POWER SOCCER SHOP Speed Force Software
Software installation
- Run “setup.exe” from the installation media (USB stick).
- If the NemiQuad driver did not automatically install during software installation it will need to be installed manually. Follow these simple steps:
From Windows Device Manager, locate the following icon:
Right click the icon and select “Install/Update Device Driver”.
When prompted, choose to “locate the driver manually” and point to the
“NEMIQUAD DRIVER” folder on the installation media. the driver should then
install.
Configuration
- Go into “Settings” (gear icon in upper left corner).
- Set the com port (usually com 3)
- Set the “L Counts Rev” to 240
- Set the “R Counts Rev” to -240
Note: The negative count values may be alternated depending on which direction the athlete drives on the unit.
Operation instructions
- Connect Speed Force to PC by running USB cable from USB connector on Nemiquad box to USB connector on PC.
- Apply power to Nemiquad box.
- Open Speed Dyno software that was just installed.
- Drive wheel chair forward onto Speed Force ramp until the chair is sitting on the rollers in the center of the ramps.
- Wheel chair wheels should now be able to spin without the chair moving forward or backward.
- Run the wheel chair at maximum speed. Speed will be indicated on the Speed Dyno software screen.
- When done checking the speed, press the foot lever release to allow chair to roll off the ramp.
