 fingers).
· Loosen the shoulder straps by pressing the adjustment button on the central adjuster (2) and simultaneously pulling both shoulder straps towards you.
· Operate the adjustment handle (3) on the upper edge of the headrest to move the headrest to the appropriate position.
· Make sure that the headrest locks into the desired position with an audible click.

To adjust the recline position, pull the adjustment handle (4) on the front of the car seat. Now the inclination of the car seat can be adjusted.Always make sure that the car seat clicks audibly into place.
NOTE! For orthopedic and safety reasons, newborns and infants who are not yet able to sit up on their own (under 1 year of age) should always be transported rearward-facing in the flattest reclining position.
WARNING! For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to adjust the recline position while driving!

Der Einbau ist auf allen i-Size Fahrzeugsitzen möglich. I-Size Sitzplätze sind durch das Symbol (5) gekennzeichnet. Zusätzlich können Sie das Fahrzeughandbuch zur Hilfe nehmen. Verfügt Ihr Fahrzeug über keinen i-Size Sitzplatz, prüfen Sie bitte mit der Fahrzeugkompatibilitätsliste auf unserer Website, auf welchem Fahrzeugsitz der Sitz installiert werden darf. SAFETY IN THE VEHICLE
The RECARO Salia 125 Kid is a child restraint system of the i-Size category.
Installation is possible on all i-Size vehicle seats. I-Size seats are marked with the symbol (5). In addition, you can refer to the vehicle manual for assistance. If your vehicle does not have an i-Size seat, please use the vehicle compatibility list on our website to check on which vehicle seat the car seat may be installed. We recommend installing the car seat on the back seat and, if possible, behind the front passenger seat. If you want to use the car seat on the front passenger seat, please be sure to follow the instructions on the next page.
NOTE! I-Size vehicle seats are always also equipped with two ISOFIX attachment points (6). Without these ISOFIX attachment points, the car seat cannot be installed in Configuration 1 and 2.
WARNING! The car seat must not be combined with other systems. The approval expires as soon as changes are made.
WARNING! Make sure that luggage and other objects which could injure the occupants in the event of an accident are stowed safely.

RECARO Salia 125 Kid è un sistema di ritenuta dei bambini appartenente alla categoria i-Size.
È consentita l’installazione su tutti i sedili di tipo i-Size. I sedili i-Size sono contrassegnati dal simbolo (5). Per ulteriore assistenza, consultare il manuale del veicolo. Se il veicolo non dispone di un sedile i-Size, consultare l’elenco di compatibilità del veicolo sul nostro sito web per verificare su quale sedile è possibile installare il seggiolino auto. An einigen Autositzen aus empfindlichem Material (z.B. Velours, Leder) können durch die Benutzung von Kindersitzen möglicherweise Gebrauchsspuren oder Abfärbungen auftreten. Um dem vorzubeugen, können Sie z.B. den separat erhältlichen RECARO Car Seat Protector verwenden.
In Ausnahmefällen kann der Kindersitz auch vorne auf dem Beifahrersitz verwendet werden. Beachten Sie dabei bitte die folgenden Punkte:
· Deaktivieren Sie den Beifahrerairbag! Sollte dies in Ihrem Fahrzeug nicht möglich sein, ist eine Verwendung auf der Beifahrerseite untersagt.
· Überprüfen Sie, ob der Beifahrersitz mit ISOFIX Befestigungspunkten (6) ausgestattet ist. Ohne ISOFIX ist eine Verwendung in Konfiguration 1 und 2 nicht möglich.
· Die Empfehlungen des Fahrzeugherstellers sind unbedingt zu befolgen!
WARNUNG! Verwenden Sie den Kindersitz nicht auf einem Sitz, auf dem ein Frontairbag aktiviert ist. Dieser muss erst deaktiviert werden. Bei einem Unfall kann sich der großvolumige Frontairbag explosionsartig entfalten und dadurch das Kind schwer verletzen oder sogar töten. Seitenairbags hingegen müssen nicht deaktiviert werden.
Achten Sie zum Schutz aller Fahrzeuginsassen stets darauf, dass – die umklappbaren Rückenlehnen der Fahrzeugsitze eingerastet sind und
sich in einer aufrechten Position befinden – bei einem Einbau des Kindersitzes auf dem Beifahrersitz, dieser in der
hintersten Position steht – im Fahrzeug alle beweglichen Gegenstände gesichert sind – alle Personen im Fahrzeug angeschnallt sind
WARNUNG! Halten Sie das Kind im Auto nie auf dem Schoß! Durch die enormen Kräfte, die bei einem Unfall frei werden, können Sie das Kind unmöglich festhalten. Schnallen Sie sich und ein Kind auch niemals zusammen mit einem Fahrzeuggurt an.

Some car seats made of sensitive materials (e.g. velour, leather) may show signs of wear or discoloration due to the use of car seats. To prevent this, you can use, for example, the RECARO Car Seat Protector, which is available separately.
In exceptional cases, the car seat can also be used in the front on the front passenger seat. Please note the following points:
· Deactivate the front passenger airbag! If this is not possible in your vehicle, the use on the front passenger seat is prohibited.

WARNING! Never keep the child on your lap in the car! Due to the enormous forces exerted in the event of an accident, it is impossible for you to hold onto the child. Also, never buckle yourself and the child together with a vehicle seat belt.

