Introduction
Many loud speaker systems operate poorly at higher frequencies. Super Tweeters are used in conjunction with bookshelf or tower speakers and are experts in ultra-high frequencies. Its goal is to improve the listening experience by producing a more realistic sound environment that is sometimes described as “airiness.” High fidelity speaker systems and home theatre systems occasionally use super tweeters. By recreating frequencies that the existing tweeter may only be able to produce with a restricted polar output or maybe with distortion, they are used to enhance the sound of tweeters. A Super Tweeter speaker offers supplementary high frequency effect, detail, density, and texture that can widen, deepen, and improve the timbre of the sound field produced by your existing system.
SWITCHING THE SETTINGS
To tune the Super Tweeter floor for the ideal blending with your speaker, select 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16 kHz. The Super Tweeter is inactive when it is in the “OFF” state. The maximum setting, 16 kHz, will pick up at the top-end of the range with minimum overlap, while the highest setting, 8 kHz, will have the most overlap with your existing tweeter.
TREBLE ADJUST
Having too many positive things? To lower the Super Tweeter’s output, use the treble adjust. Simply flip the switch, and you can change the volume up to -5dB.
HOW TO PROTECT TWEETERS
Reduce the number of low frequencies that reach the tweeter by using a capacitor. This serves two purposes:
- it shields the tweeter from excessive low-frequency power application
- aids in shaping the tweeter’s response to match the midrange’s response.
HOW TO CLEAN
When playing music, you may just leave any dust that isn’t blown off the tweeter. However, the ideal technique is to softly blow at the tweeter if you don’t like the way it looks. However, the sound of the speakers won’t be significantly affected by any dust that isn’t removed by the speakers themselves.

What varieties of speakers are compatible with Super Tweeter?****
The majority of the passive tower or bookshelf speakers make excellent Super Tweeter options. However, you can also use them with surround and center channel speakers.
How can I connect my passive speakers to the Super Tweeter speaker?****
The speaker you are using with the Super Tweeter has binding pins that the Super Tweeter connects to directly. The Super Tweeter can receive the same signal as your main speaker thanks to this parallel connection.
Can I use my powered or Bluetooth speakers with the Super Tweeter speaker?****
You most likely won’t be able to use a Super Tweeter with a sealed box Bluetooth speaker or a portable Bluetooth speaker.
Will my electrostatic, full-range, or professional audio speakers work with the Super Tweeter?****
We encourage you to evaluate the frequency response and sensitivity of your present speakers. It might not be advisable to use a speaker with a sensitivity rating higher than the Super Tweeter.
By how much will the treble response vary with the Super Tweeter?****
The treble sound will be mainly impacted by the crossover setting. It might be an excellent place to start for your crossover if your ordinary speaker has trouble reproducing frequencies over 14 kHz. In most cases, adjusting the crossover to 14 or 16 kHz will enhance the treble response.
Which speaker wire works best with a Super Tweeter?****

What is the maximum frequency that the Super Tweeter can produce?****
Aperion Audio’s Super Tweeter has a frequency response of 35 kHz.
Can the crossover frequency be changed while the music is playing?****
Yes, it is actually highly advised that you experiment with this to determine the sound that is most effective for you.
How much speaker cable do I need, and how long?****
It depends on how far your bookshelf or tower speakers’ binding post inputs are from their Super Tweeter inputs, but you shouldn’t require more than a few feet.
Can I purchase Super Tweeter speakers in an odd number?****
Yes, you can make this request by giving us a call.
I just use one pair of dual-binding posts that my speakers offer for bi- amping. Can I use banana plugs to link these to the second set?****
The super tweeters can still be connected, yes. It is advised to attach the super tweeters to the set of binding posts on your speakers that link to the built-in tweeters. We constantly link them to our Verus line, which can be bi- amplified.
How much will the impedance decrease if these speakers are wired in parallel to a speaker that has a nominal impedance of 4 ohms? Will that cause any issues?****

Do you allow direct connections to amplifiers? Banana inputs on my amplifier would facilitate the connection.****
The super tweeters are linked with the main speakers because that is how they are intended to work. With pre-terminated connectors on both sides, our super tweeter cables make this simple. What is the difference between the $349.00 speaker and the $649.00 speaker?****
The $649 uses a True Aluminum strip between heavy-duty magnets and also includes an internal power transformer because the True Aluminum strip is extremely sensitive to conductivity, whereas the $349 uses a Planar-Magnetic type tweeter. Overall, the $649 True Aluminum tweeter sounds a little smoother and gives the upper frequencies a pleasant shine.
How can I connect the tweeters on my pair of Peachtree M24 speakers?****
The Aperion super tweeters are made to attach to passive-style speakers, while the M24s appear to be a pair of powered bookshelf speakers. So, sadly, the super tweeters could not be included in these speakers.
