This product was designed for the transport of 1 child in the seat.

Do not use this item for a number of occupants exceeding that envisaged by the manufacturer.

WARNING The assembly and preparation of the product must be carried out by an adult.
Postural positioning operations and training on the use of the item must be carried out only by authorised orthotists or trained healthcare professionals. -
Do not use this product if there are parts missing or signs of breakage.

WARNING Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged before use.

WARNING Check that the seat unit attachment devices are correctly engaged before use.

Always apply the brake when stationary and when loading or unloading children.

Do not insert fingers into the mechanisms.

Any weights hanging on the handlebar or handles could make the item unstable; follow the manufacturer’s instructions regards the maximum loads transportable.

Do not load the baskets over 10 Kg. Do not put weight in the cup holder (if present) in excess of those indicated on the cup holders themselves and never hot drinks. Do not put loads of more than 0.2 Kg in the hood pockets (if present).

Chassis + Seat:
This product is suitable for children from 6 months to 6 years or 30 kg in
weight, whichever comes first.
For babies weighing more than 15 kg, direct and use the seat exclusively following the direction of travel.

WARNING: This seat unit is not suitable for children under 6 months.

WARNING: Always use the restraint system.
Always use the containment belts that also provide postural support. -
WARNING: When the seat is fitted onto the chassis the presence of little gaps or rocking between the base and the seat do not compromise the safety of the product.

The front bar has not been designed to support the child’s weight; the front bar has not been designed to lift the seat with the child’s weight. The front bar does not replace the seat belt.
-
WARNING: do not use the rain canopy (if present) in interiors and check the child is not too hot; do not leave near sources of heat and keep away from cigarettes. The rain canopy must not be used on a stroller without a hood or parasol it can attach to. Use the rain canopy only under adult supervision. Check the rain canopy does not interfere with any moving mechanism in the chassis or stroller. Remove the rain canopy before folding the chassis or stroller.

INSTRUCTIONS
CHASSIS
-
OPENING: Before opening the frame, if present, remove (without using blades) all die-cut cardboard.
WARNING:- DO NOT PULL OR FORCE THE FASTENER BEYOND ITS LIMIT.
- DO NOT USE THE FASTENER AS A HANDLE BAR FOR TRANSPORT OR TO CARRY WEIGHTS.
DO NOT HANG BAGS OR OTHER ACCESSORIES ON THIS ELEMENT.
Press the side fastener downwards, grip the upper ends of the handle bar and rotate them towards you until the chassis has opened completely (fig_a). Opened chassis (fig_b). The chassis is opened correctly when you hear a click, which corresponds to the handle bar frame attaching – please look at the picture.

FITTING THE WHEELS: slot the rear wheel crosspiece onto the uprights (fig_a), ensuring that it is facing the right way, then attach the rear wheels until they click into place (fig_b) . To assemble the front wheels, fit them into the slots until they lock into place (fig_c).

FITTING THE HANDLE BAR: insert the handlebar into the frame (fig_a) as shown in the picture. For the attachment to be complete, press the two buttons on the side of the handle bar (fig_b) and press the handle bar until you hear it click (fig_c).

BASKET ASSEMBLY: Slip the basket flap into the slot along the front bar of the chassis (Fig_a).
Fasten the basket eyelets to the buttons on each side of the frame (fig_b). -
To complete the basket attachment procedure for the front part, you are required to insert the supplied tie (fig_1) as follows: position it between the basket and buttons, as shown (fig_2) and use your finger to push downwards, so as to complete the attachment procedure (fig_3).
Repeat the same procedure for the other side of the basket. -
Slip the back section of the pouch under the bar (fig_d).
Fasten the three buttons at the base of the chassis (Fig_e).
Fasten the Velcro strap in the inside of the basket, positioning the fabric as shown in the picture (Fig_f). -
Close the pouch zip (fig_g).
Finally, to complete basket attachment, fasten the basket buttons on both sides onto the chassis (fig_h).
WARNING! If you do not hook the basket on correctly, as shown, the basket will be unable to support the weight of loads placed in it. -
The section of the front basket can be lowered (fig_a) or raised (fig_b).