Alcuni sedili auto realizzati in materiali sensibili (ad es. velluto, pelle) potrebbero mostrare segni di usura o decolorazione dovuti all’utilizzo del seggiolino. Per evitarlo, è possibile usare, ad esempio, il coprisedile RECARO, disponibile separatamente.
In casi eccezionali, il seggiolino auto può essere usato anche nella parte anteriore, sul sedile anteriore lato passeggero. Tenere presente i seguenti punti:
· Disattivare l’airbag anteriore lato passeggero! Se il proprio veicolo non consente questa azione, l’uso sul sedile anteriore lato passeggero è vietato.
· Controllare se il sedile anteriore lato passeggero è dotato dei punti di fissaggio ISOFIX (6). In assenza di ISOFIX, l’uso in configurazione 1 e 2 non è possibile.
· È assolutamente necessario seguire le raccomandazioni del produttore del veicolo!
AVVERTENZA! Non usare il seggiolino auto sul sedile di un veicolo in cui è attivato l’airbag frontale. Questo deve prima essere disattivato. In un incidente, il voluminoso airbag frontale potrebbe dispiegarsi in maniera esplosiva e causare lesioni gravi o persino la morte del bambino. Non è necessario, invece, disattivare gli airbag laterali.
Per la protezione di tutti gli occupanti del veicolo, assicurarsi sempre che – gli schienali ribaltabili del sedile siano fissati e in posizione verticale; – se il seggiolino auto è installato sul sedile anteriore lato passeggero, il sedile
del veicolo sia arretrato il più possibile; – tutti gli oggetti mobili del veicolo siano fissati; – tutte le persone all’interno dell’abitacolo indossino la cintura di sicurezza.
AVVERTENZA! Non tenere mai il bambino in braccio in macchina! A causa delle enormi forze esercitate in caso di incidente, è impossibile tenere aggrappato a sé il bambino. Inoltre, non allacciarsi insieme al bambino con la stessa cintura di sicurezza.

SAFETY FOR THE CHILD
This car seat can be used through 3 configurations in total for a child size from 61-125 cm. The child seat can be used rearward-facing and forward-facing. Under a child height of 76 cm and under a child age of 15 months, the rearward-facing use is mandatory.
Take the child out of the child seat as often as possible and relieve the strain on its spine. To do this, interrupt longer car journeys.
WARNING! Never leave your child unattended in the child seat!
WARNING! Even if you leave the child alone in the car for only a few minutes, there is already a risk of heat stroke!
WARNING! The plastic parts of the child seat heat up in the sun. The child can burn itself on them. Protect the child and the car seat from intense sunlight, e.g. by placing a light-colored cloth over the seat. A RECARO Summer Cover is also available from retailers for this purpose.

WARNUNG! Der Stützfuß muss immer direkten Bodenkontakt haben. Es dürfen keine Gegenstände oder Hohlräume zwischen Fahrzeugboden und dem Stützfuß sein. Besitzt Ihr Fahrzeug Staufächer im Fußraum, wenden Sie sich unbedingt an den Fahrzeughersteller. Im Zweifelsfall nutzen Sie bitte einen anderen Fahrzeugsitz.

Führen Sie die Einbauschritte in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durch:
· Entriegeln Sie beide ISOFIX Konnektoren durch gleichzeitiges Betätigen der seitlichen Tasten (12).
· Ziehen Sie die ISOFIX Konnektoren aus den ISOFIX Befestigungspunkten heraus (16).
· Schieben Sie die ISOFIX Konnektoren zurück in den Kindersitz. · Der Stützfuß kann durch Drücken der Verstelltaste (14) eingefahren und
eingeklappt werden (17). · Betätigen Sie die graue Taste (18) links neben dem Stützfuß um den Aus-
leger horizontal einzufahren.

· The ISOFIX connectors (11) must audibly lock into place into the ISOFIX attachment points (6).
· Make sure that the car seat holds properly by trying to pull it out of the ISOFIX attachment points.
· Now push the car seat against the backrest of the vehicle seat and move it to the right and left. This will ensure that the car seat is firmly anchored and in contact with the vehicle seat.
· Both ISOFIX indicators must now show green (13).
Setting up the support leg
· Press the adjustment button on the support leg (14) and simultaneously pull the support leg out until it touches the vehicle floor.
· Now pull the support leg out one more notch to ensure direct contact with the floor.
· The support leg indicator (15) at the bottom must now show green.
WARNING! The support leg must always be in direct contact with the floor. There must be no objects or cavities between the vehicle floor and the support leg. If your vehicle has storage compartments in the footwell, be sure to consult the vehicle manufacturer. If in doubt, please use another vehicle seat.

Carry out the installation steps in reverse order:
· Unlock both ISOFIX connectors by pressing the side buttons (12) simultaneously.
· Pull the ISOFIX connectors out of the ISOFIX attachment points (16). · Push the ISOFIX connectors back into the car seat. · The support leg can be retracted by pressing the adjustment button (14)
and then folded in (17). · Press the gray (18) button to the left of the support leg to retract the slide-
out horizontally.

Bevor Sie das Kind hineinsetzen:
· Lockern Sie das Gurtsystem indem Sie die Verstelltaste am Zentralversteller (2) betätigen und gleichzeitig beide Schultergurte an sich ziehen.
· Öffnen Sie das Gurtschloss durch kräftiges Drücken der roten Taste (20). · Legen Sie die Gurte zur Seite um den Einstieg zu erleichtern. · Setzen Sie Ihr Kind nun in den Kindersitz.
HINWEIS! Achten Sie darauf, dass zwischen der Kopfstütze und der Schulter des Kindes 3 cm (ca. 2 Finger) Platz sind. Siehe Kapitel ,,Einstellen der Kopfstütze”.
· Führen Sie die Schultergurte über die Schultern des Kindes. · Führen Sie beide Schlosszungen (21) zusammen und rasten Sie diese im
Gurtschloss (22) mit einem hörbaren ,,KLICK” ein.
· Ziehen Sie behutsam am Zentralverstellgurt (23), um die Schultergurte so weit zu straffen, bis diese am Körper Ihres Kindes anliegen.
HINWEIS! Zum optimalen Schutz des Kindes sollten die Schultergurte so nahe wie möglich am Körper anliegen. Achten Sie dazu bitte darauf, dass das Kind keine dicke Kleidung wie eine Winterjacke trägt.

