Charging

1. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the massage cushion.

INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ BEFORE USE

CHARGING

1. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port.
2. The charging speed depends on what adapter is used. It is suggested to use an USB adapter supporting 5V/2A to fully charge in approximately 4 hours.

OPERATING

• Press the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn on the device. The default intensity level is level 3.
• Press the power button repeatedly to switch between level 3, level 1, and level 2 of intensity level.
• Press the hot compress button to turn on the hot compress, and press it again to turn off the hot compress.
• When the device stops operation after a 15-minute session, press the power button for 1.5 seconds to start a new one.
• Press the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn off the device.

MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & STORAGE

• Only use the USB-C cable supplied by the ELEEELS for recharging.
• For cleaning the removable cover, open the zip completely and remove it from the device.
• Wash and dry the removable cover under the cleaning symbols on the washing label, either by handwashing or machine washing.
• The removable cover is not suitable for bleaching and ironing.
• Gently wash the removable cover at or below 30°C.
• Use a slightly damp towel to clean the rest of the device and a soft cloth to dry it.
• Do not clean the device with chemicals or alcohol.
• Always store the product in a dry area.

WARNINGS & CAUTION

• Do not immerse in water. Keep away from liquids or heat sources.
• Never insert your fingers into the rims of the bottom of the massage heads to avoid pinching.
• Do not operate continuously for more than 30 minutes.
• Do not stand on the device.
• For adult use. Children should only use the device with supervision. Do not use if injured. Consult your doctor before use.

IF WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, THIS PRODUCT FAILS DUE TO A DEFECT IN THE MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, ELEEELS WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT; OR FAILED COMPONENT(S), FREE OF CHARGE

THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES:

• Damage caused by accident, abuse, or mishandling during transport;
• Damage arising from the use of units from unauthorized repair;
• Malfunction of units that are not used under ELEEELS instructions;
• Damage for which the cost of repair exceeds the cost of the product;
• Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, and
• Any product for which a dated proof of purchase cannot be provided.
