Importance

① This camera only supports 2.4GHz Wifi networks.
②For a stable network connection, please make sure the camera and the mobile device are close to the router.
③Avoid using special characters or symbols in your Wifi name and password, such as @!#$&* and so on.
④ Please turn on the location service and Wifi on your mobile device, allow device usage permissions.
⑤Please reset the camera for the first connection.(Long press the RESET button for 8s, all the device will make a tone), Some devices need to be powered on by pressing and holding the power on button first.

Register an icsee account

Please register an account with a valid email address, then log in your iCSee account.

① Open the iCSee App and tap the Sign Up button.
② Enter your email, receive verification code and enter.
③ Set username and password and tap Complete.

Tip :

① You can also use the WeChat, Facebook, line or the temporary visit to login app.
② Temporary access will not be able to receive information from the device.

Link the camera to your phone

Please power on the camera and reset the camera for the first connection, refer to page1 (importance) for reset.

① Tap in the center or upper right corner.
② Select WiFi Camera.
③ Tap Next.
④ Tap Next.
⑤ Connect to your router’s Wifi and tap Confirm.
⑥ Tap Next, the QR code will appear.


⑦ Align the QR code on your mobile device with the camera lens and keep a distance of 4-8 inches. Until you heard a prompt sound ”Connecting, please wait.”
⑧ Wait for the connection.

If you hear the sound “connecting, please wait”, but still not successfully, you need to reset the camera, then make sure the wifi is in 2.4Ghz status. Repeat the first few steps,
Make sure the QR code is right to the camera front lens so it can be scanned normally.

⑨ Set up a password for your camera, then tap the Confirm button.
⑩ Pick a name for your camera, then Save.
⑪ Select Alarm(only record alarm video),tap the Next Step.
⑫ Open the Alarm Push Switch, tap Complete.

Function Overview

Home Page

After the camera is connected to icsee app successfully, it will be listed on the home page.

Tap to check the image recorded when motion/ human outlines detected.
: Share the camera with your family.
: Subscribe to cloud services
: Enter the settings page.
: Sleep status, tap to enter view page.

Storage Options

Two options are available for the camera.

① By a TF card

  1. Advice use 32G-128G,max 128G.
  2. Please reset the camera after inserting the sd card.
  3. please reset the camera or replace it with another sd card If the video not visible.

② By cloud
Go to Home Page > Cloud Playback to subscribe to a cloud plan according to your needs.

Tap Cloud Playback or Local Playback on the Live video page to watch the recorded videos in cloud/memory card.

① Calendar: pick the video date.
② Timeline: slide leftward or rightward on the timeline to play the videos.
③ Regular/Event: Click to display the normal recorded video or the alarm video recorded.
④ Hour/Min: Switch the units of the timeline.

Set the Light Mode

Switch the light mode in Light Alarm.

① B &W Vision Mode (Infrared Vision Mode)
Black & White Vision, When the light is too dim, this night mode will turn on automatically, you will see a clear black vision.
② Spotlight Vision Mode (White Light Vision Mode)
The camera will be full color vision during the day & night. and the white light will be turned on at night.
③ Double Light Mode
The Camera will continue to light up when it detects a person.(Some models do not support it. The camera model you purchased shall prevail.)

Share the camera with your family

① Please make sure your family members have registered a icsee account before sharing.
② You can share the camera with as many accounts as possible. However, we recommend 3 accounts at most for a better experience.

Phone 1:
① Go to Home page > Share > Device Sharing Permission .
② Select the function you’d like to share.
③ Generate a QR code.

Phone 2:
④ Tap ® in the center or upper right corner.
⑤ Select From sharing.
⑥ The scanned page appears .

⑦ Use Phone 2 to scan the QR code in Phone 1.
⑧ Add the device to the home page.
⑨ Tap to enter the viewing page, input device password.
⑩ Share success.

Q1. Where can I find the serial No. of the camera?

For security reasons, we did not print the serial No. on the Package, please follow the manual to set up the camera. You can find it in ‘Camera Setting’ > ‘About’ after that.

Q2. Why did I fail to connect the camera to my phone?

For security reasons, we did not print the serial No. on the Package, please follow the manual to set up the camera. You can find it in ‘Camera Setting’ > ‘About’ after that.

Q3. Why can’t the camera recognise the Micro SD Card?

The camera does not support hot plugging. Please insert the Micro SD Card before powering on the camera, or reboot the camera after inserting the card.
Please use a high-quality Micro SD Card from a reliable brand.
Please make sure the Micro SD Card is installed properly.

Q4. Why can’t I get app alarm notification?

Make sure you enabled the ‘Smart security’ > ‘Open’
Make sure you set the ‘PIR Human detection’ to 0.6S.
Make sure you disabled the ‘No-disturb Settings’.
Make sure you logged in the iCSee with an iCSee account.
Make sure you’ve allowed the iCSee to push notification in the settings of your phone.
