Power
Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on or off the device
Status Indicator
Red breathing light: device power is below 10%
White breathing light: device is on and charging
White always on: on charging full or off charging
‘When the power is off and charging, the light goes off to indicate that it is full

Bluetooth
Press and hold for 2 seconds to pair
Short press to disconnect Bluetooth connection

Status Indicator
Blue flashing: Bluetooth pairing in progress
Blue always on: Bluetooth pairing successful.

Instructions for Use

Device connection

The original Bluetooth name of the device is”Speakerphone-*** “(i.e., the last four digits of the serial number on the bottom of the product).
Bluetooth connection

  1. After the cell phone Bluetooth connection device is turned on, long press the Bluetooth key for 2 seconds after the Bluetooth indicator flashesopen the cell phone Bluetooth function, search the Bluetooth device”Speakerphone-*****” for pairing connection; the Bluetooth indicator is always on for successful connection.
  2. After the computer Bluetooth connection device is turned on long press the Bluetooth key for 2 seconds,after the Bluetooth indicator flashes open the computer system Bluetooth settings page, select this device for pairing connection the device Bluetooth indicator is always on that is connected successfully.

*USB connection
After the device is turned on connect the device to the computer via the supplied USB cable,and when you hear a hint to ne the connection is successful.

Charging instructions

  • Charging

    1. When using the USB cable to connect to the computer, the device will enter the charging state whether it is turned on or not.
    2. If consumers use a power adapter to supply power, they should purchase a power adapter that is FCC/ROHS/CE certified and meets the requirements of the standard.

Tip: Before Using the device for the, it is recommended the the charging time is full 1 Hour to ensure sufficient power.

Frequently Asked Questions

The volume is not synchronized when the device is connected to the phone by Bluetooth

Confirm whether the phone supports Bluetooth sound synchronization, some Android/Harmony phones do not support volume synchronization.
Check whether the phone is open to volume synchronization, some phone models need to open the volume setting permission in the system settings.

When the device is connected to the phone by Bluetooth, the ringtone of phone calls/Google Hangouts, etc. does not come out from the device

Check whether the phone call volume is turned on, or the volume is too low.
Check whether the device can speak normally. Check whether the cell phone call input and output device are the product of this machine.

No sound when device is connected to Windows PC by Bluetooth

  1. It is recommended that when playing music, the speakers are selected with the word “stereo” on the local device.
  2. It is recommended to choose the local device with the word “hand free” for the speaker during the call or meeting.

No sound when the device is connected to FaceTime/ Zoom/Teams/Google Hangouts etc. by Bluetooth

  1. Check if the microphone and speaker of the call software are properly connected to the unit.
  2. Check whether the computer audio driver is normal, it is recommended to restart the computer and try again.

No response when the device is connected to the computer using USB

  1. Check whether the device is in Bluetooth connection, please disconnect the Bluetooth connection first, and then use the USB data cable to access the device.
  2. Check whether the USB data cable is damaged. Reboot the device and try again.
