Introduction
We present a hand mixer that is as simple to store as it is to use. Any chore specified in a recipe is completed by the Cuisinart Power Advantage Plus 9 Speed Hand Mixer, which can then be tucked away in its own storage case. Just clean it up and store it after it has combined thick mixtures, produced fluffy meringues, and worked handmade bread dough. The chef’s whisk, dough hooks, and extra-long beaters fit inside a transparent casing, and the mixer attaches onto the top. Powerful, flawless control, and small storage.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electrical appliance, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be taken, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- To protect against risk of electric shock, do not put the hand mixer or cord in water or other liquids. If hand mixer or cord falls into liquid, unplug the cord from outlet immediately. Do not reach into the liquid.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children or by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters during operation to reduce risk of injury to persons, and/or damage to the mixer.
- Remove beaters from the mixer before washing.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact the manufacturer at their customer service telephone number for information on examination, repair, or adjustment.
- The use of attachments not recommended by Cuisinart may cause fire, electric shock, or risk of injury.
- Do not use outdoors or anywhere the cord or mixer might come into contact with water while in use.
- To avoid possibility of mixer being accidentally pulled off work area, which could result in damage to the mixer or in personal injury, do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
- To avoid damage to cord and possible fire or electrocution hazard, do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
- Do not operate your appliance in an appliance garage or under a wall cabinet. When storing in an appliance garage, always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet. Not doing so could create a risk of fire, especially if the appliance touches the walls of the garage or the door touches the unit as it closes.

USE ONLY
NOTICE
This appliance has a polarized plug (one prong is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way. The maximum rating 200W is based on the accessory dough hooks attachment (not included in this unit) that draws the greatest power and that other recommended attachments may draw significantly less power.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it accurate to say that the unit has nowhere to rest?****
This clear case can be kept after cleaning. The device’s flat bottom surface allows you to stand it upright while using it.
Can’t seem to locate a decent slow speed in a hand mixer; does it have one?****
No. Even worse, the silly device starts out in “turbo” mode and ONLY THEN goes down to the sluggish but not very slow speed.
The beaters are stainless steel, right?****
I have replaced them three times, but I have no idea what material they are composed of. The beaters are excellent, but the mixer is better.
How simple is it to evict the beaters? Someone with a shaky hand should use it.****
A lever located below the gripping handle allows the beaters to be expelled. The pointer finger of the hand holding the Cuisinart mixer can easily reach the lever. I inserted the beaters, grasped the handle, and placed my index finger on the ejector lever before responding to this query. My fingers are not as strong as they were 20 years ago since I am in my middle 70s, but my joints are not tight from arthritis. The ejector lever was not at all difficult to pull, in my opinion.
Does this mixer adequately blend the egg and sugar combination for baking?****
It does, indeed. It will also whip up some excellent meringue and beat cookie dough. This mixer has a lot of strength.
How are the beaters kept from coming out?****
They don’t fall out even if you press them all the way in. They are distinctive from one another. They must be placed on the proper side.
Has the count-up timer been added to this mixer?****
There are 9 speeds and 220 watts. I’m not sure what you mean by a timer that counts up. To mix cookie dough, I simply want to affix a large beater bar to my blender.
Does the cord come off the device? Without squeezing it and perhaps damaging the chord, I can’t get it to fit on the container.****
It doesn’t separate, no. However, I just place the rope in the container, fold it back and forth, and secure the lid (mixer unit). It IS crowded, but it functions and it is wonderful to have everything organized in one spot.
Can it balance itself while including more ingredients?****
It can, in fact, balance on its heel. This is made feasible by the HM-70’s capacity to swivel the cord to the mixer’s right or left side, allowing the HM-70 to rest securely on its heel.
When storing it away, does the power cord hang on the side or does it fit inside the transparent storage container?****
Along with its utensils, the power cord needs to be organized properly in the plastic bottom. The entire plastic box is then stored on the mixer’s bottom using clips. Outside of the bottom plastic box, the rope is not hanging. I cherish mine.
Is it silent?****
Yes, for a hand mixer, it is remarkably quiet and strong. My wife has two of these and adores them.
Is a bread hook available for this mixer?****
No, this mixer does not have a bread hook. As stated, it includes a whisk and two beaters. Because it is a hand-held mixer, it lacks the strength of a stand mixer when it comes to mixing bread dough.
