PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Required tools
Important
We recommend having the installation carried out in a professional workshop. During installation, tighten all accessible screws loosely at first to ensure tension-free installation. When tightening the screws, observe the tightening torques.
Preparatory actions
- The turn signals must be relocated, for this remove the seat and the rear fairing by loosening the 4 screws.
- Remove the sheathing from the cables.
- Disconnect the connectors of the turn signals and the rear light.
- Remove the 4 screws of the license plate bracket and disassemble the bracket. The two front screws are omitted.
- Then loosen the cover by unscrewing the 4 screws on the back.
- The turn signals are now loosened by removing the clamping plates and the threaded plates and mounted on the indicator holder in the same way.
Installation Instruction
Fastening of the indicator holder:
Position on the license plate holder. Use fillister head screws M8x20 and washers Ø8,4 from the outside and secure with body washers Ø40xØ10,5 and tension nuts M8 from the inside. Replace the cover and screw it to the motorcycle (only the two rear screws!) Route and reconnect the cables as shown.
Fastening of the holder rear:
From below on the now free threads with Allen screws M6x40. Counter from above with the tension nuts M6.
Fastening of the holder right/left front:
****First, remove the pillion footrests, screws are omitted. Fix the holders between the footrest and frame with Allen screws M8x25 and washers Ø8,4.
Fastening of the C-Bows right/left:
**** On the mounting adapters. Use hexagon bolts M6x16 and washers Ø6,4.
Attention:
Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
