INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO USE

CHARGING

1. Connect USB-C cable to the charging port.
2. The charging speed depends on what adapter is used. It is suggested to use an USB adapter supporting 5V/2A to fully charge in approximately 3 hours.
3. During charging, the charging indicator is in red solid light. When the charging indicator turns o, and the power indicator is in green solid light, the device is fully charged.

OPERATING

• Put on the device. Adjust the string to the most comfortable position.
  Alternatively, lie on the sofa or chair, with the device supported by sofa or chair back. Relax your neck by leaning on the device.

• Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device. The default setting is Soothing Mode.

• Press the power button repeatedly to switch between Active Mode, Combination Mode, and Soothing Mode.

• Press the heat button once to turn on hot compress. Press the heat button once again to turn off hot compress.

• When the device stops operation after a 10-minute session, press the power button for 2 seconds to start a new one.

• Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device.

• When the battery level is lower than 10%, charging indicator flashes for 5 times. Operation stops. Please recharge the battery.

MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & STORAGE

• Use a slightly damp towel to clean the device and a soft cloth to dry it.
• Do not clean the device with chemicals or alcohol.
• Only use the USB-C cable supplied by the ELEEELS for recharging.

WARNINGS & CAUTION

• Do not immerse in water. Keep away from liquids or heat sources.
• Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble.
• Do not operate continuously for more than one hour. Allow device to rest for 10 minutes before re-using.
• For adult use only. Do not use if injured. Consult your doctor before use.

IF WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, THIS PRODUCT FAILS DUE TO A DEFECT IN THE MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, ELEEELS WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT; OR FAILED COMPONENT(S), FREE OF CHARGE

THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
(a) Damage caused by accident, abuse, or mishandling during transport;
(b) Damage arising from use of units from unauthorized repair;
(c) Malfunction of units that are not used in accordance with ELEEELS instructions;
(d) Damage for which the cost of repair exceeds the cost of the product;
(e) Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, and
(f ) Any product for which a dated proof of purchase cannot be provided.