STRAPPING THE CHILD
· Pull the 360° rotation button (19) and turn the car seat sideways to the door.
WARNING! This sideways position is only intended as a boarding aid. Never drive the vehicle in this position!
Before you place the child in the seat:
· Loosen the harness system by pressing the adjustment button on the central adjuster (2) and by simultaneously pulling both shoulder straps towards you.
· Open the buckle by firmly pressing the red button (20). · Move the straps out of the way to simplify the entry. · Now place your child in the car seat.
NOTE! Make sure that there is 3 cm (approx. 2 fingers) of clearance between the headrest and the childs shoulder. See chapter ,,Adjusting the headrest”. · Guide the shoulder straps over the childs shoulders. · Bring both buckle tongues (21) together and engage them in the buckle
(22) with an audible ,,CLICK”.
· Gently pull on the central adjustment strap (23) to tighten the shoulder straps until they are snug against the child`s body.
NOTE! For optimum protection of the child, the shoulder straps should be as close to the body as possible. Therefore, please make sure that the child is not wearing thick clothing such as a winter jacket.

ASSICURARE IL BAMBINO
· Premere il tasto di rotazione a 360° (19), quindi ruotare il seggiolino lateralmente verso la portiera.
AVVERTENZA! La posizione laterale è destinata solo a fornire ausilio per la salita a bordo. Non guidare mai il veicolo in questa posizione!
Prima di posizionare il bambino sul seggiolino:
· Allentare il sistema di imbracatura premendo il tasto di regolazione del regolatore centrale (2) e tirando simultaneamente entrambi gli spallacci verso di sé.
· Aprire la fibbia premendo fermamente il pulsante rosso (20). · Spostare le bretelle per semplificare il posizionamento. · Posizionare il bambino sul seggiolino.
NOTA! Assicurarsi che ci sia uno spazio di 3 cm (circa 2 dita) tra il poggiatesta e la spalla del bambino. Consultare la sezione “Regolazione del poggiatesta”.
· Posizionare gli spallacci sulle spalle del bambino. · Unire le due linguette della fibbia (21) e inserirle nella fibbia (22) fino a farle
scattare in posizione con un ,,CLIC”.
· Tirare delicatamente il laccetto di regolazione centrale (23) per stringere gli spallacci fino a farli aderire al corpo del bambino.
NOTA! Per una protezione ottimale del bambino, gli spallacci devono essere quanto più possibile vicini al corpo. Assicurarsi, pertanto, che il bambino non indossi indumenti spessi, ad esempio un giubbotto invernale.

AKTIVIEREN DES SEITENPROTEKTORS
Im RECARO Salia 125 Kid ist das ,,Advanced Side-Impact Protection” System (ASP) verbaut. Das ASP erhöht den Schutz des Kindes bei einem Seitenaufprall, indem es die Kräfte um den Körper des Kindes herumleitet und so die Einwirkung auf den Kopf reduziert.
· Ziehen Sie den Seitenaufprallschutz (25) auf der Türseite heraus. · Achten Sie darauf, dass der Seitenaufprallschutz einrastet. · Kontrollieren Sie die Funktionsbereitschaft durch ein seitliches Drücken
auf den Seitenaufprallschutz. Das ASP muss dem standhalten ohne einzufahren.
HINWEIS! Der Seitenaufprallschutz darf nicht als Tragegriff oder Einstiegshilfe verwendet werden.
HINWEIS! Sollte der Seitenaufprallschutz an der Türe anstehen, klappen Sie ihn wieder ein.
HINWEIS! Der Kindersitz bietet auch ohne ausgeklappten Seitenaufprallschutz genügend Seitenaufprallschutz und kann daher auch ohne selbigen verwendet werden. Wir empfehlen jedoch den Seitenaufprallschutz zu nutzen.
WARNUNG! Beim Einbau des Kindersitzes auf dem mittleren Sitzplatz dürfen Sie keinen Seitenaufprallschutz ausklappen.

· Now turn the car seat to the rearward-facing position (24).
NOTE! The seat may only be used in the forward-facing position from a child height of 76 cm or from 16 months.
· The car seat must engage with a “Click” and the 360° rotation button (19) must jump to green.
WARNING! Under a child height of 76 cm and under a child age of 15 months, the rearward-facing use in Configuration 1 is mandatory. The child seat must not be rotated forward beforehand!

· Riportare quindi il seggiolino in posizione contraria al senso di marcia (24).

The RECARO Salia 125 Kid features the ,,Advanced Side-Impact Protection” system (ASP). The ASP increases the protection of the child in the event of a side impact by directing the forces around the child`s body, thus reducing the impact on the head.
· Pull out the side impact protection (25) on the door side. · Make sure that the side impact protection engages. · Check that it is ready for operation by pushing on the side impact protection
from the side. The ASP must withstand this without retracting.
NOTE! The side impact protection must not be used as a carrying handle or boarding aid.
NOTE! If the side impact protection is in contact with the door, fold it back in. Use with the side impact protection properly retracted is still permissible.
NOTE! The car seat offers sufficient side impact protection even without the side impact protection folded out and can therefore also be used without the same. However, we recommend using the side impact protection.
WARNING! When installing the car seat in the middle seat position, do not fold out the side impact protection.

Wenn das Kind eine Körpergröße von mindestens 100 cm erreicht hat, kann der Sitz in die Konfiguration 3 umgebaut werden. Hierbei wird das 5-PunktGurtsystem des Kindersitzes verstaut und das Kind stattdessen mit dem 3 -Punkt-Fahrzeuggurt angeschnallt. Der Kindersitz kann dem größeren Körper so mehr Platz bieten.
Für dem Umbau gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
· Lockern Sie das Gurtsystem vollständig indem Sie die Verstelltaste amZentralversteller (2) betätigen und gleichzeitig beide Schultergurte an sich ziehen (ziehen Sie nicht an den Schulterpolstern).
· Bringen Sie die Kopfstütze (3) in die höchstmögliche Position. · Öffnen Sie das Gurtschloss durch kräftiges Drücken der roten Taste (20). · Ziehen Sie das Gurtschlosspolster (26) ab. · Lösen Sie den unteren Bezug der Rückenlehne und führen Sie das Gurt-
schloss durch das Loch im Bezug (27). · Verschließen Sie das Gurtschloss wieder mit den beiden Schlosszungen
und legen Sie das Gurtschloss in die Vertiefung (28).

