Tighten the blade by set screw

Tighten the blade in center, in a position where both ends of the blade do not touch the horn. The standard tightening torque is 1.5 N/m.

For easy setup tighten the set screw lightly at first, then make adjustments to the blade.NAKANISHI-Sonic-Cutter-Zero-Ultrasonic-Cutter-

Make sure the blade has been installed correctly

The LED on the control panel lights up. If the WATT is smaller than 3.0 when the maximum output power is displayed, the blade has been installed correctly. 3.0 W or less is only a guide line. It may be bigger or smaller depending on the surrounding temperature and environment. Make sure of the installed blade’s direction, whether the set screw is tight enough and whether the blade is not damaged. If there is no improvement, replace the blade or set screw .NAKANISHI-Sonic-Cutter-Zero-Ultrasonic-Cutter-fig-11
