FRACARRO 270653 OPT-PDM-SCA Radio industrie SRL
Miniaturized passive optical receiver of the OPT series, with a wide band RF output for the reception of Digital Terrestrial and Satellite signals distributed on a single fiber. Requires no power supply, Optical input range between 0 and -6 dBm; 1270-1610nm operating optical window, RF output frequency from 88 to 2350 MHz, suitable for single-mode single-mode fiber multi-user systems, small size for easy installation. Available in two models, OPT PDM SCA with SC / APC input connector and OPT PDM MINI with MINI input connector, F Female output connector. Quick and easy installation (Plug & Play), high shielding against electromagnetic interference, possibility of housing on 503 box.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION
ATTENTION: for the OPT PDM MINI model, make sure that the fiber locking guide is in position A (see photo), when inserting the MINI connector. Once inserted, press lightly on the connector and push the fiber locking guide into position B (see photo).
CLEANING RECOMMENDATION
All optical devices require you to keep the protective caps until use. To keep the optical devices efficient, it is advisable to use colorless isopropyl alcohol with a purity greater than 98% with due caution, using a lint-free cloth. Fracarro RadioIndustrie offers an appropriate kit to carry out all the cleaning operations of the optical fiber. Cleaning kit code: 287536

- Installation warnings
- The product must not be exposed to dripping or splashing water and must therefore be installed in a dry environment, inside buildings.
- Moisture and drops of condensation could damage the product. In case of condensation, before using the product, wait until it is completely dry. Handle with Care. Improper shocks could damage the product. Leave space around the product to ensure sufficient ventilation. Excessive working temperature and / or excessive heating can compromise the functioning and life of the product.
- Do not install the product on or near heat sources or in dusty places or where it may come into contact with corrosive substances.
- In case of wall mounting, use expansion anchors suitable for the characteristics of the fixing support. The wall and the fixing system must be able to support at least 4 times the weight of the equipment.
- Never look into the optical connectors of the . The laser radiation is not visible to the naked eye and therefore long-term damage cannot be prevented.
- When working with the splitter’s optical connectors, always check that the lasers of any optical transmitters connected to it are turned off.