CONVERSION TO CONFIGURATION 3 (100-125 CM)
If the child has reached a height of at least 100 cm, the seat can be converted to Configuration 3. This involves stowing the car seat`s 5-point harness system and strapping the child in with the 3-point vehicle belt instead. The car seat can thus provide more space for the larger body.
For the conversion, please proceed as follows:
· Loosen the harness system completely by pressing the adjustment button on the central adjuster (2) and simultaneously pulling both shoulder belts towards you. (do not pull on the shoulder pads)
· Move the headrest (3) to the highest possible position. · Open the buckle by pressing the red button (20) firmly. · Pull off the buckle pad (26). · Loosen the lower backrest cover and pass the belt buckle through the hole
in the cover (27). · Close the buckle again with the two buckle tongues and place the buckle
in recess (28).

PASSAGGIO ALLA CONFIGURAZIONE 3 (100-125 CM)
Se il bambino ha raggiunto un’altezza di almeno 100 cm, è possibile impostare il seggiolino in Configurazione 3. Ciò comporta la rimozione del sistema di imbracatura a 5 punti e di allacciare sul bambino la cintura di sicurezza a 3 punti del veicolo. Il seggiolino offre in questo modo più spazio per il corpo più grande.
Per effettuare questo passaggio, procedere come segue:
· Allentare completamente il sistema di imbracatura premendo il pulsante di regolazione sul regolatore centrale (2) e tirando simultaneamente entrambi gli spallacci verso di sé. (non tirare le protezioni degli spallacci).
· Spostare il poggiatesta (3) nella posizione più alta possibile. · Aprire la fibbia premendo fermamente il pulsante rosso (20). · Estrarre l’imbottitura della fibbia (26). · Allentare la parte inferiore del rivestimento del poggiatesta e far scorrere la
fibbia della cintura attraverso il foro del rivestimento (27). · Richiudere nuovamente la fibbia con le due linguette e posizionare la fibbia
nell’incavo (28).

HINWEIS! Die Installation in Konfiguration 3 erfolgt mit 3-Punkt- Fahrzeuggurt und optional zusätzlich mit ISOFIX. Für Konfiguration 1 und 2 gilt dies nicht!
Wir empfehlen in Konfiguration 3 die Installation mit 3-PunktFahrzeuggurt und ISOFIX:
· Schieben Sie beide ISOFIX Konnektoren (11) bis zum Anschlag heraus. Drücken Sie dazu gleichzeitig die seitlichen Tasten (12).
· Die ISOFIX Konnektoren (11) müssen hörbar an den ISOFIX Befestigungspunkten (6) einrasten.
· Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Sitz gut hält, indem Sie versuchen ihn aus den ISOFIX Befestigungspunkten herauszuziehen.
· Schieben Sie den Kindersitz nun gegen die Rücklehne des Fahrzeugsitzes und bewegen Sie ihn nach rechts und links. So stellen Sie sicher, dass der Kindersitz so fest wie möglich verankert ist und am Autositz anliegt.
· Beide ISOFIX Indikatoren müssen nun grün zeigen (13).

· Stow the buckle pad in the bag sewn to the cover (29). Later, fold the bag under the cover to cover the belt buckle in the recess.
· Open the shoulder pads (30) and remove them. · Pull the 360° rotation button (19) and rotate the car seat to the forward-fa-
cing position. · Press the gray button to the left of the support leg (18) to retract the slide-
out horizontally. To do this, lift the car seat slightly. · Retract the support leg by pressing the adjustment button (14) and fold it.
NOTE! The installation in Configuration 3 is carried out with 3-point vehicle belt and as an option additionally with ISOFIX. This does not apply to Configuration 1 and 2!
For Configuration 3, we recommend the installation with 3-point vehicle seat belt and ISOFIX:
· Push both ISOFIX connectors (11) out as far as possible. To do this, press the side buttons (12) simultaneously.
· The ISOFIX connectors (11) must audibly engage in the ISOFIX attachment points (6).
· Make sure that the car seat holds well by trying to pull it out of the ISOFIX attachment points.
· Now push the car seat against the backrest of the vehicle seat and move it to the right and left. This will ensure that the car seat is anchored as firmly as possible and is in contact with the vehicle seat.
· Both ISOFIX indicators must now show green (13).

NOTA! L’installazione in Configurazione 3 viene eseguita con la cintura a 3 punti del veicolo e, opzionalmente, anche con il sistema ISOFIX. Questo non si applica alla Configurazione 1 e 2!
Per la configurazione 3, consigliamo l’installazione con la cintura a 3 punti del veicolo e il sistema ISOFIX:
· Estrarre al massimo entrambi i connettori ISOFIX (11). Per farlo, premere simultaneamente i tasti laterali (12).
· I connettori ISOFIX (11) devono scattare in posizione nei punti di fissaggio ISOFIX (6).
· Assicurarsi che il seggiolino sia ben fissato cercando di tirarlo fuori dai punti di fissaggio ISOFIX.
· A questo punto, spingere il seggiolino contro lo schienale del sedile e spostarlo a destra e sinistra. Questa operazione garantirà che il seggiolino è ancorato il più saldamente possibile e a contatto con il sedile.
· Entrambi gli indicatori ISOFIX devono essere adesso di colore verde (13).

