Operating Environment
- The workspace should be kept clean and dry.
- The balance should be placed on a stable and fixed workbench.
- Keep the balance as far away from sources of airflow (doors, windows, fans, vents) as possible.
- Keep the balance away from vibration interference.
- Keep the balance away from heat or cooling sources (heaters, sunlight, vents).
- The temperature should be kept as stable as possible around the balance.
- Keep the balance away from magnets and objects capable of generating magnetic fields.
- Do not expose the balance to high humidity or dusty environments.
- Avoid the build-up of static electricity, which can affect the measurement.
- If the balance is transferred froma colder environment to a warmer one, moisture in the air could condense, affecting the measurements. To minimize this effect, the balance should be left unplugged at room temperature for 2 hours before use.
Installation
- Place the balance on a clean, stable surface.
- Place the metal weighing pan on its base.
- The balance should be perfectly level prior to taking measurements. Use the adjustment foot screw at the bottom of the balance to adjust the level, until the bubble level on the back is exactly the center of the circle.
- Plug the power supply and press the POWER button to turn on the display. Make sure the balance is fully warmed up to ensure accurate measurements (the recommended warm-up time is one hour).

Calibration Weight (OIML F1)
An OIMLClass F1 calibration weight of 200g is included with the balance. -
Calibration Steps
-
Turn on the balance and wait for it to warm up and stabilize for one hour before calibrating.
-
Press the “oT TARE” button to tare. The balance will display 0.0000g.
-
Press the “CAL” button, the display will flash “CAL-200”.
-
Gently place the 200g calibration weight on the weighing pan. Use clean gloves to handle the calibration weight to prevent contaminants from affecting its mass.
-
After a few seconds, the screen will display “200.0000g”, indicating that the calibration is complete.

MAINTENANCE
This balance is a delicate measuring instrument and must be handled carefully
and maintained properly to ensure its precision.
Do not use sharp objects (such as pencils, or ball-point pens) to press the
keys, only use your fingers
Gently place samples on the weighing pan (do not drop) to prevent damage to
the weighing mechanism
Do not expose the balance to high humidity or dusty environments
After use, cover the balance with a plastic or cloth cover to prevent dust
intrusion
When weighing powder and fine particles, use a container to avoid dust and
particles falling into the load cell under the weighing pan
Please wear gloves when handling calibration weights. Do not handle the
weights directly with your hands
Keep the balance clean and dry.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
-
Before cleaning, unplug the power supply
-
Do not use corrosive cleaning agents (such as solvents) for cleaning.
Use a lint-free soft cloth dipped in water and some neutral detergent (gentle soap) for cleaning. -
hen cleaning, be careful not to let water intrude into the balance
-
After cleaning, wipe the balance carefully with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
