FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the static stimulation safe for my pet?
A: While the stimulation is unpleasant, it is harmless to your pet.
Q: Why doesn’t the pet respond when operating the remote control?
A :There may be two reasons. First, beep and vibration are not enough to
stimulate the pet; second, the collar is loose, and the strap needs to be
tightened to make the contacts touch the skin.
Q: Once my pet is trained and has been obeying my commands, will he have
to continue to wear the training allay Copyist
A: Probably not. They may need to wear the training collar from time to
time for reinforcement.
Q: Why do many similar products cause a more serious sores on the dog’s
neck?
This phenomenon is not caused by E-Shock current, but a kind of “pressure
necrosis”. The reason is that wearing the collar for a long time or even using
the receiver collar as a matching collar, causes the receiver probes to
compress or wear the skin for a long time, eventually leading to a severe
sores .Please follow the wearing time requirements of the instructions and
other related warnings.
General Training Tips
Find the Best Stimulation Level for Your Pet
Training Tips
Important: Always start at the lowest level and work your way up.
-
This set has allows you to choose proper level for your pet. Please begin the training with sound and vibrating setting and the shock mode should always be the last to use. And please always start from the lowest level and slowly work your way up until the dog has a response. In most cases, vibration or shock level 1-7 will be adequate for training. Once you wear the escolar on your pet, find the “response level”, which is the stimulation level that your dog begins to notice and it should not make your pet uncomfortable.
-
Follow the steps below to find your pet’s response shock level:
NOTE:- Please make sure the collar presses snugly on your dog’s neck. Both of the prongs must make full contact with the dog’s neck to form an electrical circuit.
- Make sure the collar is fully charged and turned on.
- Please check the shock mode with the included test light tool to ensure the shock function can work. tone, 8 vibration levels and 18 Shock levels, which
- Choose level 1 and long press shock button for 2-3 seconds. A slight change in your pet’s behavior, such as looking around in curiosity, scratching at his collar, or flicking his ears, indicates this IS the proper level for him/her.
- If your pet has no reaction, repeat step1 several times before increasing to higher level.
- Increase to level 2 and long press Shock button for 2-3 seconds.
- If your pet still has no reaction, repeat several times before moving up to the next level.
- Work your way up on the Shock levels until your pet gives response.
Training skill
- Please use the device in a safe and relatively quiet environment to increase training effect and avoid temptation and distraction.
- Please combine with oral language and gesture during training.
- Please comfort your pet when he/she is uncomfortable during training.