KONFIGURATION 3 (100-125 CM)
ANSCHNALLEN DES KINDES
· Setzen Sie Ihr Kind in den Kindersitz.
HINWEIS! Achten Sie darauf, dass zwischen der Kopfstütze und der Schulter des Kindes 3 cm (ca. 2 Finger) Platz sind. Siehe Kapitel ,,Einstellen der Kopfstütze”.
· Ziehen Sie den Fahrzeuggurt weit heraus und führen Sie diesen vor Ihrem Kind entlang zum Fahrzeug-Gurtschloss (31).
· Stecken Sie die Gurtzunge (32) in das Gurtschloss (31). Dieses muss mit einem hörbaren ,,KLICK” einrasten.
· Legen Sie den Beckengurt (33) in die beiden unteren grünen Gurtführungen (34) des Kindersitzes ein.
· Ziehen Sie nun kräftig am Diagonalgurt (35), um den Beckengurt zu straffen. Je enger der Gurt anliegt, desto besser kann er vor Verletzungen schützen.
· Legen Sie nun auch den Diagonalgurt in die untere grüne Gurtführung nahe dem Fahrzeuggurtschloss ein.
· Führen Sie den Diagonalgurt (35) nun durch die obere grüne Gurtführung in der Kopfstütze (36), sodass er sich innerhalb der Gurtführung befindet. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Diagonalgurt zwischen Schulteraußenkante und Hals Ihres Kindes verläuft.

USE IN THE VEHICLE

STRAPPING THE CHILD
· Place your child in the car seat.
NOTE! Make sure that there is 3 cm (approx. 2 fingers) of clearance between the headrest and the child`s shoulder. See chapter ,,Adjusting the headrest”.
· Pull the vehicle seat belt far out and guide it along in front of the child towards the vehicle belt buckle (31).
· Insert the belt tongue (32) into the belt buckle (31). It must engage with an audible ,,CLICK”.
· Insert the lap belt (33) into both lower green belt guides (34) of the car seat. · Now pull firmly on the diagonal belt (35) to tighten the lap belt. The tighter
the belt fits, the better it can protect against injuries. · Now also insert the diagonal belt only into the lower green belt guide near
the vehicle belt buckle. · Now feed the diagonal belt (35) through the upper green belt guide in the
headrest (36) so that it runs through the belt guide. Make sure that the diagonal belt runs between the outer edge of the shoulder and the neck of the child.

USO NEL VEICOLO
CONFIGURAZIONE 3: USO PER BAMBINI DA 100 A 125 CM

ASSICURARE IL BAMBINO
· Posizionare il bambino sul seggiolino.
NOTA! Assicurarsi che ci sia uno spazio di 3 cm (circa 2 dita) tra il poggiatesta e la spalla del bambino. Consultare la sezione “Regolazione del poggiatesta”.
· Estrarre completamente la cintura di sicurezza del veicolo e guidarla davanti al bambino verso l’apposita fibbia (31).
· Inserire la linguetta della cintura (32) nella fibbia (31). Deve scattare in posizione con un ,,CLIC”.
· Inserire il tratto orizzontale della cintura (33) in entrambe le guide verdi inferiori (34) del seggiolino.
· Adesso, tirare saldamente il tratto diagonale della cintura (35) per stringere il tratto orizzontale. Più stretta sarà cintura, più proteggerà da lesioni.
· Inserire anche il tratto diagonale della cintura solo nella guida verde inferiore accanto alla fibbia della cintura di sicurezza.
· Quindi, far passare il tratto diagonale della cintura (35) attraverso la guida verde superiore nel poggiatesta (36) così da farla scorrere lungo la guida. Assicurarsi che il tratto diagonale scorra tra il bordo esterno e il collo del bambino.

Im RECARO Salia 125 Kid ist das ,,Advanced Side-Impact Protection” System (ASP) verbaut. Das ASP erhöht den Schutz des Kindes bei einem Seitenaufprall indem es die Kräfte um den Körper des Kindes herumleitet und so die Einwirkung auf den Kopf reduziert.
· Ziehen Sie den Seitenaufprallschutz (25) auf der Türseite heraus. · Achten Sie darauf, dass der Seitenaufprallschutz einrastet. · Kontrollieren Sie die Funktionsbereitschaft durch ein seitliches Drücken
auf den Seitenaufprallschutz. Das ASP muss dem standhalten ohne einzufahren.
HINWEIS! Der Seitenaufprallschutz darf nicht als Tragegriff oder Einstiegshilfe verwendet werden.
HINWEIS! Sollte der Seitenaufprallschutz an der Türe anstehen, klappen Sie ihn wieder ein.
HINWEIS! Der Kindersitz bietet auch ohne ausgeklappten Seitenaufprallschutz genügend Seitenaufprallschutz und kann daher auch ohne selbigen verwendet werden. Wir empfehlen jedoch den Seitenaufprallschutz zu nutzen.
WARNUNG! Beim Einbau des Kindersitzes auf dem mittleren Sitzplatz dürfen Sie keinen Seitenaufprallschutz ausklappen.

WARNUNG! Wenn Sie kein ISOFIX verwenden, stellen Sie sicher, dass der Sitz angeschnallt ist auch wenn kein Kind darin sitzt (37). Bei einer scharfen Bremsung kann der Sitz ansonsten zu einem verletzenden Geschoss werden.

CLEANING
Make sure that only a RECARO Salia 125 Kid seat cover is used, as the cover is also an essential part of the protection concept. Replacement covers can be obtained from specialist dealers.
Please wash the cover before using it for the first time. To do this, proceed as described in the following chapter ,,Removal of the seat cover”. Before washing, please remove all removable foam parts from the covers. These must not be washed. The cover may be washed at max. 30°C on the gentle cycle. Higher temperatures may cause discoloration. Please wash the cover separately from other laundry and never machine dry it! Do not dry the cover in the blazing sun! The plastic parts can be washed with a mild detergent and warm water.