FIXED OR SWIVELLING FRONT WHEELS: to lock the front wheels, rotate the lever anticlockwise onto the locked padlock (fig_a), to release the wheels – turn the lever clockwise to the unlocked padlock (fig_b). On difficult terrain, we recommend using fixed wheels.

BRAKE: press the lever down to apply the brake and lock the frame. Do the opposite to release the brake.
-
ADJUSTABLE HANDLE BAR: to adjust the height of the handlebar, pull the levers towards you (fig_a) and move the handle bar until it clicks (fig_b). The handle bar can be adjusted in several positions.

FOLDING: lock the front wheels into fixed position (fig_a), put the handle bar to its lowest position (fig b). Rotate the safety lever to the left (fig_c) and pull the frame’s internal handle towards you (fig_d). Lift the handle until the frame is completely folded (fig_e).
-
To fold correctly, make sure the side hook is engaged (fig_a). When folded, the chassis will stand upright (fig_b).
TRANSPORT: the stroller can be conveniently carried (with the front wheels in fixed position) using the central handle bar (fig_c). -
All the wheels can be removed to reduce dimensions further. To remove the back wheels: pull the lever downwards and remove the wheel as illustrated (fig_a). To remove the front wheels: press the tab as shown and remove the wheels (fig_b).
SERIAL NUMBERS -
Chassis, has the information on the product’s production date on the lower part of the frame.
_ Product name, production date and serial number of the chassis. This information is essential in the event of a claim.
INSTRUCTIONS SEAT
-
OPENING: Before opening the Seat, remove (without using blades) any die-cut cardboard.O
pen the seat from the ends, pulling until it clicks. -
ATTACHING THE SEAT ONTO THE CHASSIS: To fasten the Seat, position it on the chassis (fig_a) and press down with both hands until it clicks (fig_b).
Ensure the Seat is properly attached. -
The Seat can be attached onto the chassis in “world-facing” (fig_a) or “mum-facing” position (fig_b).
Always engage the brake on the chassis before fastening and unfastening the seat. -
REMOVING THE SEAT FROM THE CHASSIS: To unfasten the Seat, press the levers near the chassis attachments (fig_a) and lift the seat at the same time (fig_b).

ASSEMBLING THE PADS: attach the side pads’ Velcro straps to the seat’s pad.
Turn over the reducers from the front.
Reducers attached correctly. -
Open the buckles by pressing on the extremities and detach (Fig. a). Open the abduction belt as shown to make it easier to position the reducer (Fig.b).
-
Position the reducer into the seat leaving the abduction belt on top of it (Fig.a).
Slip the Velcro strap through the seat eyelet (Fig.b) and complete the attachment process by making the Velcro stick under the seat. Close both buckles (Fig.c). -
Attach both black pads, including the abduction belt between them (Fig.a), attach both Velcro straps under the seat pad (Fig.b) and fasten the press-stud button (Fig.c).

Complete by fastening the buttons of the seat’s side pads (Fig.a) on both sides. Pads installed correctly.

