Installation of drawer slide front fixing clips (if applicable)

The front Slide Fixing Clips are installed on the underside of the Pullout towards the front.

Use a 2.5mm (3/32”) drill bit to create the angled pilot hole.

Secure the front fixing clips with the supplied screws.
Installation of soft-close drawer slides on slide brackets (if
applicable)
- Using the M4 x 8mm screws, attach the drawer slides to the bracket.
- There are various positions on the drawer slides to attach the bracket, choose the holes that best work for your specific base cabinet application.
Installation of drawer slide mounting bracket (if applicable)
- Place the Drawer Slide Bracket Assembly on the floor of the base cabinet and center the drawer slide bracket assembly, side-toside, in the cabinet.
- For overlay door applications, set the front of the drawer slide 1/8” back from the front lip of the face frame. For inset door applications set back the thickness of your door.
- Secure the drawer slide bracket assembly using the supplied #8 x 5/8” Truss-Head Screws.

Installation of the cabinet door

With the Waste Pullout installed in the cabinet, measure from the top of the front panel of the Pullout to the position on the face frame where the top of the door will be (Figure 1).

Place the Cabinet Door face down on a flat work surface. Mark on the back of the door the location for the front panel of the Pullout (Figure 2).

Center the Pullout on the door side to side.

Pull out the (4) Adj. Door Mounting Plates and secure the plates to the box using supplied 1/4-20 Machine Screws with supplied 4mm Allen Key (Figure 3).

Install Pullout by fastening Adj. Door Plates to back of Cabinet Door using supplied #8 x 5/8” Flat-Head Screws (Figure 4).

In applications where fine adjustments of the in-out position of the Cabinet Door are necessary (ie. Inset door applications), use the Tilt Adjustment Set Screws and a 1/8” Allen wrench to make these adjustments (Figure 4).
a. Loosen the flat-head screw attaching the door mounting plates to the cabinet door.
b. Use the set screws to adjust the tilt of the door to the desired position.
c. Re-secure the mounting plate to the to the Cabinet Door.