ABNEHMEN DES SITZBEZUGES

· Entfernen Sie ggf. die beiden Schulterpolster (30) von den Metallhaken. · Entfernen Sie ggf. das Gurtschlosspolster (26).
WARNUNG! Der Kindersitz darf keinesfalls ohne Bezug verwendet werden.

Anbringen des Bezuges

Removal
For removal, please proceed as follows:

Attaching the seat cover
Carry out the previously described steps in reverse order to reattach the cover. Do not twist or mix up the shoulder straps in the process.

· Dieser Kindersitz kann für eine Kindesgröße von 61-125 cm verwendet werden. Die Nutzung des integrierten 5-Punkt Gurtsystems der Konfiguration 1 und 2 ist bis zu einem Kindesgewicht von maximal 18 kg zugelassen.
· Unter einer Kindesgröße von 76 cm und unter einem Kindesalter von 15 Monaten ist die rückwärtsgerichtete Verwendung zwingend vorgeschrieben!
· Die Handhabung des Gurtschlosses wird jeweils in den Kapiteln ,,Anschnallen des Kindes” erklärt. Informationen zur Anpassung an die Körpergröße finden Sie in dem Kapitel ,,Einstellen der Kopfstütze”.
· Der Stützfuß muss in Konfiguration 1 und 2 im Kontakt mit dem Fahrzeugboden sein.
· Das interne Gurtsystem als auch der Fahrzeuggurt müssen an die Körpergröße des Kindes angepasst und dürfen nicht verdreht sein.
· Die Hüftgurte sollen möglichst tief verlaufen, sodass das Becken fest fixiert ist.
· Der Kindersitz sollte ersetzt werden, wenn er in einen Unfall verwickelt war. Ein Unfall kann das Produkt beschädigen, ohne sichtbare Spuren zu hinterlassen.
· Angaben zur Reinigung finden Sie im Kapitel ,,Pflege & Reinigung”. · Der Kindersitz darf nicht mit anderen Systemen kombiniert oder verwendet
werden. Die Zulassung erlischt, sobald etwas verändert wird. · Damit Ihr Kind richtig geschützt werden kann, ist es unbedingt notwendig,
den Kindersitz so zu verwenden, wie es in dieser Anleitung beschrieben wird. · Lassen Sie Ihr Kind nie unbeaufsichtigt im Kindersitz. · Achten Sie darauf, dass Gepäckstücke und sonstige Gegenstände, welche

GENERAL NOTES
· The rigid parts of the car seat, as well as those made of plastic, must be placed or fastened in such a way that they cannot be trapped between moving seats or in the vehicle door during everyday use.
· This car seat can be used for a child height of 61-125 cm. The use of the integrated 5-point harness system of Configuration 1 and 2 is permitted up to a maximum child weight of 18 kg.

the event of an accident are securely stowed. · Do not use the car seat without the seat cover. Never replace the cover
with a make not recommended by the manufacturer, as it is an important part of the safety concept. · If you are unsure about the seat position in the vehicle, refer to the instruction manual of your vehicle.

LET OP! Alleen een hoofdsteun die op de optimale hoogte is ingesteld, biedt uw kind de best mogelijke bescherming en comfort. Daartoe kan de hoogte in 9 standen worden ingesteld.
· De hoofdsteun (1) moet zo worden ingesteld dat de afstand tussen de schouders van het kind en de hoofdsteun 3 cm (ongeveer 2 vingers) bedraagt.
· Maak de schouderriemen los door de verstelknop op de centrale gordelspanner (2) in te drukken en tegelijkertijd beide schouderriemen naar u toe te trekken.
· Bedien de verstelhendel (3) aan de bovenrand van de hoofdsteun om de hoofdsteun in de juiste stand te zetten.
· Zorg ervoor dat de hoofdsteun met een hoorbare klik in de gewenste stand wordt vergrendeld.
LET OP! De schouderriemen zijn aan de hoofdsteun bevestigd en hoeven niet apart te worden afgesteld.

De RECARO Salia 125 Kid biedt 4 verschillende ligposities voor een veilig en comfortabel vervoer van het kind in het voertuig.
Trek aan de verstelhendel (4) aan de voorkant van de autostoel om de rugleuning te verstellen. Nu kan de helling van de autostoel worden aangepast. Zorg er altijd voor dat het autostoeltje hoorbaar vastklikt.
LET OP! Om orthopedische en veiligheidsredenen moeten pasgeborenen en baby`s die nog niet zelfstandig kunnen zitten (jonger dan 1 jaar) altijd achterwaarts gericht worden vervoerd in de meest vlakke ligpositie.
WAARSCHUWING! Om veiligheidsredenen is het ten strengste verboden de rugleuning tijdens het rijden te verstellen!

De RECARO Salia 125 Kid is een kinderveiligheidssysteem van de categorie i-Size.
Installatie is mogelijk op alle i-Size autostoelen. I-Size zitplaatsen zijn gemarkeerd met het symbool (5). Bovendien kunt u de handleiding van het voertuig raadplegen voor hulp. Als uw auto geen i-Size zitje heeft, gebruik dan de compatibiliteitslijst op onze website om te controleren op welke autostoel de autostoel geïnstalleerd kan worden. WAARSCHUWING! Zet het kinderzitje altijd goed vast in de auto, ook als het niet in gebruik is. Zelfs bij een noodstop of een kleine botsing kunnen niet- beveiligde onderdelen andere passagiers en uzelf verwonden.

Le RECARO Salia 125 Kid est un système de retenue pour enfants de la catégorie i-Size.
Linstallation est possible sur tous les sièges pour véhicule i-Size. Les sièges I-Size sont marqués du symbole (5). En outre, vous pouvez vous référer au manuel du véhicule pour obtenir de laide.