FRONT BAR: Attach the front bar in the slots as shown (fig.a) until you hear a click.
The front bar can be removed by pressing the two buttons at its extremities (fig_b), or opened on one side by pressing only one of the two buttons (fig_c). -
HOOD: To use the hood, pull it out completely until it clicks into place.
-
The hood comes with a mesh insert so that the child can be seen from any position. The hood can be further expanded by unzipping it and pulling it forward.
-
Slide the hood’s attachments on the uprights (fig_a) to change the distance between the hood and the seat (fig_b).
-
BED POSITION: the seat can be adjusted in three positions that range from “sitting” to “lying”, with an intermediate position (fig_a).
Before adjusting the seat to a flatter position, the handlebar must be extended (Fig_b). You can switch from one position to another by pulling the lever shown in the picture (fig_c). -
ADJUSTING THE DEPTH OF THE SEAT: by opening the sack’s side zip, the seat depth can be increased.
When increasing the depth, the seat’s pad and the side pads must be replaced with the larger ones (accessory provided, figure 33). -
ADJUSTING THE HEADREST: it can be adjusted in 3 positions. To adjust:open the zip on the seat’s backrest (Fig.a),release both Velcro straps to remove it from the backrest (Fig.b),remove the headrest from the front (Fig. c),reposition it by inserting the Velcro straps at the desired height (Fig. d) and fixing them onto the backrest. Close the zip.

USING AND ADJUSTING THE CONTAINMENT BELTS: fasten the buckles until you hear a click. Adjust their adherence to the child by pulling the strap towards you (arrow 1). To open the buckles, press the extremities as shown (arrow 2) and unfasten.

ADJUSTING THE CHEST BELT: it can be adjusted in 2 positions.
To adjust: open the zip on the seat’s backrest and unfasten the two Velcro straps to remove them from the backrest (Fig.a),remove the pad from the front (Fig. b),reposition it by inserting the Velcro straps at the desired height (Fig. c) and fixing them onto the backrest. Close the zip.
The pad will adhere more or less closely to the child depending on how you position the Velcro fasteners. -
ADJUSTING THE DEPTH OF THE FOOTREST:
To adjust the depth of the footrest, loosen the two knobs under the seat (Fig. a) and push the two tubes forwards or internally (Fig. b). -
To pull the footrest out, push the two tubes outwards as far as they will go in the direction of the footrest (Fig. c).
To pull the footrest back, do the opposite, pushing the tubes inwards as far as they will go (Fig. d).
When you have chosen the position you require, tighten the two knobs. -
ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF THE FOOTREST: the height can be adjusted as needed. Open the two zips at the front (Fig.a). At the back of the footrest, unscrew the knobs that loosen the footrest (Fig. b). Reposition it as needed by moving it up or down (Fig.c). Once it is at the desired height, screw on the knobs at the back to fix the footrest. IMPORTANT: always close the two zips (Fig.d).
When raising or lowering the footrest, it is advisable to adjust the height of the seat pad in section 21. -
FOOT BELTS: To open the buckles, press the extremities and unfasten (Fig a). There are adjustable buckles underneath for greater adherence to the foot (Fig b). To loosen the foot belt, adjust the buckles (Arrow 1); to tighten the belt around the feet, pull as shown by arrow 2.

ADJUSTING THE SEAT PAD: there are 3 positions (Fig a).
Before adjusting it into the desired position:-
unbutton the side pads,
-
unfasten the Velcro strap underneath the seat of the upper pad,
-
remove them and set them aside.
Unfasten under the seat the two Velcro straps of the abduction belt (Fig b)
from the front and extract it upwards (Fig c).
The abduction belt must be extracted and repositioned at the same height chosen for the seat; there are 3 available positions (fig.d).
Now you can reposition it.
Having repositioned the upper pad and the abduction belt, reposition the other elements at the same desired height: -
position on the front seat the upper pad and fasten its Velcro strap under the seat (section 7b),
-
the side pads with Velcro fasteners, under the upper pad and the two side buttons to attach to the seat (section 30b),
-
attach the abduction belt’s Velcro straps under the seat and button them up again from the front (section 30a).
-

FOLDING THE CHASSIS WITH THE SEAT ATTACHED: the Seat can be folded while still attached to the chassis only if it is world-facing.
To do so:- fold down the hood,
- close the footrest by pushing it inwards (fig. a),
- press the levers on the upright (fig.b) and fold the Seat on itself (fig.c).

