Thank you for purchasing the model AWEI T29 ANC True Wireless ANC Function Earbuds With Charging Case.
Please read this manual before use.
Bluetooth wireless communications Technology introduction
Bluetooth is a kind of wireless technology which support short distance communications (work normally within a distance of 10M) with it you can exchange information by wireless between many IT digital devices like mobile phones / wireless earphones / computers etc. Bluetooth technology effectively simplify the communications which makes device and data transmission quickly and effectively.

How To Use

User Manual
Power on: Take out earbuds from charging case / long touch the MFB 3 second. Power off: Put earbuds into the charging case, turn off automatically / unconnected device, touch the MFB button for 5 seconds. Earphone pairing: Double-click the left and right earbuds.

Pairing
Single Earbud Connection

1. Take out one earbud from charging case.
2. Open mobile bluetooth, find pairing name “AWEI T29 ANC”, click and connect. (When the earbud and phone connect successfully, blue light continuous flashing .)

Double Earbuds Connection

1. When you take out two earbuds from charging case, earbuds will connect automatically. The main earbud’s white and blue light will flash alternately and earbuds start to enter pairing status. (Now earbuds are in pairing and you could open phone or connect other Bluetooth devices.)
2. Open phone or other Bluetooth devices, search “AWEI T29 ANC”, click it and connect.
3. Reconnect automatically: It will re-connect automatically to paired devices. (Premise is that devices’ Bluetooth is on and earbuds paired record still exist. )

Note:

1. These two earbuds already be paired before delivery. So when you get earbuds, it is unnecessary to pair two earbuds by yourself.
2. If both earbuds cannot be automatically paired (i.e. two earbuds are flash white and blue lights alternately at the same time),double-click the left and right earphones simultaneously.
3. When TWS connect successfully, “L” earphone blue and white indicator flashes slowly, “R” earphone white light flashes slowly. Then it’s available to connect with  mobile. ( If pairing is not successful, please put back earphones to charging case and repeat above instructions)

Note:
When your earbuds connected phone and you find one earbud no sound, you could turn off bluetooth on phone and put earbuds back to charging case. Then take them out  again, these two earbuds will paired successfully within 10 seconds, and only white light continuously flashing. You could follow above 1 and 2 steps to connect your phone.

Vol + : Long touch the R MFB (Play status)

Next Track: Double touchs the R MFB (Play status)
Previous Track: Double touchs the L MFB (Play status)
ANC function : Long touch the MFB (Pause status)
Siri: Three touchs the L MFB

   Charging, the blue light on; Full charge, the light off;
   Pairing, the blue and white light flash;

2. Charging Case
   The red light flashes slowly when charging; after fully charged, the indicator light will go on long.

Safety And Maintenance

Please read suggests below in order to helping prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses.

• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid circumstance to avoid short circuit.
• Do not expose it to the sun or high heat. High heating will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
• Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
• Do not attempt to take apart the product, especially non-professionals.
• Do not fall, vibrate strongly,strike with hard objects, to avoid damage to inner electronic circuit.
• Do not use high chemical products,detergent to clean the item.
• Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avert damaging the case and appearance.
• Do not make it charging 10 hours continuously for the sake of lifespan.

1. 7 Days Refund Policy
   A. Guarantee of Refund: Within 7 days since the date of purchase, the manufacturer promises to refund if the product bought from AWEI immediate store or authorized  distributor shops is in quality problem (artifical and external force damage excluded).
   B. Refund Procedure: Please take the product, whole set of package and original invoice to (or please freight pre-paid to) the shop you bought the product for checking. The  seller will check by Quality Assurance Identification Rules to clarify the problem. If yes, the seller should refund the money to the user paid for the product.

2. 15 Days Replacement Policy
   A. Guarantee of Replacement: Within 15 days since the date of purchase, the manufacturer promises to replace if the product bought from AWEI immediate store or authorized distributor shops is in quality problem  (artifical and external force damage excluded).
   B. 3. Twelve-Month Warranty Policy
   A. Guarantee of Maintenance: Within twelve months since the date of purchase, the manufacturer promises to offer maintenance service if the product bought from  AWEl  immediate store or authorized distributor shops is in quality problem (artifical and external force damage excluded).
   B. Maintenance Procedure: Please take the product, whole set of package and original invoice to (or please freight pre-paid to) the shop you bought the product for checking. The seller will check by Quality Assurance Identification Rules to clarify the problem. If yes, the seller should fill warranty card with offical stamp and send  back to manufacturer. After repairing, manufactur- er sends the product to the seller and the seller should inform the user to collect it. Freight arrangements please check  with the shop you contact.

4. Quality Assurance Identification Rules
   A. Quality Assurance is NOT applicable to those items: accessories like packing box, pouch, ear clip and earmuffs; product beyond warranty period; product got from  unauthorized agents or informal channels; fake AWEI product; AWEI premium; arificial damaged product; external force damaged product.
   B. Quality Assurance Identification Procedure: Check warranty period (by original invoice) —— confirm original product (check security code on AWEI offical website)  —— check product damage (clarity artifical damage and external force like water, fire, chemicals or weight crush damages) —— check product quality ( to confirm if the  testing result is conform to description) —check buying channel (subject to manufacturer’s verification).
