SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Thi  page records the main topics of safety precautions to prevent personal injury or property loss of users and others. Please read them carefully and observe the precautions recorded here.

Do not operate this machine with wet hands, or flush the dehumidifier directly with water, or place this machine near the water source.

  1. Do not put your hands into the air outlet or the inside of it; Do not place heavy weights at the air outlet of this machine or sit directly at the air outlet.

  2. Do not throw or place any objects into the dehumidifier.

  3. Do not put flammable and explosive gases in the place where the dehumidifier is used, and please keep this machine away from any heat source.

  4. It is forbidden to turn off the machine directly through the power switch; and when the machine is not in use in a long term, please turn off the power switch.

  5. In case of anything untoward (eg. the machine gives off burning smell), the machine must be stopped from running with the power supply cut off.

  6. The power supply must be cut off during thunderstorms.

  7. Itis forbidden to replace the power cord without authorization, or connect the power cord midway or use it in parallel with other high-power electrical appliances.

  8.  It is forbidden to disassemble, modify, repair or clean internal devices without authorization.

  9. When cleaning the machine, please stop it and turn off the power switch.

  10. The appliance is for indoor use only.

  11. Do not use the unit on a socket under repairs or not installed properly

  12. Do not use the unit, follow these precautions:
    A: Near to source of fire.
    B: An area where oil is likely to splash.
    C: An area exposed to direct sunlight.
    D: An area where water is likely to splash.
    E: Near a bath, a laundry, a shower or a swimming pool. Never insert your fingers, rods into the air outlet. Take special care to warn children of these dangers.

  13. Keep the unit upward while transport and storage, for the compressor locates properly.

  14. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

  15. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualitied persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  16. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the àppliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children witnout supervision.

  20. Contact authorized service technician for repair or maintenance of this unit.

  21. Do not pull, deform. or modify the power supply cord or immerse it in water. Pulling or misuse of the power supply cord can result in damage to the unit and cause electrical shock.

  23. Keep ventilation openings clear of obstruction.

  24. Any person who is involved with working on or breaking into a refrigerant circuit should hold a current valid certificate from an industry-accredited assessment authority, which authorizes their competence to handle refrigerants safely in accordance with an industry recognized assessment specification.

  25. Servicing shall only be performed as recommended by the  equipment manufacturer. Maintenance and repair requiring the assistance of other skilled personnel shall be carried out under the supervision of the person competent in the use offlammable refrigerants.

Transportation, marking and storage for units that employflammable refrigerants.  Transport of equipment containing flammable refrigerants Attention is drawn to the fact that additional transportation regulations may exist with respect. to equipment containing flammable gas. The maximum number of pieces of equipment or the. configuration of the equipment, permitted to be transported together will be determined by the applicable transport regu- lations. Marking of equipment using signs. Signs for Similar appliances used in a work area generaly are addressed by local regulations and give the minimum require- ments for the provision of safety and/or health signs for a work location.

All required signs are to be maintained and employers should ensure that employees receive suitable and sufficient instruction and training on the meaning of appropriate safety signs and the actions that need to be taken in connection with these signs. The effectiveness of signs should not be diminished by too many signs being placed together. Any pictograms used should be as simple as possible ano contain only essential details. Disposal of equipment using flammable refrigerants See national regulations. Storage of equipment/appliances  The storage of equipment should be in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Storage of packed (unsold) equipment Storage package protection should be constructed such that mechanical damage to the equipment inside the package will not cause a leak of the refrigerant charge. The maximum number of pieces of equipment permitted to be stored together will be determined bv local requlations.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

  1. Please keep the machine on a flat and firm ground.

  2. Do not immerse the machinein water or put it near the water
    source

  3. Please do not operate the machine if the power cord or other connectors are found to be damaged or anything untoward happens; please contact the manufacturer’s after-sales point or the point of purchase.

  4. When the machine is being moved, cleaned, maintained, or not in use, be sure to unplug it and cut off the main power Supply.

  5. This machine can only be used for indoor dehumidification and air purification, and cannot be used for other purposes. When it is used in the basement or storage room, sufficient air circulation must be ensured, otherwise it will not work 05

  6. Please use this product under the specified power supply
    and voltage.

  7. Please do not tilt the machine in case the compressor is
    damaged.

  8. Please do not insert anything into the machine; otherwise, trouble might be developed.

  9. When it is necessary to restart the machine after shutdown, please wait for 3 minutes before starting it normally.

  10. This machine is unsuited to those without capacity for civil Conduct, Including people with physical and mental disabilities and children. If necessary, please use it under the supervision and guidance

  11. If the machine is powered on by a power strip or other bases, please ensure that such devices conform to national safety regulations.

  12. If this machine is tilted or dumped accidentally, or just finishes long-distance transportation, it is necessary to place it upright for 4 hours before starting up.

