Connect the TU-S9 directly to your network. Make sure that the computer you
are using is on the same network. To create a serial COM port on your computer
which the TU-S9E can connect through, you need to install the AXR2E
Configuration Utility from our website After installing the
“AXR2E_Configuration_Utility_Setup” file (either the 32-bit version or the
64-bit version) Make sure to start the software as Administrator, otherwise
you might not be able to create a COM port successfully. To always have the
utility run as Administrator right click on the AXR2E Configuration Utility
shortcut on your desktop and click properties. Click on the compatibility tab.
Under Settings. Make sure that “Run this program as an administrator” is
checked. Click Apply then OK
