HAMMERTON DELAY

Thank you for purchasing the Hammertone Pedal

  • Delay, a versatile delay effect that adds dimension and ambiance to your sound.
  • Enter a world of delay possibilities with time control possibilities, feedback and level. Use the switch
  • Type to choose between digital delay and analog and use the Mod switch to enable and disable modulation. The delay effect is an essential item in the arsenal of any modern guitarist, and the Hammertone pedal
  • Delay puts that shimmering sound at your feet in all its nuances, from the most subtle to the most striking.

INSTRUCTION

  • OUTPUT JACK
    Low impedance output for connection to amp or pedal next in the signal chain.

  • INPUT JACK
    High impedance input for electric guitar, bass, guitars acoustics with microphones, keyboards and other instruments.

  • EXTERNAL DC POWER CONNECTOR SOCKET
    Standard socket for connecting a 9V DC power supply appropriate, central negative pole.

  • TIME BUTTON
    Delay time adjustment knob, up to a maximum of one second.

  • FEEDBACK BUTTON
    Feedback adjustment knob for adjusting the volume of the signal repetitions. At maximum, repetitions will continue to increase in volume instead of disappearing naturally and will eventually become loud enough to cause a pleasant distortion.

  • LEVEL BUTTON
    Level control knob for adjusting the volume of repetitions, from completely dry (no delay signal) to one (equal volume for repeated and dry signals).

  • TYPE SWITCH
    Three position switch for digital delay sound (top), a darker analog delay sound 1 (middle) and a delay sound analog 2 plus mid (low).

  • MOD SWITCH
    Switch for activating the modulation effect setting on signal repetitions.

  • LEDs
    The indicator LED is lit when the effect is active.

  • FOOTSWITCH
    Activates and deactivates the effect

INTERNAL ADJUSTABLE POTENTIOMETERS

(ACCESSIBLE BY REMOVING THE BACK COVER)

  • The SPEED potentiometer adjusts the rate of modulation when the MOD switch is active.
  • The DEPTH knob adjusts the modulation depth when the
  • MOD switch is active.
  • Remove the cover using a flathead screwdriver and adjust the potentiometers using a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Try temporarily adjusting a short delay by adjusting the control modulation. The amount of modulation remains constant for delays short and long, but the modulation delay stays ahead of the delay major. It may seem slower by setting a longer delay with the potentiometers.
