Product Usage Instructions

  • Visit www.rtrservices.co.uk and click on the Training option in the main navigation.
  • You will then be presented with the screen above. From here you can select which type of training you want: Swing Door or Sliding Door.
  • You will be presented with a screen where you can select the specific product you want training on and click “Select a time”.
  • You will then be presented with a pop-up calendar where you can select a date and a time slot.
  • After clicking on the time slot, you will be presented with a form. Enter your details, choose the number of attendees, and answer all the questions, then click on “Confirm Booking”.
  • Once you have clicked on “Confirm Booking”, a pop-up will appear to say “Your booking request has been registered”. You will then get a provisional booking confirmation email from us.
  • Once booked, your sales rep will be in contact to confirm the booking with you. This is to ensure the training is appropriate for your needs. If accepted, you will receive a reminder email 72 hours before your session.
  • If you need to reschedule, you can click on the reschedule option in your booking confirmation email or call your sales rep to discuss alternative dates.
