2. Instructions before use
The battery must be fully charged prior to initial use. Please connect the supplied power adapter to the DC input jack to charge the battery.
Remove the LCD protection film before using the unit. Be careful not to allow foreign material to adhere to the camera lens.
If any foreign material is on the lens, wipe it off with the provided microfiber cloth.

Opening the i-loview 13 FHD
Place the folded i-loview 13 on a stable surface such as table. Press one hand on the base plate, with the other hand hold the top of the main frame. Lift the arm until it locks in place. Put both hands on the left and right sides of the LCD monitor. Pull the LCD monitor towards you. Push the LCD monitor up using both hands and adjust to a suitable position.

Closing the i-loview 13 FHD
Put both hands on the left and right sides of the LCD monitor. Push down the LCD monitor using both hands. Push the LCD monitor toward the main body frame. Place both hands on top of the main frame. Lower the top of the body frame until it is closed.

You can use various modes by adjusting the Camera location adjuster. Self- viewing mode (mirror mode) Reading mode Distance-viewing mode

Power On/Off button Power on : To turn on the unit, press the button for 2 seconds or more. Power off : To turn off the unit, press the button for 2 seconds or more.
Image optimizer wheel Provides two functions dependent on the situation. Natural color mode : Adjust brightness level of the display. (5 steps) Color mode : Adjust the image quality optimizing settings. Press it to return to the default setting.

3. Configuration
Snap shot button Briefly press the button and the image on the screen will be frozen. You can then zoom in/out on the still image and adjust
color and screen brightness. Press the button again to return to the live image mode. Super Function Key() scroll the freezed image. Zoom Wheel To adjust the magnification, turn the knob. Magnification ratio :
– Live image mode : x 1.8 ~ x 30 – Snap shot mode : ~ x 150 – Adjustable magnification : x 1.2 ~ x 250

Color mode button The image on the screen can be viewed in eight(8) color modes Natural color mode White text on black background mode Black text on white background mode Yellow text on black background mode Black text on yellow background mode Green text on black background mode Blue text on yellow background mode Yellow text on blue background mode
Up to 35 color modes can be set using the menu.
Natural color button View pictures or documents in natural color. Press and hold the Natural color button() to zoom out and display `find box’ on the screen to help you find the object under the camera.
Super Function Key Used for various operations on each mode. Scrolling the frozen image. Selecting the kind of line/mask.

Open the conversion lens for the distance view mode. DC jack

4. Hot keys & Features

( 1 ) Line & Mask Press and hold the Super Function Key() to activate Line & Mask. When Line & Mask is active, the direction key and wheel of the Super Function Key() works as follows.
Left & Right : Choose the function.

2 ) Vertical line

3 ) Horizontal mask

4 ) Vertical mask

Up & Down : Increase or decrease the thickness of a line and the distance between masks.

( 2 ) Battery status The status of the remaining battery power is not normally displayed. The battery charging icon when the power adapter is connected will be
displayed. You can turn on or off the status of the remaining battery power by prestshinegSnap shot button() for 3 seconds or more.

( 3 ) Power saving mode If you leave the unit turned on and unused for 10 minutes, it automatically
goes into Power saving mode. If the unit is left for a further 3 minutes after entering the Power saving mode, power is automatically switched off. ( 4 ) Color mode selection
By rotating the Zoom wheel() in the state pressing the Color mode button (), you can change the color mode. Color mode button( ) + Zoom wheel( , Right ) : Next color mode Color mode button( ) + Zoom wheel( , Left ) : Previous color mode

( 5 ) Self-view mode & Distance-view mode You can change the mode by moving the camera with the Camera location adjuster().
Self-view mode (Mirror mode) Use when the direction of the camera lens is facing the user. – The camera operates in Self-view mode by the sensor. – The magnification range will be minimized. – Return to the natural color mode.
Distance-view mode Use when viewing a distant object, such as a blackboard.
– The camera operates in distance-view mode by the sensor. – The magnification range will be minimized. – Return to the natural color mode. – Open the conversion lens when using the distance-view mode.
( 6 ) Magnification range & Color mode reset Press and hold the Natural color button() to reset magnification range and color mode.
The magnification range and color mode are reset. ( Default Magnification range : x 1.8 ,Default Mode : Natural color)

( 7 ) MENU Press and hold the center of Zoom wheel() to enter the menu mode. In Menu mode, you can change the settings of the following functions.
Color mode : Add / Delete in default color modes ( MAX 35 modes ) You can personalize your own color setting.
Power saving mode – You can set a time to operate into the power saving mode. – Default setting time : 10 minutes
Adjusting magnification range – You can set the magnification range. – Default magnification range : x 1.8 ~ x 30
Adjusting LED brightness – You can adjust the LED brightness of the product.
Reset – You can initialize all changed settings.

1 ) The warranty term is for two(2) years, except for the battery which is warranted for twelve(12) months.

-> Any problem due to improper maintenance, installation, adjustment, operation, alterations or modifications.
-> Any problem due to spills of liquid or food.
-> Any problem due to operation of the i-loview 13 FHD with tools or equipment not supplied by C&P.
-> All metal and plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that could be scratched or damaged in normal use.
3) You must provide proof of purchase including the date of purchase to receive warranty service.
4) Anyone using an i-loview video magnifier does so knowingly assuming certain risks, due to the need to utilize vision enhancement devices.
