About Charging

• When you get the Cute Panda and please charge the Headphones firstly.
• Pease plug the Cute Panda Headphones into your cellphone
• USB charge or PC/Laptop to charge it.
• In charging, Red Led solid on;Charged Fully, Red led goes out; Charging Time, About 1.5Hrs.

TIPS : Please keep the charging port dry before charging to avoid damaging the Headphones.

Basic Operation

Power ON

POWER OFF

Please long press the MFB button for 5 seconds to turn off Cute Panda Headphones and hear “Power Off” voice prompt.
TIPS : When Cute Panda Headphones in Music Playing or Phone Calling status, if you long press the MFB button, it can’t be turned off and it should be Volume Up till Volume Max.

Pairing & Connection

1. Please long press the MFB button of Cute Panda Headphones to turn on it with Blue & Red led flashing alternately.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your cellphone in setting menu.
3. For iOS: Settings>Bluetooth>On
4. For Android: Settings>Bluetooth>On
5. Search for the Bluetooth Devices and select and click “Cute Panda”
6. Enter the code “0000” (Four Zero) or “1234” if needed.
7. If pairing is successful, the led indicator light will go out.

Auto Reconnection
Cute Panda will re-connect to the last paired device automatically when Cute Panda is turned on.

TIPS:

1. Please make sure to active the Bluetooth function of your device before power on Cute Panda.
2. If not paired, please turn on the Bluetooth List of your cellphone and click the “Cute Panda” and it will be reconnected)
3. If still not, please delete Cute Panda from the Bluetooth list and set up the connection again.
4. If you want to pair other new device, please turn off the Bluetooth function or disconnect Bluetooth on the paired cellphone and make the Cute Pand to enter into pairing status successfully.

Pair with 2nd Device

1. After successfully paired with the 1st cellphone, turn off the Bluetooth function of 1st cellphone and the Cute Panda headphones will enter into pairing status soon.
2. Please turn on the Bluetooth function of the 2nd cellphone or PC, search the Cute Panda Bluetooth headphones to connect it
3. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the 1st cellphone and select and click the Cute Panda in the list and Cute Panda will be reconnected with your 1st cellphone.
4. Now the Cute Panda have been paired with your two of cellphones or one cellphone and one PC via Bluetooth at the same time.

TIPS:
Please note that Cute Panda can play the music audio on only one of cellphone, not two at the same time!

How to Wear Cute Panda Headphones?

• Step 1: Put the Cute Panda Headphones on your head or neck.
• Step 2: Secure fit to your ear helix.
• Step 3: Adjust the ear hook to the best position.

TIPS:

1. Please keep to wear it for some days and you will feel more comfortable to fit as your ear muscles need to gradually adapt to wearing the headphones.
2. You also put the headphones on your neck to carry it anywhere.

TIPS:
While in phone calling and another new phone calling coming:

1. Short-Press the MFB button to receive the new phone calling and switch the current phone calling to phone.
2. Long-Press the MFB button for 2s to reject the new phone calling and keep the current phone calling.

Volume Synchronization Function
Cute Panda supports the Volume Synchronization Function for 10S and Android Smart devices, but for some Android phones, you may go into Bluetooth Setting of phone to active this.

Reset and Clear the Pairing Records

If there is the any pairing or function issue and please set the Headphones in pairing status with Blue & Red alternately and then quickly press the MFB Button for 6 times until Blue & Red led flashing 1 second and it means that the headphones reset and has been cleared the pairing records.

TIPS : Once completing the Reset action and please forget the Cute Panda from the Bluetooth list on your cellphone to set up the pairing and connection again.

Auto-Power Off

1. Cute Panda Headphones will be powered off automatically to save the battery life if not connected or disconnected with any devices over 5 minutes.
2. If the headphones battery is lower than 3.3V, the item will power off automatically. Please put them into the charging case to charge it as soon as possible.
3. If you plug the headphones into USB charger to charge it and it will be turned off automatically.

Troubleshooting

Q1: My Cute Panda will not power on.
Please charge it and check there is the red led on? Once charged fully and please turn on it again.

Q2: 1 am having trouble pairing and connecting to my device.

Please check the following:

1. Please make sure that the Bluetooth function of your device is normal and if possible, you can pair other Bluetooth headphones your device and check that it is right?
2. If necessary, please turn off Bluetooth function of your other devices, such as cellphone that had paired Cute Panda to avoid Cute Panda wrong reconnection and don’t enter into pairing status. Please keep Cute Panda into pairing status with Blue & Red led flashing alternately. This is very important!
3. Please do the “4.10 Reset and Clear the Pairing Records” and try it again.

Q3: After paired with phone, I can’ t hear any music from Cute Panda or volume is very little.
Please check the following:

1. Make sure the pairing is correct and Cute Panda Headphones has been connected the correct phone or device.
2. Make sure the music volume is at an audible level on both your Bluetooth device and sound system. Please adjust up the volume.
3. Please make sure your audio device is playing music via Bluetooth some devices (such as computer) require manually selecting the music or speaker mode.

Q4: 1 think the range is not long enough as expected.

1. Normally the range is 33-66ft (10-20m) indoors without any obstacle.
2. Bluetooth range can be affected by physical obstructions (walls, people, etc.), wireless interference (Wi-Fi routers, Wireless TV adapters etc.) also depends on your smartphone device.