  13. Do not share the socket of the machine with other high-power machines.

This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body.

Power key
It is used for Power ON or Power OFF. Press it once and the machine will switch between these two states. When the machine is started, it remains the working state of the last time, and the power indicator would light up.

Comfort Mode key
In the startup status, press the Comfort key, its indicator lightN will be on, and the machine will enter the status of comfort- able dehumidification (dehumidification humidity will be controlled automatically between 45% and 55%). Press this key again, its indicator light will be off, and every time it is pressed, the buzzer will sound once.

Humidistat key
The corresponding status indicator light and humidity symbol “%” is turned on, and the Left and Right Adjustment keys light up and flash; At this time, the required target humidity can be set through the left and right adjustment keys. The humidity range is between 40% and 80% with the initial state being “40”. The value increases or decreases by 5% every time this key is pressed. When it is set as “40”, it means that no target humidity is set; and if there is no signal showing that the Left and Right Adjustment keys are pressed in more than 3 seconds, the setting will be considered valid; meanwhile, the Left and Right Adjustment keys will be closed synchronously and resume the normal display state.

Left and Right Adjustment keys
This key is only effective when either the Custom Dehumidifi- cation key or the Timer key is valid; When this key takes effect, the Left and Right Adjustment keys flash three times and light up one by one, and finally both of them are on (the whole process takes about 3 seconds). At this time, corresponding settings can be made. For detailed setting methods, please refer to the corresponding key descriptions in points (3) and (4) above. Indicator Light Description.

Child Lock Button
Child lock setting button ,keep pressing the button for three seconds.Child lock function will be opened or closed.And it’s indication light will be on or off.

The two-digit code tube is a white light highlight field;
Its display functions are as follows.

  1. 1.The states of the current measured ambient relative humidity are displayed as follows.
  2. In the startup state, the humidity can be displayed directly.
  3. In the shutdown state, the number is not displayed.
  4. The normal range of ambient humidity is 40-80; LO is shown when it is below 40, and Hi is shown when it is above 80.
  5. 2. Set humidity display: You can start after pressing the humidistat key” and “left and right adjustment keys. See “Description of humidistat key” for details.
  6. 3. Fault display: When the “Timer” key and the “humidistat key are pressed for 2 seconds at the same time, the coil temperature value wil be displayed in slow flash on the digital tube. The normal display can be resumed after the Same operation.

Note:

  • If 0sX the coil temperature value s 9, the display mode will be “OX”.
  • If the negative value of the coil temperature exceeds the display range of “88”, -F will be displayed in slow flash.
  • If the coil temperature sensor fails, E1 will be displayed in
    slow flash.
    Remarks:
    The priority of the digital tube display modes is as follows: Fault code E1 E2 coil temperature value set humidity value ambient humidity value. Whena fault code is being displayed, the humidity cannot be set, as the value cannot be displayed.

WIFI indicator light

  • Slow flash–Compatible networking mode to wait for networking
  • Quick flash–Waiting for networking
  • Normally on–The network has been connected
  • Normally off–The machine is in standby state, or the network is not connected, or WIFl module signal is not detected.

Note: In standby mode, the default wIFI indicator light is off.

Full Tank Light
Full Tank Light, and the Environmental Display Light is turned on at the same time; Rules for defining a full tank

  • If the Full Tank signal is detected to be valid for 3 consecu- tive seconds when the tank is full, then it indicates that the tank has been full.
  • If the Full Tank signal is detected to be valid for 3 consecu- tive seconds when the tank is full, then it indicates that the tank has been ful.
  • If the Full Tank signal is detected to be invalid for 1 second when the tank is full, then it indicates that the tank is not full and returns to normal.
  • When the Full Tank signal is valid, whether the switch is closed or open depends on the specific Machine.

Action after the tank is ful: When the machine stops working, the buzzer will not  sound, instead, the Full Tank indicator lightwill be normally on (all other indicator lights are off); and not press other keys except the On/Off key. Press the Power On/Off key can turn off the machine instead of just the Full Tank symbol or its indicator light. After shutdown, it is the same as normal shutdown. If the machine is not turned off, after the tank is emptied and reset, the indicator light goes out, the buzzer does not sound, the machine returns to the state before the tank is full and continues to work, and the Compressor still provides 3-minute delay protection.

Wind Speed key
Fan Speed Key: It is used to select wind gears, which would circulate among “High- MediumLow” after the correspond- ing status is selected. High Mode: Three indicator lights are on. Medium Mode: Two lights are on; Low Mode: One light is on; After selection, the machine will be operated in the selected status first in any dehumidification mode (default continuous dehumidification, healthy dehumidification and ordinary dehumidification).

Timer key
When the machine is on, every time this key is pressed, the buzzer would sound once. The desired timing can be realized by pressing the Timer key and then pressing the Left and Right Adjustment keys. The timing falls into the range of 0-24h. when the set time is up, the machine would be shut down and enter the standby state.