Sommige autostoelen van gevoelige materialen (bv. velours, leder) kunnen tekenen van slijtage of verkleuring vertonen als gevolg van het gebruik van autostoelen. Om dit te voorkomen, kunt u bijvoorbeeld de RECARO autostoelbeschermer gebruiken, die apart verkrijgbaar is.
In uitzonderlijke gevallen kan het autostoeltje ook voorin op de passagiersstoel worden gebruikt. Let op de volgende punten:
· Deactiveer de airbag van de passagier voorin! Als dit in uw voertuig niet mogelijk is, is het gebruik op de passagiersstoel voorin verboden.
· Controleer of de passagiersstoel voorin is uitgerust met ISOFIX- bevestigingspunten (6). Zonder ISOFIX is gebruik in configuratie 1 en 2 niet mogelijk.
· Het is absoluut noodzakelijk de aanbevelingen van de voertuigfabrikant op te volgen!
WAARSCHUWING! Gebruik de autostoel niet op een autostoel waarop een frontale airbag is geactiveerd. Deze moet eerst gedeactiveerd worden. Bij een ongeval kan de frontale airbag met een groot volume explosief ontplooien, waardoor het kind ernstig letsel oploopt of zelfs overlijdt. Zijairbags daarentegen hoeven niet te worden gedeactiveerd.
Voor de bescherming van alle inzittenden van het voertuig moet u er altijd voor zorgen dat: – de opklapbare rugleuningen van de voertuigstoelen zijn vastgeklikt en
rechtop staan, – als de autostoel op de passagiersstoel voorin is geïnstalleerd, de autostoel
in de achterste stand staat, – alle beweegbare voorwerpen in het voertuig zijn vastgezet, – alle personen in het voertuig een veiligheidsgordel dragen.
WAARSCHUWING! Houd het kind nooit op uw schoot in de auto! Door de enorme krachten die bij een ongeval worden uitgeoefend, is het voor u onmogelijk het kind vast te houden. Maak ook nooit uzelf en het kind vast met een autogordel.

· Koniecznie potrzeba stosowa si do zalece producenta pojazdu!
UWAGA! Nie uywaj fotelika na siedzeniu w samochodzie na przeciwko, którego znajduje si wlczona poduszka powietrzna. Najpierw musi zosta wylczona. Podczas wypadku przednia poduszka powietrzna o duej objtoci moe wystrzeli, powodujc powane obraenia, a nawet mier dziecka. Nie ma potrzeby, eby poduszki powietrzne ulokowane po bokach byly wylczone.
Aby zapewni bezpieczestwo wszystkich pasaerów podróujcych pojazdem zawsze. – Upewnij si, e oparcia w tylnych siedzeniach s zamocowane i ustawione
w pozycji pionowej. – Jeli fotelik samochodowy jest zamontowany na przednim siedzeniu

Deze autostoel kan in totaal in 3 configuraties worden gebruikt voor een kindmaat van 61-125 cm. Het kinderzitje kan zowel naar achteren als naar voren gericht worden gebruikt. Bij een kindlengte minder dan 76 cm en een kindleeftijd van minder dan 15 maanden is achterwaarts gericht gebruik verplicht.
Haal het kind zo vaak mogelijk uit het kinderzitje om de ruggengraat te ontlasten. Om dit te doen, onderbreek langere autoritten.
WAARSCHUWING! Laat uw kind nooit zonder toezicht in het kinderzitje zitten!
WAARSCHUWING! Zelfs als u het kind maar een paar minuten alleen in de auto laat, bestaat er al een risico op een hitteberoerte!

Ce siège auto peut être utilisé dans 3 configurations au total pour une des enfants mesurant entre 61 et 125 cm. Le siège enfant peut être utilisé orienté vers larrière et vers lavant. Si l’enfant mesure moins de 76 cm et n’a pas encore 15 mois, lutilisation orientée vers larrière est obligatoire.
Sortez lenfant du siège enfant aussi souvent que possible et soulagez la colonne vertébrale de lenfant. Pour ce faire, faites des pauses pendant les longs trajets en voiture.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Ne laissez jamais votre enfant sans surveillance dans le siège enfant !
AVERTISSEMENT ! Même si vous laissez lenfant seul dans la voiture pendant quelques minutes seulement, il y a déjà un risque de coup de chaleur ! AVERTISSEMENT ! Les pièces en plastique du siège enfant chauffent au soleil. Lenfant peut se brûler au contact de celles-ci. Protégez lenfant et le siège auto des rayons intenses du soleil, par exemple en plaçant un tissu de couleur claire sur le siège. Bij een kindlengte minder dan 76 cm en een kindleeftijd van minder dan 15 maanden is achterwaarts gericht gebruik (Configuratie 1) verplicht.
LET OP! Uit ongevallenstatistieken blijkt dat achterwaarts gericht vervoer van het kind in de auto het veiligst is. Wij raden dan ook aan om zo lang mogelijk vast te houden aan configuratie 1 (tot 105 cm / 18 kg).
CONFIGURATIE 1 & 2 (61-105 CM)
INSTALLATIE VAN DE AUTOSTOEL
Kies een goedgekeurde autostoel zoals beschreven in het hoofdstuk ,,Veiligheid in de auto”.
LET OP! De ISOFIX-bevestigingspunten (6) zijn twee metalen clips per autostoel en bevinden zich tussen de rugleuning en het zitoppervlak. Ze zijn te herkennen aan het ISOFIX-symbool. Raadpleeg de handleiding van het voertuig voor meer informatie.
Als de ISOFIX-bevestigingspunten (6) van uw voertuig moeilijk toegankelijk zijn, kunt u de bijgeleverde ISOFIX-inzetstukgeleiders (8) er permanent in vasthaken.
LET OP! Plaats geen voorwerpen in de voetenruimte voor de autostoel.
· Klap de steunpoot helemaal naar buiten (9). · Trek de slide-out horizontaal uit tot de indicator groen aangeeft (10). · Duw beide ISOFIX-connectoren (11) zo ver mogelijk naar buiten. Om dit te
doen, drukt u tegelijkertijd op de zijknoppen (12).