WARNING: If the seat is mum-facing it cannot be folded attached onto the chassis. It must be unfastened (fig_a).
It can take up less room when folded (fig_b) . -
OPENING THE CHASSIS WITH SEAT ATTACHED:
Press the side attachment fastener downwards, grip the upper ends of the handle bar and rotate them towards you until the chassis opens completely (fig_a). Chassis open (fig_b). A “click” sound means it has opened correctly and corresponds to the attachment onto the base. Next, open the Seat from the ends, pulling it until it clicks (fig_c). -
FOLDING THE CHASSIS WITH SEAT ATTACHED: put the front wheels in locked position (fig_a), lower the handle bar to the lowest position (fig_b). Rotate the safety lever to the left (fig_c) and, at the same time, pull the frame’s internal handle bar towards you (fig_d).
Lift the handle bar until the frame is completely folded (fig_e).
To fold correctly, check the side fastener is engaged. If it has not engaged automatically, compress the frame slightly. The folded stroller is free- standing .
REMOVING THE FABRIC CASES:- Unfasten the seat from the chassis.
- Unfasten the front bar from the seat.
-
To remove the hood cover: unfasten the 2 buttons near the pivots (fig_a), then press the buttons on the two attachments and remove the hood (fig_b). Lastly, extract the two rigid supports (fig_c) and detach the hood.
-
Open the zip under the seat that attaches the sack to the horizontal bar (fig_a).
Unfasten the two buttons at the side of the seat, on both sides (Fig. b).
Fold the seat slightly by pressing the hooks on the side slightly upwards (fig_c). -
Remove the sack fabric on the upper part (fig_d) by pulling it over the backrest adjusting handle (fig_e).
Open both zips on the footrest,unfasten the Velcro strap and lift the middle fabric flap between the two zips (fig_f). -
Remove the sack from the tube (fig.g) and extract the elastic (fig.h) removing the whole sack.

Open the zip on the backrest,
-
unfasten all Velcro straps on the backrest and seat,
-
lastly, extract the rigid ribbing from the sack (fig.i).
-
Remove all the pads that are present by unbuttoning them as shown in the picture and unfasten all Velcro straps as shown (fig.a – b).
Under the seat there is a Velcro strap that must be unfastened so that the seat’s pad can be removed from above (Fig.c). -
The cover of the headrest’s pad can be removed by opening the zip (fig. a).
The black pads inside the chest belts can be removed by unfastening the Velcro straps (Fig b). -
The cover of the two small side pads can also be removed by opening the zip (fig. c).
The cover of the seat pad can be removed by detaching the Velcro strap from under the seat itself and opening the zip (fig. d). -
A larger seat reducer is provided; it must be used when increasing the seat’s depth (section 15).
Postural additions may be made to the seat to better meet the child’s needs. There are many additional features/options that an orthotist may use, such as the option of inserting containment wedges in the posterior part of the backrest (lumbar support, lateral trunk supports, etc.) using extra Velcro straps or the ones that are already present. It is also possible to add leg containment by attaching two wedges under the leg padding.
WARNING: these additions can only be made by an orthotist or healthcare professional.
SERIAL NUMBERS -
Seat includes the label identifying it as a Fumagalli product. The information relating to the seat’s production date can be found under the sack, at the side.
To view it, the sack’s two side buttons must be unbuttoned (fig a).

The rain canopy is sold separately.
To attach it, unfasten the hood’s button and fasten the rain cover’s button. The rain cover has a zip that allows you to open it easily.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning must only be carried out by adults.
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE: protect from the weather: water, rain, or snow; prolonged
and continuous exposure to bright sunlight may give rise to colour changes of
various different materials; store this product in a dry place.
CLEANING THE CHASSIS: periodically clean all plastic parts with a damp cloth.
Do not use solvent or similar cleaning products; keep all metal parts dry to
prevent rusting; keep moving parts clean (adjustment mechanisms, locking
mechanisms, wheels, …) and free of dust and sand and, if necessary lubricate.