Note:

  1. If you press the On/Off key to turn off the machine before the timing is done, then the timing setting will be cancelled.
  2. If the working mode is changed during the timing process, the original setting will be maintained.
  3. When the ambient temperature is 0°C-40°C, the timing accuracy is #0.7%, which is normal.
  4. If you want to change the original setting, you can press the Timer key again to reset the timing.

This key can be also used as a WIFI key
After the machine is turned on, press this key for about 5
seconds, then the WIFI indicator light will display the current WIFI
status. [If the WIFI has been connected earlier, the wIFI light will
be on after starting the machine, making it unnecessary to press
this key for 5 seconds] In this state, press this key for about 5
seconds, the buzzer will sound once, and the network can be
reset in the program.

Anion key
Negative ion key (with negative ion function, this button): used to turn on and off the negative ion function, the corresponding indicator light on or off. This button is also the child lock key, long press 3s to open/close the child lock, the corresponding indicator light on or off.
Drainage instructions: (including water tank drainage and continuous drainage)

Water Tank Drainage When the Full Tank alarm goes off, the Full Tank indicator light is on, and the water quantity can be viewed through the tank window; Gently pull out the tank with your hand hooking the buckle at the bottom of the tank. You can carry the tank (there is a built-in handle in the tank) to the drainage area, then lift the drainage lid at the corner of the tank lid, and slowly tilt the tank to empty the water.

Continuous drainage
Open the soft water plug at the rear shell, take out the PVC water pipe and insert one end of it into the continuous drainage hole of the machine with the other end in the drainage area.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Note: Before cleaning and maintaining the machine, please turn off the machine and unplug the power plug in case of electric shock Before cleaning or maintaining the machine in any mode, the machine must be shut down, the power plug must be unplugged, and water cannot be sprinkled on the machine; Clean the casing with a soft wet cloth, and chemical solvents such as benzene, alcohol and gasoline are not allowed to use, otherwise, the machine casing will be damaged or even deformed.

Cleaning of the filter
This machine is equipped with a washable filter, which should be cleaned every 2 weeks, as the machine will be less efficient if the filter is blocked by dust.

The filter can be removed for cleaning from the buckle on the left side plate, and it can be easily installed by inserting the buckle to the slot.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The following list contains the common problems, but none of them are faults caused by imperfect manufacturing process or material defects.
Before cleaning or maintaining the machine in any mode, the machine must be shut down, the power plug must be unplugged, and water cannot be sprinkled on the machine; Clean the casing with a soft wet cloth, and chemical solvents such as benzene, alcohol and gasoline are not allovwed to use, otherwise, the machine casing will be damaged or even deformed.

Conditions for the machine compressor to start and stop

  1. When the ambient temperature is 5 Cor >35 C, or when the temperature sensor fails, the compressor does not work.
  2. When ambient temperature is s18, the compressor makes automatic defrosting at regular intervals.
  3. During defrosting, the compressor does not work, but the fan still works.

    before consulting customer service:

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The warranty (repair for free) of the commodity under warranty shall take effect from the date of purchase.

  1. If the quality disappoints you in any way, the commodity under warranty can be returned to our company for handling. The following issues should be paid particular attention to:
  2. This warranty card will not be reissued if lost, so please keep it well
  3. This warranty card is only valid in the People’s Republic of China (Temporarily not available in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
  4. Within the following period from the date of purchase, the warranty is valid in case of any damage caused by Chinese manufacturing processes or components and parts under normal use. Whole machine (except the filter screen and consumable parts): 3 years; Compressor: 5 years.Accessories: The filter screen and consumable parts can berepaired at a cost (they are not covered by warranty)
  5. In case of any one of the following circumstances, free warranty cannot be provided even if the machine is under warranty, but paid repairs are still available.

Please note

  • The product is beyond the scope of warranty.
  • The product is not used as required in the Operation Manual.
  • This warranty card and valid purchase invoice cannot be presented.
  • The product bar code or model on the warranty card is inconsistent with that on the product.
  • The product is damaged due to maloperation, abnormal power supply, accidents (such as falling) or human factors.
  • The product is damaged due to transport, loading and unloading on the way of the customer returning it for repair.
  • Faults or damages caused by errors other than the design, technology, manufacturing and quality of the product.
  • The product has been disassembled or repaired by personnel not authorized by our company.
  • The information recorded on the warranty card is inconsistent with or altered from the physical signs on the commodity.
  1. These clauses for free warranty are only applicable to the occasions where consumers purchase the product for living needs, instead of for operational purposes (such as for industrial and commercial purposes).
  2. Special instructions In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of customers, our company implements the “Three Guarantees” policy based on national regulations, according to which consumers can return, replace or have the machine repaired within the “Three Guarantees” period.