NOTATKA! Statystyki wypadków pokazuj, e transport dziecka tylem do kierunku jazdy w pojedzie jest najbezpieczniejszy. Dlatego zalecamy jak najdlusze zachowanie poloenia 1 (do 105 cm / 18 kg).

REMARQUE ! Les points de fixation ISOFIX (6) sont deux clips métalliques par siège de véhicule et sont situés entre le dossier et la surface du siège. Ils sont identifiés par le symbole ISOFIX. Pour plus d`informations, reportez-vous au manuel du véhicule.

Jeli dostp do punktów mocowania ISOFIX (6) w Twoim pojedzie jest utrudniony, moesz na stale przymocowa do nich dostarczone prowadnice ISOFIX (8).

Si les points de fixation ISOFIX (6) de votre véhicule sont difficiles daccès, vous pouvez y accrocher de façon permanente les guides dinsertion ISOFIX (8) fournis.

· Calkowicie rozló podpórk (9). · Wysu prowadnic poziomo, a wskanik zawieci si na zielono (10). · Wypchnij oba zlcza ISOFIX (11) do oporu. W tym celu nacinij jednoczenie
przyciski boczne (12).

· Déployez complètement la jambe de support (9). · Tirez la glissière horizontalement jusquà ce que lindicateur soit vert (10). · Poussez les deux connecteurs ISOFIX (11) jusqu`à la butée. Pour ce faire,
appuyez simultanément sur les boutons latéraux (12).

· De ISOFIX-connectoren (11) moeten hoorbaar vastklikken in de ISOFIX- bevestigingspunten (6).
· Controleer of het autostoeltje goed vastzit door te proberen het uit de ISOFIX-bevestigingspunten te trekken.
· Duw nu de autostoel tegen de rugleuning van de autostoel en beweeg het naar rechts en naar links. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het autostoeltje stevig verankerd is en in contact staat met de autostoel.
· Beide ISOFIX indicatoren moeten nu groen (13) tonen.
Opzetten van de steunpoot
· Druk op de afstelknop op de steunpoot (14) en trek tegelijkertijd de steunpoot naar buiten totdat deze de vloer van het voertuig raakt.
· Trek nu de steunpoot nog een stand naar buiten om direct contact met de vloer te verzekeren.
· De steunpootindicator (15) aan de onderzijde moet nu groen aangeven.
WAARSCHUWING! De steunpoot moet altijd in direct contact met de vloer staan. Er mogen zich geen voorwerpen of holtes tussen de vloer van het voertuig en de steunpoot bevinden. Als uw auto opbergvakken in de voetenruimte heeft, raadpleeg dan de fabrikant van de auto. In geval van twijfel, gebruik dan een andere autostoel.
CONFIGURATIE 1 & 2 (61-105 CM)
VERWIJDERING VAN DE AUTOSTOEL
Voer de installatiestappen in omgekeerde volgorde uit:
· Ontgrendel beide ISOFIX connectoren door de zijknoppen (12) gelijktijdig in te drukken.
· Trek de ISOFIX-connectoren uit de ISOFIX-bevestigingspunten (16). · Duw de ISOFIX-connectoren terug in de autostoel. · De steunpoot kan worden ingetrokken door de verstelknop (14) in te
drukken en vervolgens worden ingeklapt (17). · Druk op de grijze knop (18) links van de steunpoot om de slide-out horizon-
taal in te schuiven.

· Zlcza ISOFIX (11) musz slyszalnie zatrzasn si w punktach mocowania ISOFIX (6).
· Upewnij si, e fotelik jest dobrze umocowany, próbujc wycign go z punktów mocowania ISOFIX.
· – Teraz docinij fotelik samochodowy do oparcia fotela samochodowego i przesu go w prawo i lewo. Zapewni to solidne zamocowanie fotelika samochodowego i bdzie on przylegal do siedzenia w pojedzie.
· Oba wskaniki ISOFIX musz zawieci si teraz na zielono (13).
Konfiguracja podpórki
· Nacinij przycisk regulacji na podpórce (14) i jednoczenie wysun podpórk, a dotknie podlogi pojazdu.
· Teraz wycignij podpórk o jeszcze jedn kresk bliej, aby zapewni bezporedni kontakt z podlog.
· Wskanik podpórki (15) na dole musi teraz zawieci si na zielono.
UWAGA! Podpórka musi zawsze mie bezporedni kontakt z podlog. Pomidzy podlog pojazdu a podpórk nie mog znajdowa si adne przedmioty ani puste przestrzenie. Jeli twój pojazd ma schowka w przestrzeni na nogi, skonsultuj si z producentem pojazdu. W razie wtpliwoci skorzystaj z innego fotelika samochodowego.

· Les connecteurs ISOFIX (11) doivent senclencher de manière audible dans les points de fixation ISOFIX (6). · Assurez-vous que le siège auto tient correctement en essayant de le tirer hors des points de fixation ISOFIX. · Maintenant, poussez le siège auto contre le dossier du siège du véhicule et déplacez-le vers la droite et la gauche. Cela permettra de sassurer que le siège auto est fermement ancré et en contact avec le siège du véhicule.
· Les deux indicateurs ISOFIX doivent maintenant être verts (13).
Réglage de la jambe de support
· Appuyez sur le bouton de réglage de la jambe de support (14) et tirez simultanément la jambe de support jusquà ce quelle touche le plancher du véhicule.
· Tirez maintenant la jambe de support dun cran supplémentaire pour assurer un contact direct avec le sol. · Lindicateur de la jambe de support (15) situé en bas doit maintenant être vert.
AVERTISSEMENT ! La jambe de support doit toujours être en contact direct avec le plancher. Il ne doit y avoir aucun objet ou cavité entre le plancher du véhicule et la jambe de support. Si votr
